Leider nicht der Ort, den wir erwartet haben. Dienst durch das Rezeptionspersonal war hervorragend, aber die tatsächliche Wohnung war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Schlafzimmer hatte ein falsches Fenster mit falschem Schrank. Es gab keine Kleidung, nur eine Kleidung Eisenbahn, die gebrochen wurde. Ich muss sagen, das Badezimmer war erstaunlich mit einer großen Dusche, aber dann musste der Fernseher entschlüsselt werden, um es zu halten. Literally don’t know where to begin with my praise for this place! The apartment was amazing; big, FULLY equipped with everything a person could possibly need on holiday, a lovely balcony, comfortable beds, and very clean. In fact, it was cleaned every day of our stay, which given that it was self catering was unexpected and much appreciated. The location is perfect too - a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We went for a longer walk and were at the harbour within an hour. But even better than these things was the wonderful customer service we received from Irina. From the moment we checked in she was helpful and informative, giving us recommendations for restaurants, maps, and bus routes. Then when our airport transfer wasn’t correctly arranged she sorted everything out for us. She made phone calls, she sent emails, she offered to print things out for us, she was simply amazing and went far above and beyond any receptionist I’ve ever come across… All in all we had a wonderful holiday, and if we ever return to Torrevieja we would absolutely stay here!
