De la poussière sur le dessus des lampes du miroir dans la salle de bain. De la poussière derrière le canapé lit avec un paquet de mouchoir ouvert et entamé. Manque un petit coup d'aspirateur pour être au top. Le lit du canapé lit est pas super confortable. J'ai un matelas de haute qualité et hyper confortable au domicile. J'ai pas super bien dormi. Le lit deux places était hyper confortable et de haute qualité. Pas sûr que je reprenne cette configuration de chambre.

Hotel calme et très bon accueil. Mais hotel qui veut se donner un statut qu'il n'a pas. Petit déjeuner compliqué : aucune cohérence dans l'agencement : au café il n'y a pas de tasse ou sucre, au niveau pain/croissant il n'y a pas d'assiette, au jus d'orange les autres saveurs sont derrière, inaccessibles pour un enfant. Le beurre n'est pas au même endroit que la confiture. Compliqué ! Sinon l'hotel paraît bien, mais les chambres sont quelconques, pas de frigo, pas de lotion. Déçu, surtout à ce tarif. Pas un mauvais hotel, mais pas au niveau.

This is a well located accommodation with superlative staff. The hotel is dated. The air conditioning did not work well. The soap dispensers were not refilled. Many other details were overlooked. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no fresh fruit.

Stayed here for 6 nights as a base for some cycling. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a very good size with a nice, comfy bed and the bathroom was clean and also a good size. The bar had a good selection of drinks and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of food to suit everyone.

Good accommodation and service. Big bed and acceptable bathrooms. But the restaurant food is terrible. Ordered a stuffed zucchini. They brought me half a zucchini with a plate full of stale rice (overcooked) with no taste and a badly seasoned sauce. Definitely a disappointment. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel was actually quite nice, the rooms where spacious and it felt contemporary. However, the room was simply not clean. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the shower screen on the bath had scum and stains, all the silicone around the bath was yellow, there was a hair on my bed… just not clean. Also, the pillow was like a joke - a tiny this square pillow! When I entered the room and saw that I though they’d forgotten to put pillows on the bed, imagine! I called reception to ask for a different pillow and thankfully the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and she got me a much nicer one. The hotel staff was very nice (receptionists etc) but the cleanliness of the room really spoiled my stay. This is a 4* hotel, simply not acceptable.

Poor poor service Having booked this hotel via *********** in September for three couples on October 2023. I was cancelled by them a month later. It appears and the explanation is they are a World Cup hotel and us little people and fans just have to put up with it! Looks like profiteering and self interest Poor poor do not book this hotel - they do not respect their guests or care.
