Très bien placé très propre accueil très agréable mais la nuit il y a un bruit insupportable un bruit qui venait de l'extérieur je pense à une climatisation j'ai eu du mal à dormir

Sehr alte Zimmer mit fehlendem Komfort,Sauberkeit unbefriedigend.Vieles kaputt...Dusche katastrophal.Keine Parkplätze,kein Frühstück,kein Essen am Abend....nichts.

Mold everywhere, yellow stains on windows, burn marks on table, part of the roof missing in the bathroom... Don't go there. The hallway smells like a very bad cigarette and the air ventiles are full of dust. We paid the hotel but then had to take a room from another hotel since it was so bad.

At the arrival, the door was closed and we had to wait half an hour for seomeone to open to us, after calling several times. No apologies were given, only this answer "i was at the pharmacy"

Near oil refinery i.e. bad smell outsidr. Load air condition inside.
Bed with mites. Sink in bathroom smells and water drains only slowly. Shower in bad condition. No soap at washing bassin.
Load environment, hearing steps and voices from floor, and toilets and showers from other rooms.
Curtains not dark.

A total lack of the amenities advertised. The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed and breakfast was unavailable. For the duration of my stay, (four days) there was no food or drink available whatsoever.I am a single lady traveller and preferred to use the in house facilities rather than having to go out to eat and drink. Whilst I appreciate that this is a 2 star establishment I would have still expected the facilities mentioned on the ******* description of the hotel to be available, albeit on a reduced winter / covid timetable.

Para una estancia corta, vale. Nuestra habitación olía a tabaco que prácticamente hizo imposible dormir por la noche sin abrir la ventana (con el frío de diciembre). El soporte del papel higiénico a punto de caerse. El lavabo con restos de anteriores clientes, al igual que un jabón encontrado en la parte superior de la ducha. La ducha imposible usarla sin sacar el agua fuera. Los marcos de la puerta hinchados de tanto moj****. El teléfono, nunca conseguimos que nos contestasen antes de llegar. El sistema para poder entrar y salir fuera del horario de apertura me pareció curioso. Desayuno caro para lo que era. Las camas, cómodas. Tiene sistema de calefacción. Aparcamos fuera sin problema. Bus para ir y volver al centro de forma conveniente. Se puede también ir andando, aunque es un paseíto. Por el precio que cuesta, no se puede pedir más, salvo el tema del tabaco, eso es inaceptable. Quiero pensar que fue puntual en nuestra habitación. Necesita muchas mejoras. No hice fotos.
