Gelegen in The Rocks, zu Fuß entfernt zum Kreisquay. Hier muss ein Berggeflügel sein, vor allem mit Gepäck. Einmal abgestürzt, erkunden Sie die schöne Rocks-Bereich. Ich habe den Zug zum Kreisquay gefangen, wo das Opera House und der Hafenbrücke ist. Dann gingen viele, viele Treppen hierher. Gut wert. Sehr modern, obwohl es über einen archäologischen Ort eines Teils der alten Rocks-Gebiet. Schön gemacht und erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, obwohl teuer für ein Doppelzimmer. Aber ich hatte nichts daran, für die Lage und Reinigung zu bezahlen. Bad modern und sauber. Lockers für langfristige Miete zur Verfügung. Ich kann es nicht hoch genug bewerten Das Dach des Hostels!! ?? Absolut zweit bis keine. Perfekte Aussichten auf das Opera House, Brücke und Hafen

As a frequent attender, I'm very happy to see this Hotel's facilities has all been renewed very nicely. The service provided by the team was kind and friendly. I recommend choosing the harbour-view rooms, especially the larger one for best experience.

Everything you'd expect from 5-Star Accommodation. Excellent location for taking in the main highlights of a short trip to Sydney. Within walking distance of The Opera House, train station, ferry quay, kings park etc. Sizable room, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. No complaints!

Das Hotel liegt am George St gegenüber dem Übersee Cruise Terminal, umgeben von vielen Restaurants und Pubs und ist neben den Rocks Markets, die am Wochenende geöffnet werden. Während die Lage großartig ist, ist das Hotel leider sehr unterwälzt im Vergleich zu dem, was ich bei anderen Rydges-Eigenschaften erlebt habe. Das Hotel ist alt, aber nicht in einem alten Weltstil, nur einfach alt und müde. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Zimmer sind sehr grundlegend. Neben einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl gab es nur einen anderen Stuhl und keine Lounge im Zimmer. Als Warnung für jemanden, der Zugangsproblem hat, sind alle Etagen auf zwei Ebenen und die Aufzüge nicht auf den alternativen Ebenen stoppen, so müssen Sie einen Flug von etwa 8 Schritten zwischen jedem Ebenen verwenden. Mein Zimmer hatte eine Dusche über das Bad, die nur über 3 Fuß lang war. Die Dusche war so lange, dass ich nicht richtig aufstehen konnte und das heiße Wasser war so heiß (offensichtlich keine Tampingventile) dass mit dem kalten Wasser auf voller Höhe ich nur die Wärme aufdrehte, sonst war es zu heiß. Die Zimmer sind individuell klimatisiert, aber mit unserem Set auf 19.5° war es immer noch wirklich warm. Der TV ist so niedrig, es ist nahezu unmöglich, aus dem Bett zu sehen (denken Sie an keine Lounge oder Tisch zu sitzen) und wirklich auf der Wand zu montieren. Auf einem positiven Personal war wirklich gut, freundlich und hilfreich, obwohl ich beunruhigt war, die junge Dame zu sehen, die Leute im Restaurant zum Frühstück überprüfen, durchlaufen und ein Stück Bacon aus der Oberfläche neben den Kegeln holen und es zurückwerfen In den anderen Bacon und dann mit dem Rest gemischt.

This is an amended review to highlight the ongoing lack of communication from the hotel. It is fair to say that the hotel had some great things going for it but, sadly, customer support is not one of them. Breakfast was excellent and the roof top Aster bar was a great place to enjoy a cocktail and see some spectacular sunsets. However, the whole thing was let down by extremely lacklustre support from the management down. My wife lost her glasses in the hotel. They are prescription reading glasses in very distinct designer frames and were in a sparkly gold box. We asked at the desk during check out if they had been found and were told that they had not been handed in but that reception would check with the Aster bar, where we believe they had been left but was closed at the time of check out. We were due to be in Sydney again in 4 days and the receptionist took all the details and a description of the glasses and case and said that she would email me to give me an update. Sadly we didn’t hear back. Four days later when we returned to Sydney we checked back at the hotel there was no note against our booking and the duty receptionist said nothing could be done but was unable to confirm if a check had been made in the Aster rooftop bar. I asked to speak to the duty manager and an Irish lady, whose name I sadly didn’t get, came out to speak to me. She was very apologetic and said it was not the normal standard we should expect from the hotel and promised to speak to the Aster staff and that she would get back to me by email before the end of the day. Sadly, no further communication was forthcoming and a follow up email to the hotel remains unanswered. We realise that the loss was our fault but the lack of interest from the staff and unfulfilled, empty promises from the management would definitely deter us from staying there again. It would appear that the management have no interest in fostering customer satisfaction.

