## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the tasteful decor. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. Wir haben im Hotel Nostalgia S Hotel Tianjin Jinwan Plaza übernachtet und hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und praktisch, insbesondere um die Stadt zu erkunden und sich bequem fortzubewegen. Dank der strategischen Lage sind nahegelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einrichtungen gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Badezimmeraufteilung: Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt, das Waschbecken befindet sich außerhalb beider Bereiche. Diese Anordnung mag für manche praktisch sein, könnte aber je nach persönlicher Vorliebe etwas unpraktisch wirken. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts höflich und freundlich. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer großartigen Lage.

Vorteile - Für meine Zwecke sehr gute Lage (nicht weit von Ausstellungszentrum) - Gut, dass es Waschmaschine und Trockner kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Rest ist sehr schwer zu bewerten. Eigentlich O.K., aber mit großen Fragezeichen. - Absoluter Minus - alles ist durchgeraucht. Deswegen nur 1 Stern für die Sauberkeit. Trotz des Rauchverbotes rauchen die Chinesen ohne Skrupel überall. Mein Zimmer war noch einigermaßen in Ordnung, aber die Nachbarn haben geraucht wie verrückt, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch im Gang. Abends, wenn alle Gäste im Hotel waren, zog der Rauch durch die Ventilation in das Zimmer, dazu spazierte ab und zu jemand an der Tür rauchend vorbei. Warum das. trotz vielen Überwachungskameras. den Gästen nicht untersagt wurde - keine Ahnung. - In den Fahrstühlen stinkt das neue Linoleum. Das zusätzlich zu dem Rauch - echte Herausforderung für die Allergiker. - Jegliche Sprache außer Chinesisch - Fehlanzeige. Selbst wenn jemand an der Rezeption sagt, er könne Englisch - stimmt es nicht. Die ganze Kommunikation erfolgte über Google Translator. Dazu noch ein Vermerk. Personal im Hotel glaubt einfach, dass ich die Chinesische Sprache verstehen SOLL. Wenn die mich kommunizieren wollten - war das nur auf Chinesisch, mit echtem Erstaunen, wenn die kapiert haben, dass ich kaum ein Wort verstehe. Das gilt für alles - selbst für die automatischen Telefonanrufe, dass der Zustellroboter da wäre. Wenn man das von vornherein nicht kennt - verpasst man die Zustellung. - Frühstück ist reichlich, aber mit sehr wenigen europäischen Gerichten und bei 4 Übernachtungen geht es schon an die Nerven. Kaffee ist schrecklich. - Als es eines Tages draußen die Sonne plötzlich schien, wurde bei mir im Zimmer 31 Grad heiß, konnte mir die Dame von der Rezeption (selbstverständlich über Google-Translator) nur vorschlagen, dass der Hausmeister die Heizung im Zimmer abstellt!! Also zusätzlich zu der Klimaanlage, die nur auf Wärme diese Jahreszeit funktioniert hat, wurde auch die Heizung eingeschaltet. Erst nachdem ich etwas aufdringliche wurde, hat man mir gesagt, der Hausmeister wird eine mobile Klimaanlage leihen und mir zur Verfügung stellen. Das hat er auch getan, aber die Anlage war so stark, dass ich mir eine Erkältung zugezogen habe. - Flecken auf dem Teppich, die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zu entfernen sind.

Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis ist weit über die Erwartungen! Das Hotel Frühstück ist reichhaltig und raffiniert, und es gibt viele Arten von frischem Obst, kleinen Teigpackungen und frischem Obst, Joghurt und Weizen. Jetzt sind die Eier und Bacon-Aroma, die mit Brot und Obstsaft kombiniert sind, reichhaltig und ernährungsgleich. Das Frühstücksumfeld ist warm und elegant, die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist freundlich und macht die Menschen sich im Allgemeinen heimlich bequem und warm fühlen. Das Frühstück ist nicht nur ein Geschmack, sondern auch eine Quelle der Tagesdynamik, stark empfohlen!

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Dieses traditionsreiche Hotel in Tianjin besticht durch exzellenten Service, eine hervorragende Lage und ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Yingkou Road entfernt und in der Nähe wichtiger Geschäftsviertel und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Xikai-Kirche. Das Hotel bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Stadt und die wunderschöne nächtliche Skyline von Tianjin. Praktischerweise kann man sich auch Essen auf die Terrasse liefern lassen. Ein Hotel, das ich immer wieder gerne buche. 💖

Quiet neighbourhood with a handful of restaurants nearby including McDonald's. Room is clean, towels are sanitised and sealed in bags. A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
