位置有點偏，附近沒有餐館和商店，需要走路去最近的一個地方才能發現，路程大概10-20分鐘左右，附近沒有什麼娛樂項目，出行全靠打車。房間牆面上的土沒有經過細緻的處理，碰一碰就會掉渣下來。整體一般朝下。

Great hotel in the perfect location with amazing views of the valley and the balloons. We booked 3 rooms here and every room was distinctly different. The staff are very helpful (except the lady in the breakfast bar). Rooms were good size and had a lot of personalization. Explore the small cave meeting room while you are there. Highly recommended.

Wow we loved this little hotel. Cute cave like bedroom with 2 bathrooms 🤩 The breakfast is incredible, staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location - we had a car and we could park right outside of the hotel. Amazing experience, I’d love to come back one day! (We did go end of March and be aware that the little town is quite quiet that time of year)

The hotel was in the perfect location. View- Each morning we woke up early to stand on our balcony and watch the hot air balloons float by. Room- The bed was very comfortable. The floors are heated and the room is always warm. Breakfast- We paid for the breakfast, and we’re glad that we did. Each morning we were served an assortment of breads, cheeses, eggs (omelet), veggies (cucumbers and tomatoes), fries, and jams. We also had tons of tea and coffee. The service was quick. Staff- The staff were friendly and welcoming. Sometimes their doggo is in the front room, and it loves to get pets. The staff helped us arrange transportation, scheduled our hot air balloon ride, and helped with anything else we needed. Transportation- There is easy public transportation available. You can take the bus by waiting directly across the street from the hotel. The bus will take you to several places, including the nearby town Goreme, which is a great place for shopping and food. Cons- We stayed in the wine room and it smelled of mold. We often left our balcony door open to get some fresh air. We think the mold smell is from the bath tub which is leaky. Each time we used the shower part, the bathroom floor would flood a bit. The side of the tub was pulling off too, so it definitely needs a bit of maintenance. Overall, I recommend staying here, but probably in a different room.