Location drew me to Establishment, situated near some of my favourite restaurants in Sydney and close to the venue where I was doing business. Establishment delivers for location. I also chose Establishment for a little bit of luxury to break a heavy work schedule and it did not live up to expectation. It seems to be a great party crash hotel for the bucks/hens night with few services that really speak to the time poor luxury business traveller. It’s beautifully styled with a comfortable bed, but that is about the limit. It’s the services and the quality of the room features that let it down. No 24 hour room service and a menu that is not reflective of the quality of the food precinct it’s situated in. (I went out to get an excellent take away breakfast that I brought back to my room rather than order anything from the scant breakfast menu that looked like a take away menu). I left my computer power charger at home, but concierge could not help me with one to borrow or ideas on where I could buy a replacement. The bath is very narrow and not much hot water - I boiled the kettle to get it a bit warmer. Hunter products in the bathroom but there was no hair conditioner and few of the little luxuries that you would expect in such a stylish bathroom such as extra towels, make up mirrors/lighting, an extra soap for the bath. The room fittings are pretty tired and scuffed up. It’s certainly ready for a bit of a renovation/ refresh. The carpet looks like it’s seem some amazing parties. The room, particularly the bathroom, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. The bathroom shower curtain was really dirty and needs to be replaced. Lots of marks on the walls and scuff marks on furniture - looks tired and a bit worn out. There is no dedicated space to work for business travellers, other than a long table near the window but I had to sit on the bed. Inside the lift the small seating looks like it had seen some parties as well and not clean enough to sit on. No hand sanitiser anywhere. This was the most expensive room rate for the CBD area I wanted to be in, and the result was disappointing. As a lover of boutique hotels, I was looking forward to staying here, but based on this experience I won’t return and can’t recommend this one.

Abgesehen vom Preis gibt es keine Nachteile (der Preis ist immer noch viel billiger als vor der Epidemie), der Concierge hat bei vielen Buchungen und Auftritten geholfen, sowieso eines der besten Hotels in Sydney, verglichen mit dem neuen ******-Hotel, auch das Gefühl, dass dies besser ist, ist die Landschaft unbesiegbar.

Man muss den Housekeeping Service extra anrufen, damit er kommt. Das allein ist schon seltsam bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse. Begründet wird dies mit Corona - was ja mittlerweile selbst in Australien kein Thema mehr ist. 3 Tage lang hat das aber trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht geklappt. Von der Rezeption wurden dann wenigstens frische Handtücher gebracht. Im Restaurant gibt es nur Frühstück a la carte, das ist hochpreisig aber ok. Rezeption ist 24h freundlich besetzt. Auskünfte auf Fragen können jedoch nur spärlich gegeben werden. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist klein und nur 1,2m tief.

This place is in the central business district of Sydney. We loved the location for a pre-cruise stay. It’s only a 10 minute walk slightly down hill to the cruise port. The 1-BR studio was nice and clean and had a washer/dryer. We were able to refresh our clothes prior to our cruise. The bed could be slightly more comfortable; however, when comparing price ti the Four Seasons we can stay here for 3 nights versus 1 night at Four Seasons. The room had a microwave, kettle (coffee/tea) and a nice balcony. Entertainment on television was good as well. I would definitely stay again!

Es gibt nicht viele grundlegende Einrichtungen im Zimmer.. Wie Hausschuhe und Mineralwasser (dieser Preis ist nicht billig, selbst das Wasser ist nicht bereit zu geben.. zu viel !!!!) Ich wollte hier leben und ich könnte einen Blick auf die Oper haben.. aber nicht zum gleichen Preis, ich kann in einem guten Hotel wohnen. Dann wegen der Begegnung mit dem lebhaften Australien-Festival... Die Straße war versiegelt... Ich rief die Rezeption an, um mir zu helfen, das Auto zum Flughafen zu rufen, und fragte sie ausdrücklich, wo sie warten soll (ich kenne das Straßensiegel). .. Infolgedessen war sie sich dessen völlig nicht bewusst. Rufen Sie mich im Hotel an.. Das Ergebnis ist, dass das Auto nicht einfahren kann... Es hat auch meine Zeit verzögert... Schließlich halfen sie überhaupt nichts... Ich muss mein sperriges Gepäck zum schleppen Straße, um das Auto zu rufen. 😡😡😡 Zusammenfassend muss man hier nicht leben... Die gleiche geographische Lage, es gibt viele andere Möglichkeiten😎
