Ich bin glücklich genug, einmal oder zweimal im Jahr in einem High-End-Hotel zu bleiben. Vier Saisons Hotels sind anders - Sie können immer sehen und fühlen, was Sie zahlen. Die neuen vier Saisons bei Otemachi verdeutlicht das. Unnötig zu sagen, die öffentlichen Räume und Zimmer sind schön. Sowohl das Design als auch die Ausführung des Designs sind großartig. Wenn Sie ein Konnosseur der Bauqualität sind, werden Sie sehen, was ich meine. In Bezug auf die Eignung und Fertigstellung, ist es für ein Gebäude, was ein Lexus ist für ein Auto. Bedeutsamer als der physische Raum ist jedoch das Personal. Innerhalb eines Tages, da ich hier war, schien es, als wusste jeder, wer ich war (so verhalten Sie sich, weil Sie hier nicht ein schlechtes Ruf entwickeln wollen). Ich habe hier Frühstück (es kommt mit dem Zimmer) sowie ein Mittagessen im italienischen Restaurant und ein Abendessen in der Bar gegessen. Das Essen, obwohl im Allgemeinen nicht japanisch allein, hatte japanische Flair. Der geräucherte Lachs in meinem ersten Tag Frühstückssalat war besonders, wie auch der Kalb Salat und Turbot mit Edamame pur' ich hatte zum Mittagessen. Das japanische Frühstück gab Kabeljau in Miso mariniert, was ich genieße, und es war nicht enttäuscht. Der Waygu-Hammer, den ich zum Abendessen hatte, war besser als gut, aber nicht ganz mit meinem Lieblings-Hammer in Los Angeles, der ist der Burger in der Bar von Cut. Der Wartepersonal war aufmerksam, ohne zu schwimmen, und der Bartender, Keith Motsi, wurde letztes Jahr der beste Bartender in Asien genannt. Ich bin nicht überrascht. Er hat mich mit seiner Bekanntheit von Hemingways Trinkgewohnheiten gewonnen, und seine perfekt ausgeführte, knochentrockene, gestürzte Martini (er spült sowohl die Schale als auch das Glas mit Vermut, bevor er in den Gin zerschmettert). Der Pool ist erstaunlich, obwohl ich leicht enttäuscht bin, dass es kein tiefes Ende hat. Leider, schwache Pools scheinen, wie es mit allen Hotels heute ist. Neue Hotels müssen in der Regel eine Schüttelzeit durchlaufen, bevor sie ihren Fuß finden, und es war mir ziemlich klar, dass die Otemachi Four Seasons bereits gut begründet ist. Zurzeit ist es teuer, aber nicht verrückt teuer. Ich wünsche ihnen viel Erfolg.

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

I have to say I was excited and looked forward to my stay. At the end. I don’t think it was worth it. And it was because of what Hoshinoya Tokyo is, it is a ryokan, not a hotel, and it is a Japanese chain. It was not imbued with the spirit of providing utmost comfort and pampering to its guest. It is more focused on the onsen, the Japanese culture, and the provision of daily meals. 

It is not where you should stay to hear a lot of Yes. No concierge service, so they won’t help you get a reservation because they provide meals in the ryokan (which hotel doesn’t?). No early check in or courtesy late check out. If you want to check out late, it’s 9,000 JPY per hour - even when it doesn’t cost the hotel anything. No currency exchange service. If you want to order meals, you have to place the order the day before. No bathrobe provided, and when asked, first they said they didn’t have them, then they provided but warned me I should only wear them inside the room (I don’t remember a time in my life when I wore bathrobe walking around any hotel), and that since the quantity was limited, they would not change the bathrobe during my stay - it all sounded like a conversation I would have with my school principal, one that was not so friendly.

