Kurzer Aufenthalt, ich denke, deshalb konnten wir das Hotel nicht optimal nutzen.
Man sieht, dass das Hotel bessere Zeiten hatte.
Sie gaben uns ein Zimmer neben einer Einrichtung, weil es viel Lärm gab.

We had a good stay at the Tropical island - however very basic. The start with, the hotel is incredibly clean and the cleaners do a fantastic job daily. The facilities (incl. pools, activities, splash park etc) were great for the kids. However, the food at breakfast and evenings was poor - always just luke warm and not of great quality. The other restaurants out with the buffet were not open during our stay which we were not informed. We stayed in February which is considered a quiet time for them and the queue for check-in took ages to get through. There were also a number of things (access keys/towels/poolside drinks) that we required cash for and were also not informed of, which was incredibly inconvenient given we do not like to travel with cash. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and the kids enjoyed it but I wouldn’t necessarily return.

Everything was wonderful and super convenient. We all agreed, however, that it would have been a lot nicer if the water in especially the larger pools was heated. They were simply too cold to stay in for longer than a few laps at best.

Very cold and tired apar**ents. Moisture and mould in the room. Very average AI food. It is not a 4-star hotel. The heated pools are not warm. The animation is only for French people or children.

This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃
