3-Sterne-Hotels in Tainan

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The hosts, Yafang and her husband, are incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with snacks and drinks and kindly shared many helpful suggestions about exploring Tainan. They went above and beyond by sharing not only local tips and cultural insights about Tainan, but also interesting conversations about Taiwan’s political system. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Although the two rooms we rented were on the smaller side, they were very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with many attractions nearby and easy access to different parts of the city. Yafang and her husband treated us with genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality. We truly appreciated their warmth and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Tainan.

The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, mit wunderbarer Aussicht und zwei Orten zum drin baden einmal draussen und einmal drinnen. Das war sehr entspannend. Zudem konnten wir den ganzen Hotspring benutzen. Unser Baby durfte auch in den gemischten Bereich mitkommen und war mit uns im Wasser. Für uns aus Europa war das Bad ein sehr spannendes Erlebnis, da einfach alles anders ist, als wir es kennen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, es hatte einfach alles da. Generell das Restaurant war sehr lecker und sie gaben sich sehr viel mühe, auch vegetarisches Essen zuzubereiten. Englisch konnten leider nicht so viele, aber mit unseren sehr bescheidenen chinesisch kenntnissen oder der Übersetzungsapp ging es sehr gut.

The hotel is old and it shows. There are many pools in the onsen area and guests are required to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. The rooms look like they have to renovated but all public area and pools are aged and cleanliness can be improved. The selection at breakfast is basic but it is fair for what we were charged. The receptionists at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

Ich habe leider vergessen, Fotos vom Inneren zu machen, aber die Lage ist wirklich super. Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ich habe das Einkaufsviertel Guohua-Youai, Ximen Asakusa, die Hai'an Road, die Schneckengasse, das Kaufhaus Hayashi, das Kunstmuseum und das alte Bezirksgericht besucht. Dieses Mal war ich zwei Tage dort. Das Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne, und das Waschbecken befand sich außerhalb der Toilette. Im Aufenthaltsraum im zweiten Stock gab es Kekse und Getränke sowie einen großen Fernseher. Das Gepäck konnte sowohl am An- als auch am Abreisetag aufbewahrt werden, was sehr praktisch war.

Schönes sauberes Hotel Die Lage ist bequem für Reisen. Nicht weit von der Tainan BTS Station. In Spaziergang Das Zimmer ist für uns geräumig. Vollständige Einrichtungen Delikat Frühstück Nur an der Beschwerde sticken, gibt es ein wenig Teppichgeräusche.

Hotel war relativ sauber und gut gelegen. Es war viel Staub unter dem Bett und am Schrank. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Schließmechanismus der Tür ist gewöhnunhsbedürftig

Das Hotelservicepersonal ist gut, vor allem wenn ich mich sehr gemütlich und freundlich begehrt habe. Das Innenzimmer ist sauber und schlafend, und das Badezimmer ist auch trocken. Aber es ist etwas merkwürdig, dass es keine ”Bitte stören” gibt. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, dass dieser Preis

Wir haben eine Nacht an einem Wochentag hier verbracht. Wir fühlten uns, als wären wir die einzigen Gäste? Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war beim Betreten sehr gemütlich, aber es roch unangenehm. Als wir das Badezimmer öffneten, stellten wir fest, dass es die Toilettenrohre waren. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es keinen Abluftventilator gab, sodass die Belüftung ausschließlich über das Badezimmerfenster erfolgte, was nicht sehr effektiv zu sein scheint. Die Lichtgestaltung im Zimmer und Badezimmer gefiel mir sehr gut. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war stark und sehr angenehm. Aber Vorsicht: Im Duschraum hängt ein Hinweis. Die Dusche wird mit einem elektrischen Durchlauferhitzer betrieben, daher ist es am besten, zwischen den Duschen 10 Minuten zu warten, sonst geht das heiße Wasser aus. Mein Freund beschwerte sich mitten in der Nacht über ein Jucken, aber es gab keine Anzeichen von Insektenstichen. Wir vermuten, dass es Staub sein könnte, da unter der Woche niemand hier übernachtet hat und das Zimmer schon länger gereinigt wird.