The fancy picture of the centerpiece which flooded Instagram was one place on the hallway, first floor, where we took off our shoes before entering the hotel. Reception is on the second floor, and the interior was a mixed in style, I don’t know how to call it. It was dated and furnished with uncomfortable sofas and chairs. We and other guests were not allowed to checked in until 3 pm (regardless whether a room was available) so we could see several parties, some with small children hanging out on those sofas like at a train station. Not all of us can time our flight to arrive at the hotel at exactly 3 pm, so it was a tiresome wait during which we were provided with one cup of tea per person the whole time. After that long wait, the welcome ritual with snacks at the lounge on our floor became quite pointless. We already did not feel welcomed. Service at Hoshinoya Tokyo was also not great and definitely not 5 star. As a guest pointed out, it’s difficult to get to the entrance via taxi. The basement entrance was dark. Room cleaning was not reliable - we left the room for 3 hours in the morning, came back at 1 pm and the room was not cleaned. But if you stayed in (which well, what you are supposed to do at a ryokan), they wouldn’t go in to clean or even asked if you wanted the room to be cleaned. On such a day, I asked if I could get new towels when we left for dinner, the staff said yes, but nothing happened when we came back and no follow up call to let us know why. There’s no view from our room (executive room at the corner). The hotel is surrounded by other taller buildings. When we opened the window screen, we could see people from the other building office and they could see us. It’s all grayish.

Wir haben das Aman Tokyo gewählt weil wir 1.) noch nie in einem Hotel der Aman Gruppe gewohnt haben und 2.) es angeblich das beste Hotel in Tokio sein soll. Davon haben wir leider nichts mitbekommen. Zuerst das positive --＞ die Aussicht ist wirklich traumhaft. Das war es aber dann leider auch schon mit den positiven Meldungen. Nun zum negativen --＞ Das komplette Zimmer ist eine einzige Fehlkonstruktion. An ein Lichtkonzept wurde anscheinend nicht gedacht. Licht im Vorraum einschalten, Fehlanzeige! Alles ist nur über die Knöpfe beim Bett steuerbar. Das Licht im Bad ist am Abend auch eher schlecht da sich die Waschbecken und der Spiegel weit weg vom Fenster befinden und die Lichtquelle einfach nicht ausreichend stark ist. In der Nacht läuchten die Knöpfe beim Bett so hell, dass man immer wieder von dem Blaulicht wach wird. Der Make Up Room Knopf liegt auch versteckt hinter dem Telefon beim Bett anstatt gleich bei der Eingangstüre - wie in jedem anderen Hotel auf dieser Welt. Nun zum Service und den F&B Bereich --＞ so schlechten Service bzw so schlechtes Essen haben wir noch nie in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie gehabt. Wir haben den ersten Morgen im Restaurant gefrühstückt. Wir mussten bei einem nicht einmal halb gefüllten Restaurant ca. 20 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten. Dann kam noch dazu alles gleichzeitig. Somit wurden die allesamt warmen Speisen kalt. (waren ungenießbar) Fürs Abräumen waren auch wir zuständig weil sich niemand gekümmert hat die schon leeren Teller abzuräumen und uns Besteck nachzulegen. Also haben wir dann ab dem nächsten Tag im Zimmer gefrühstückt. (bitte hier meine begefügten Fotos zu beachten) Entweder es gab dann keine Tischsets, oder das Essen war einfach nur lieblos angerichtet und der Kaffelöffel hat sowieso meistens gefällt. (umrühren also mit dem Messer) Wir haben auch einmal Essen über den Room Service bestellt - Fried Chicken Karaage. Ungenießbar und lieblos!!!!! Nun noch zum Housekeeping - Am ersten Tag wollten man das Zimmer um ca. 15 Uhr machen. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache wurde uns dann gesagt das am nächsten Tag früher das Zimmer gemacht wird. Da wir am nächsten Tag kurz ins Zimmer wollten um was abzulegen waren wir doch überrascht dass das Zimmer um wieder ca. 15 Uhr gerade erst gemacht wird. Der Gang auf unserem Stockwerk wurde auch eher vernachlässigt und hat sicher nicht jeden Tag einen Staubsauger gesehen. Das alles haben wir 2 Tage vor unserer Abreise das Management wissen lassen. Wir haben als ”Entschädigung” die Fahrt zum Flughafen bekommen. Wahnsinnig enttäuschend wenn man bedenkt was das Hotel für 7 Nächte gekostet hat.

