The customer service skills exhibited by Gianmarco and Jimena were exemplary. They were calm, courteous, and most certainly professional. You should be glad to have them on your staff. Because of their professional nature, I have booked myself into an Ibis Hotel in Lima for the end of my trip. I have always found the uniformity of appointments in Ibis Hotels to my liking, and look forward to my stay in Lima, and at more Ibis Hotels on other future trips.
