Unser Aufenthalt war im Grunde eine Nacht, wir kamen gut empfangen, die Kinder waren c hungrig und der Buffet war nur warm und funktionierte bis 21hs ... eine pq Pena hatten wir keine arbeitsfähige Zeit, aber sie waren c das Gesicht gut appetit. Aber wir werden nicht schlecht ... rrsds, im Hotel beigefügt ist ein wunderschönes Massenhaus. Verpassen Sie nicht die Gelegenheit, sich zu kennen. Die sehr angenehme Zimmer, saubere Geruchsräume und guten Räume( seltenes). Frühstück, gut serviert und angenehme.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

Ich habe in 2022 5 mal gehostet (Januar, April, Mai, Juli und August). Der Preis ist gut, die Service ist großartig und das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und variiert! Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel, das Internet zufrieden und die warme Dusche entspannt! Das Hotel ist im Zentrum, aber ich empfehle nicht, nachts umzulaufen!
