The only new thing is that they should be more gentle with customers who ask for explanations on the rates that seem to vary according to the day, this was told us during the booking!! We paid what they asked us for, but we were also considered unhappy!! However, it is a place we recommend!!"

"Fantastisches Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen. Als kritische Reiher sind wir sehr zufrieden. Service und Qualität stehen an erster Stelle. Das Wohlergehen des Gastes steht sowohl im Front Office als auch im Food & Beverage im Mittelpunkt. Gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, inklusive zeitloser, geschmackvoller Kunst. Von außen spürt man einfach nicht, wie schön es von innen ist. Der Pool ist sauber und ruhig und der Garten ist sehr schön. Frühstück fantastisch, sehr umfangreich. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Und unser Hund hat zum Mittag- und Abendessen keinen Zutritt zum Restaurant. Dies haben wir bei der Buchung nicht verstanden. Wir können das Restaurant nicht beurteilen. Massa selbst ist nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, langweilig und ein bisschen wie eine Schutzhütte. Ein Tagesausflug nach Pistio, Lucca, Seine-Florenz ist von diesem schönen Hotel aus leicht zu unternehmen."

"4 days before arriving at this hotel my husband suffered a heart attack and had to undergo surgery the same day. I phoned the hotel to cancel but they didn’t accept my call; I had to write an email! So I did on this stressful day. The hotel replied that they were FORCED to let me pay. How cruel can you be! This is not a chain hotel and nobody is ever forced to take money 4 days before the arrival date. Another hotel we had booked in Tuscany understood the situation and cancelled 2 nights for free. Just to let you know about Hotel Villa Maremonti."

Wir fahren nach Hause ein wenig skeptisch angesichts der vorherigen Bewertungen, aber ganz kurz, wir waren zufrieden. Die Struktur kann sicherlich in einigen Punkten etwas veraltet verbessert werden, aber es war sauber und auch die Küche hat uns zufrieden: reichhaltiges und variiertes Frühstück und Essen von ehrlicher Qualität. freundliches Personal, geleitet von Cesare freundlich!
