Familienfreundliche Hotels in Tainan

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful. They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full. Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well equipped however the AC was very noisy with little possibility to adjust. Street noise was bad on one wing of the hotel, I had to request to be relocated to another side which the staff accommodated after some follow up and ”encouragement”. It was strange that after 9pm there was no drink or food available at any of the restaurants or bar. The reception staff was kind enough to extend our stay by 1h without additional charge.

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Aussicht und ist sauber und ordentlich. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und Aussicht gebucht, es ist sehr angenehm zu baden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist komfortabel, das Innenreinigen des Badezimmers ist zu klein, der Service ist gut, die Frühstücksarten sind zwar nicht viel, aber nicht schlecht, es ist sehr zu empfehlen, warten Sie auf den nächsten Besuch

Meine Frau und ich sind nach Jingying gefahren, um unseren siebten Hochzeitstag zu feiern. Wir sind mit dem Fünf-Sterne-Service und den Einrichtungen sehr zufrieden. Sie können während ihres Aufenthalts frei kommen und gehen . Wir werden das nächste Mal wiederkommen, wenn wir die Gelegenheit haben.

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

房間很大很舒適乾淨，很推薦家庭來住！我們兩點到飯店很貼心讓我們可以提早check in入住。遊戲室小朋友玩得很開心，但退房後就不能再玩了…這點很可惜🥲中午的台南根本無處可逃太熱了….再來游泳池勉強來說只算孩子的戲水池😅😅而且早上沒有開放戲水池。

I had a great stay at Tainan Wei-Yat Grand Hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the river and many tourist spots. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice, calm atmosphere, and everything was well taken care of. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast—it wasn’t very impressive. But overall, it’s a great place to stay in Tainan, and I would definitely come back.

真的很美好的回憶，期待下次再住宿這裡，整體環境體驗很不錯，大廳人員有點多⋯每次佢共哈腰讓人不自在，像日系飯店式驚艷，晚餐早餐都很不錯份量也剛好
