服务很贴心！很棒的一个旅店，靠近火车站，附近也有好多吃的. Begrüßungsservice, kostenlose Getränke und eine Überraschungsgeburtstagstorte. Gäste können sich an der Rezeption viele Dinge ausleihen, angefangen von einem Dyson-Haartrockner, Ladekabeln, einer Gitarre, einem Cajon usw. Malerisches Design und schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Waschsalon, Küche, Fitnessstudio und sogar einer hauseigenen Bibliothek. Geldwechsel an der Rezeption oder in der Bank nebenan möglich. Das einzige kleine Problem war der muffige Geruch aus dem Waschbecken, der in beiden gebuchten Zimmern vorhanden war. Das Personal hatte keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen. Alles in allem eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für ein paar Tage in Tainan!

If I could give more than 5 stars to XiuXi Anping, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. The location in Anping is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still incredibly convenient for exploring the old streets, historical spots, and local food scene. It struck that rare balance between tranquility and accessibility. The space itself is stunning. Every detail—from the minimalist design to the warm lighting and carefully chosen decor—creates an atmosphere that feels both modern and deeply comforting. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and instantly feel at ease. Cleanliness was impeccable, and you can tell the hosts take real pride in maintaining such a high standard. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure the stay was perfect. They didn’t just provide a place to stay—they created an experience. Thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel personal rather than transactional. Waking up there was a highlight in itself. The calm ambiance, soft natural light, and quiet surroundings made it the perfect reset from a busy travel schedule. It felt less like accommodation and more like a carefully designed retreat. Honestly, XiuXi Anping set a new standard for what I look for when traveling. If you’re heading to Tainan and want somewhere that combines aesthetic, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat.

Am ersten Tag unserer Ankunft hat es stark geregnet, daher war ich sehr froh, als ich im Zimmer einen Luftreiniger und einen Luftentfeuchter sah. Das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz für unser Gepäck und das Badezimmer war mit einer separaten Nass- und Trockenzone ausgestattet, was uns sehr gefiel. Als wir die Waschmaschine benutzen wollten und kein Waschmittel dabeihatten, konnten wir an der Rezeption nachfragen und für 10 NTD ein Waschmittel-Pod erhalten. Waschen und Trocknen kostete zusammen 90 NTD. Der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer kühlte nicht ausreichend. Wenn man etwas Tiefgekühltes hatte, konnte man an der Rezeption nachfragen und es im großen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank aufbewahren.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel. The staff were very kind, and the private underground parking was a plus. We loved the free evening snacks, ice cream, and drink at the bar — a nice touch if you don’t want to stay in your room. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was well organized despite the crowds. The relaxed vibe and late check-out made it even better. Highly recommend for a stay in Tainan — would definitely book again!

Der Standort liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Tainan und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kellner wird Sie vorsichtig in das Zimmer führen und Ihnen die Einrichtungen im Zimmer vorstellen. Allerdings sind im Zimmer keine Einwegartikel wie Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und Hausschuhe vorhanden. Denken Sie also daran, Ihre eigenen mitzubringen.

The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Touristenzentrum von Guanziling liegt direkt neben dem Hotel. Auch das berühmte Brathähnchen ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück hingegen ist eher mittelmäßig.

1. Centralized Aircon, aka if neighbour just happened to be smoking, the room might temporarily get some second hand smoke.There's window but I'm not sure how to open this kind, until I went to the next hotel haha. 2. Bedroom is big & spacious. Bed and quilt are fine. Slight sensitive skin irritation on day 1 then my skin has adapted to the bed. Has extra pillows that might be cleaner but I didn't use them. 3. Location is ok. Within 1km walking distance from many good local foods that are cheap and tasty. Free bicycle rental which can save some walking. 4. Bathroom is fine, quite big too. Mandatory to stand in the bathtub in order to use the shower head. Couldn't stick the pipe to only use shower head so did some temporary workaround. 5. Soundproof is not good, but didn't impact much except when a kid screamed and ran outside for God knows why. 6. An insect (or is it tw-cockroach version?) crawled out from a corner on my last day... I scared it then it ran back into hiding. 7. There's a water dispenser at the lobby (stage area), free snacks and tea bags. 8. Didn't want to keep towels in the wardrobe space with hanger or on the towel rack above toilet bowl, so can air dry in bathroom, as long it's not toooo heavy. 9. Door has double lock but no chain, so can use a hanger as workaround. Overall: there are a lot of workarounds that I can do, hence the stay was pretty pleasant. The price is definitely worth the stay.

Transport: In der Nähe der SKKU (Sungkyunkwan University) ist es recht praktisch. Ausstattung: Umfassend, die grundlegenden Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Nicht brandneu, aber stilvoll. Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist belebt, aber ruhig. Service: Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Hygiene: Die Hygiene ist akzeptabel und sauber gereinigt. Vorteile: Die Lage ist sehr gut, und unten gibt es kostenlose Fahrräder.

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und grundsätzlich und ein paar kleine Fehler im Badezimmer, aber nichts größeres. 4 Flaschen Wasser sind enthalten und Slips. Betten sind fest und komfortabel und Kissen sind ok. Wenn Sie jedoch allergisch gegen Napthelen sind (Moth-Bälle), dann bleiben Sie weg, da der Ort stark von Moth-Bällen riecht, obwohl das Zimmer keinen Schrank oder Schrank hat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Das Badezimmer ist sehr grundlegende ohne Türrasche, um Ihre Kleidung zu hängen, und die Dusche-Partition ist nur ausreichend, um das WC vor Splashes und ohne Schiebetüren zu schützen. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, obwohl es Leute, die laut sprechen, wenn sie in der Nacht checken. Die Lobby “freies WLAN” verbindet, hat aber keinen Internetservice. Zimmer-WLAN ist unsicher, so stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie einen VPN haben oder es für unwichtige Dinge verwenden. Sie bieten auch einen kostenlosen Gepäckspeicherservice vor der Eincheckung an, so dass Sie ohne Gepäck um die Stadt zu besichtigen können. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Wahl für einen grundlegenden Kurzaufenthalt in einer sehr bequemen Lage. Der Preis ist auch sehr gut. Empfohlene Wahl für Ihre nächste Tainan Reise.
