Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal war außergewöhnlich. Außer der Luft im Zimmer war sehr scharf und heiß, und wir wurden direkt neben der Straße gestellt, so war es sehr laut und schwer zu schlafen, das Dach des Zimmers ist aus Holz so zusammen mit Autolärm und ein Bus von Menschen sehr laut am 6.00 Uhr dann um 7: 30 Die Leute oben wandten sich eine Stunde über unseren Kopf und Autos schüttelten fast das Zimmer. Auch der Pool ist im Mai zu kalt, um zu schwimmen...alles ist ein schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, aber ich empfehle Ihnen, ein ruhiges Zimmer entfernt von der Straße und ein Fan für einen anständigen Schlaf zu bitten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

This hotel is located near the place where people take a ride in the balloons in Cappadocia. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant offer an excellent buffet with a good variation of food and the service was excellent. They have excellent WiFi signal. They offer free parking. I highly recommend this place.

If you're expecting a fancy 5-star with room service, spa, multiple restaurants and all the other creature comforts, Taru Cave Suites is not for you. They're a small, family-run business with ten rooms, so they don't have all those bells and whistles. What they DO have however, far outweighs what they don't – an authentic 'cave' experience balanced with just the right amount of modern-day comforts. We reached the hotel quite late and Daniel at the front desk was up, bright as a daisy, to check us in and help us get settled. The reception is at the top level and the rooms are spread across three levels down. The room itself was spacious with a cavernous (literally and figuratively) attached bath. A big, comfortable metal (wasn't sure if it was wrought iron or brass) bed, a couple of chairs and a TV assured us we were living in modern times. A huge balcony was the highlight (ours was the only room with a balcony). Sadly, it was raining and cold and windy, so we couldn't make proper use of it. There is no room service, nor does the hotel have attached restaurants. Of course, you can order in from the restaurants in Göreme city center (they have the menus in the room), but we chose to walk around and eat at authentic places close by. They do have a breakfast place where a staff of three makes fresh breakfast every morning. If it's not too cold, feel free to take your cup of coffee to the attached terrace and enjoy taking in the view. The staff is amazing – friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout-out to Daniel (thank you for taking our calls at midnight just to tell us the WiFi password!) and Bahar (thank you for pointing us to the Apetito restaurant!) Would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed with my wife. Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Sauna, swimming pool and Turkish Bath and also they can arrange tour guide (not free of course ) if you want , ask for Deniz. He is amazing tour guide, knowledgable .I will definitely recommend . Das ist wirklich das beste Hotel in Cappadocia! Das Hotel ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern gezeigt und (alle!) Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und guten Willen. Darüber hinaus liebten wir das Konzept, da jede Details des Hotels gut gedacht ist und der Hygienestandard ist ein 10/10. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker, wie alles serviert war organisch (selbst gemacht und geerntet) und alle unsere Wünsche wurden immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht erfüllt! Wir möchten dem gesamten AJWA Team danken (insbesondere Nur Hanim, Musa und Honur bey, Orhan und Mehmet Chef) eine unvergessliche Zeit und wird sicher wieder kommen!

Der Hotelparkplatz ist sehr praktisch, sehr gut für selbstfahrende Reisen geeignet, das Zimmer ist groß, das Zimmer ist groß, ein kleines zwei Betten, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleiner Flur, das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung, diesen Preis sehr wert, insbesondere um zu sagen, dass der Service an der Rezeption sehr warm ist, Ich kann die Sprache nicht sprechen. Das kleine Mädchen und die Kollegen sind unermüdlich. Sie bestellten einen Heißluftballon für mich und fragten wiederholt die Heißluftballonfirma, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundlichkeit der Angestellten war hervorragend. Die Räumlichkeiten und das Restaurant sind sehr gut. Über die Rezeption konnten viele Ausflüge gebucht werden. Wir haben einen Heißluftballonflug gebucht. Alles hat super geklappt. Danke für alles.