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Größe und die Festigkeit der Schalen sind auch gut. Es gibt eine Station in der Nähe, so dass es für Leute an allen Orten sehr praktisch ist. Vielleicht nur mein Zimmer, aber ich sehe die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters nicht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und ich fühle mich nicht zufrieden, aber die Unzufriedenheit ist das gleiche für jedes Hotel, also sollte es nichts dagegen tun. Frühstück ist kostenlos, sehr lecker, wenn ich eine Chance habe, werde ich wieder leben.

Stay at this hotel last year and now only get to update my review :) I love the location where the hotel is. If you like the a quiet and peaceful surrounding but yet accessible to main attraction, you probably like this location at Kudan****a, Its not really at center of Shinjuku but the nearest train station is at Jimbocho station and it will only take 5 mins walk. It will take you one or two stop to reach Shinjuku. there are few convenient store which is next to the hotel: 7 Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart. The room might be small especially if you have family with small kids. But overall is a good hotel

Wenn eine Frau auch Gast ist, wäre es, wie so oft in jedem Hotel, sehr hilfreich, wenn sie Make-up-Entferner hinzufügen könnte, damit sie nicht in einen Supermarkt eilen muss. Ich habe diesmal ohne Mahlzeiten reserviert, aber einen Frühstücksbuffet-Gutschein erhalten. Ich war ratlos, weil ich es ursprünglich nicht brauchte, aber ich bin froh, dass ich gegangen bin. Ich habe die vielen Gerichte genossen, die ich am Buffet nicht sehen konnte. Wenn ich noch eine Chance habe, kümmere ich mich um dich.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in Tokio, nur wenige Minuten von einer U-Bahnstation, in der Nähe des Imperial Palace. Sehr nett für kleine Restaurants. Kleines Hotel, sauber, kleines Zimmer, nettes Personal, sehr ruhige Straße für Tokio. Negativ: Das Hotel hat keine Restaurant- und Küchenzimmer, sodass das Frühstück am Morgen tatsächlich aus Sandwich und Yaghurt besteht, die an das Hotel geliefert und im Eingangshall für die Kunden serviert werden: seltsam. Zusammenfassend: für seine zentrale Lage, für seine ruhige, aber gar nicht für das Frühstück zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist ein gut konzipiertes Hotel mit warmem Holz in allen gemeinsamen Bereichen und Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, das ist perfekt in Tokio, aber die Badezimmer sind relativ geräumig. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Seitenstraße hinter einem Hauptzug, so dass es ein gewisses Gefühl der Ruhe über dieses Hotel gibt. Es gibt mehrere Verkehrsverbindungen, sowohl Züge als auch U-Bahnen, in der Nähe, und kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß (eine etwas einzigartige Nachbarschaft, da es eine Reihe von Universitäten in der Umgebung gibt). Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß, mit Eiern bestellt, aber das japanische Frühstück ist auf den Wochenenden fantastisch (es gibt eine Grenze von 15 Mahlzeiten pro Tag, so müssen Sie frühzeitig ankommen). Meine einzigen Beschwerden waren, dass die Beleuchtung im Zimmer heller und das schwache Wifi-Signal (es ließ sich fallen). Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, aber der Ort wird bald beliebt und teuer.

Hotel vor der JR Suidōbashi Station und ca. 5 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof entfernt, und auch weniger als 5 Minuten vom Tokio-Dom. Il faut s’enregistrer et choisir entre reconnaissance faciale ou cartes pour avoir accès à la chambre et aux ascenseurs (la réceptionniste nous a aidé pour cette étape), même chose pour quitter l’hôtel. Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr geräumig, die Bettwäsche war ziemlich komfortabel, Dusche und wäsche unverschämt. Wir hatten Baumwollstacheln, Rasierblöcke, Bürsten und Zahnbürsten im Freien. Das Haus war alle 2 Tage. Die Frühstücksbuffets sind sehr gut, es ist schade, dass die Auswahl begrenzt ist, es gibt nur 5 Möglichkeiten. Gut Hotel.

