Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht gebucht. Der Check-in ist um 15:00 Uhr und ich kam etwa 10 Minuten vorher an. Man sagte mir, die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht seien noch nicht fertig, also werteten sie mein Zimmer zu einer Suite im Sky Tower auf. Das Zimmer war groß, aber der Blick ging auf eine Baustelle und ich konnte die Bucht nur aus einem kleinen Winkel sehen. Obwohl sie sagten, es sei ein Upgrade gewesen, war die Aussicht nicht wirklich angenehm und ich konnte kaum meinen Vorhang öffnen. Ich blieb nur eine Nacht, also war es für mich in Ordnung. Aber wenn Sie die Bucht sehen möchten, ist dies keine Alternative.

The hotel is very clean and good. The staffs were accommodating. We spent most of the stay in the ******. The breakfast is the best and very yummy!! Too bad the rooms were sold out as we were planning to book another room during our stay. Will definitely go back here.

When i book the hotel what i have in mind is a place for us to enjoy after not seeing my husband for two years we opted to stay in Manila instead of going for vacation. I look for a hotel that will suit us and judging from the pictures it has all the ammenities that we expect from a hotel. Also the reviews were highly rated but when we get to the hotel the construction is not complete. The room does not have the complete furniture. Not even a trash container for cooking left overs and trash bins should have a cover, because when we get in the room we fly roaming our place. . It feels like renting a condo unit rather than a hotel. In order to contact the front desk you have to scan a qr code and do it online, its so incovenient, having a physical phone is much better than having to contact online. Eating options were very limited as there was no stanby reastaurant and neither nearby restaurants or stores..With our booking , breakfast was not included but it would have been okay if we have enjoyed all the ameneties and services that we expect for the price we pay. Now i feel, having not enjoyed what i saw from the pictures on the website,its very much pricey that i could have have opted to a much better hotel with a little bit price difference like SEDA by the bay which we stayed previously. Construction was onging and if you wanted to relax dyring the day it was impossible due to construction noise. Only 4 floors were operating out of 12. My advice to the property do not open a hotel when its incomplete..it will disappoint your guests. We didnt enjoyed what we have paid ,but thanks to the very accomodating staff at the reception, Riann, Zelle,Aya, khaye and sir Tauro, the night shift team , including the guard, truly an asset to the property. Perhaps when the construction is done we can say its worth the pay.

Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt im Sapphire Seaview Park. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und entspannt, und einige Highlights haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Zimmer und Ausstattung: Die Zimmer waren geräumig, makellos sauber und modern ausgestattet, unter anderem mit privaten Balkonen und Küchenzeilen mit Blick auf die Manila Bay. Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitnessstudio, Pool und Minimarkt sorgten für zusätzlichen Komfort, ohne dass wir das Hotel verlassen mussten. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice gewährleistete stets ein angenehmes und frisches Ambiente. Service: Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Sie unterstützten uns beispielsweise beim Bestellen von Mietwagen oder beim reibungslosen Check-in. Ihre freundliche Art trug maßgeblich zur positiven Atmosphäre bei. Lage und Sicherheit: Die Lage in der Nähe von Okada, Solaire, Mall of Asia (MOA) und dem Flughafen Ninoy Aquino (NAIA) ermöglichte einen einfachen Zugang zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in einem sicheren, gehobenen Wohngebiet mit hohen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Der Blick auf die Bucht und die Stadt von den oberen Etagen war atemberaubend, besonders nachts. Verbesserungspotenzial: Einige Möbelstücke wirkten etwas wackelig, und der Fußweg zu nahegelegenen Orten wie Okada war trotz der angegebenen Nähe etwas eingeschränkt. Insgesamt waren dies jedoch Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich zum hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und dem gebotenen Komfort.

Buchung über Trip.com ist sehr zuverlässig. Extremeli Suiten bieten hervorragende Kundenservice von Einchecken bis Auschecken. Das Personal kommt sogar jeden Tag, um zu fragen, ob es etwas gibt, das ich meinen Aufenthalt bequem machen muss. Auch fragte, ob ich brauche Ersatz von Wasserflaschen für Kaffee trinken. Die Ausstattung ist schön. Die Aussicht ist erstaunlich. Ich kann die meisten Metro Manila vom 18. Stock sehen, auf dem ich verbleibe. Wenn Solarier oder SM MOA mehr Veranstaltungen hat, würde ich sicherlich für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Manila zurück nach Extremeli kommen. 10/10 Hoch empfohlen.

Vor der Buchung habe ich den Gastgeber informiert, dass ich mit einem Baby reisen werde, das empfindliche Haut hat und frische Betten und eine ordnungsgemäß gereinigte Einheit gebeten hat. Ich glaube, dies war eine vernünftige Anfrage für einen zahlenden Gast. Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Die Einheit ist für eine Familie von vier ziemlich klein, vor allem mit dem extra Bett, das sehr wenig Raum verlässt, um zu bewegen. Nach der Ankunft fanden wir sofort mehrere Hühner, und sie scheinen auch nach einer tiefen Reinigung weiter. Meine Tochter wurde so unbehaglich, dass sie nicht gut schlafen konnte und entschied sich, im Haus unserer Verwandten für den Rest unseres Urlaubs zu bleiben. Wir waren auch besorgt über die Sicherheit unseres Babys. Die Sauberkeit der Einheit war unter den Erwartungen. Der Duschekopf und der Fässer hatten sichtbare Schmutz und Schmutz, der gelieferte Mop war schmutzig, es gab keine zusätzlichen Mülltaschen, und es schien, dass das Badezimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Wir blieben für 8 Tage, aber Zimmerreinigung, Handtücherersatz und Änderung der Betten wurden erst nach Aufhebung dieser Bedenken angeboten. Die Buchung war für vier Gäste, aber nur zwei Handtücher wurden ursprünglich angeboten. Wir schätzten auch die komplimentären Toiletten. Insgesamt begrüße ich ihre Bemühungen, die Probleme zu lösen, aber ich glaube, dass die Einheit eine angemessene Schädlingsbekämpfung und eine viel tiefere Reinigung benötigt. Diese Bewertung basiert auf unserer Erfahrung und soll helfen, den Aufenthalt für künftige Gäste zu verbessern. Die Fotos, die ich hochgeladen habe, sind nur ein paar von dem, was wir erlebt haben. Einige der anderen Fragen waren zu unbehaglich zu fotografieren, aber alles, was ich in dieser Bewertung erwähnte, basiert auf unserem tatsächlichen Aufenthalt.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

There are many rules before checking in, it is difficult for the guest who has many things to do like barcode etc. It should be done once you have booked on trip.com,, not to many people you have to talk to outside the apps and ask for any requirements. I wish the front desk was the only one you talked to. And The hotel cleaning fee should be included in the payment when booking, it should not be charged after the booking is complete. We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