My original room had a weird smell so had to change to another. It was better, but not great. They do provide basics of robe and small towel. ¥100 rental of large towel for shower. Showers are private and clean and shampoo and body provided. Depending on room, you may hear people making noise in halls by bathrooms and sinks. Bring earplugs. Bed comfort was 3/5. Doable but not great for my aging back. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and better English than most hotels I stayed at. Note: WiFi didn’t reach rooms very well or was very slow. It was more reliable in the lobby.

初めてのカプセルホテルでここを選びました！ 口コミ、写真など見て、ギリギリまで悩みましたがここなら安心かなと思いました。 実際、女性は専用エレベーターがある男性が入れないようになっているため、安心して利用できました。 お風呂場とロッカーが一緒になっていて、いつでもシャワーを浴びることができると思います。 SALONIAのドライヤーがありました。 ロッカーは、中くらいのキャリーを入れることができて、セキュリティーも、カードで開ける形式で設備されており、安心でした！(大きいキャリーも棚をあげれそうだったので、はいると思います。) 少しほかのカプセルよりは高いですが、ホテルよりは安くとまることができたので良かったです。 【アメニティー】 歯ブラシセット 大小のタオル1枚ずつ、足元のタオル シャワールームにシャンプー、リンスー、ボティーソープ(リンスーは沢山使ってやっと機能) 部屋着(上下) カプセル内ものマットレスも枕も寝心地良かったです☆ 目の前にファミリーマートもあり、駅近でもありました！

Nach dem ersten Mal, nach dem Tsang, war ich am zweiten Mal in Dong Urgent. Das Zimmer auf der Wasserstraße Brücke hat auch eine Waschmaschine, Mikrowellenschrank und Verdichtungsmaschine, ein sehr einfaches Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist neben der Rezeption im ersten Stock sehr breit 々, Sie können selbstbedienen Frühstück. Die Art ist reichhaltig und der Geschmack ist sehr gut.

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Größe und die Festigkeit der Schalen sind auch gut. Es gibt eine Station in der Nähe, so dass es für Leute an allen Orten sehr praktisch ist. Vielleicht nur mein Zimmer, aber ich sehe die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters nicht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und ich fühle mich nicht zufrieden, aber die Unzufriedenheit ist das gleiche für jedes Hotel, also sollte es nichts dagegen tun. Frühstück ist kostenlos, sehr lecker, wenn ich eine Chance habe, werde ich wieder leben.

Stay at this hotel last year and now only get to update my review :) I love the location where the hotel is. If you like the a quiet and peaceful surrounding but yet accessible to main attraction, you probably like this location at Kudan****a, Its not really at center of Shinjuku but the nearest train station is at Jimbocho station and it will only take 5 mins walk. It will take you one or two stop to reach Shinjuku. there are few convenient store which is next to the hotel: 7 Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart. The room might be small especially if you have family with small kids. But overall is a good hotel

My original room had a weird smell so had to change to another. It was better, but not great. They do provide basics of robe and small towel. ¥100 rental of large towel for shower. Showers are private and clean and shampoo and body provided. Depending on room, you may hear people making noise in halls by bathrooms and sinks. Bring earplugs. Bed comfort was 3/5. Doable but not great for my aging back. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and better English than most hotels I stayed at. Note: WiFi didn’t reach rooms very well or was very slow. It was more reliable in the lobby.

Die Leute, die Bücher mögen, mögen das Hotel wirklich, die Halle ist auch hell und es gibt viele Bücher umgeben, sehr glücklich. Es gibt Bücher vor jeder Etage der Leitung, die Bücher entlang der Themen auf allen Etagen geordnet sind. Die Bücher und die Schalen in jedem Zimmer sind leichte Bücher. Das Zimmer ist sauber, sehr groß! Sie können ein gutes Bett kochen. Die Toiletten sind auch gut. Überdies, Chef Moon und ich haben mir ein Buch gelesen.
