"It's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits.
I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA
Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines."

SStacFifiAs a solo traveller for the first time in the Philippines this was a good choice of a hotel. Upon arrival your door is opened and you are greeted by all staff with smiles on their faces. They took my luggage for me and brought it up to my room. The staff were very helpful to arrange “grab” taxi’s for me when needed.
The location was amazing as it was so close to many different attractions and little did I know, which sooner figured out Ayala Mall was right around the corner. If you forgot to pack or take anything on your trip you could easily go there and get anything you need😊. Plus there were many good places for food too.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone passing through Manila.

HHAESEONSchade, dass ich aus Angst vor Verbrennungen das Schwimmbad nicht benutzen konnte, aber ich habe mich gut erholt. Ich empfehle, sich während der Nutzung der Hoteleinrichtungen gut auszuruhen. Wenn Sie ein Taxi nehmen und Ersatz holen müssen, wird es Ihnen schwer fallen.

GGastnutzerUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Die Wohnung selbst war ein havenstil, ruhig und so komfortable. Es fühlte sich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Wir haben großes Schlafen und liebte das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer 'das natürliches Licht gibt. Sehr empfohlen, wenn Sie nach Qualität und großer Gastfreundschaft suchen! Wir werden hier auf unserer nächsten Reise wieder bleiben.

Kkat p fDas Hotel war leicht zu finden. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist empfehlenswert, da es viele Parkplätze bietet und geräumig ist. Es liegt allerdings nicht in fußläufiger Entfernung zu beliebten Einkaufszentren und Geschäften wie der Mall of Asia, den Ayala Malls by the Bay, Okada, Solaire usw. Wir waren dort für ein Konzert und hatten dank der großen Zimmer viel Platz zum Vorbereiten. Zwar gab es weder Mikrowelle noch Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was uns aber nicht störte, da wir die Restaurants und Bars der Umgebung erkunden wollten. Wir reisten auch mit unserer Katze. Das Hotel ist tierfreundlich.

The room is amazing, it has enough equipment that you will need especially for cooking and utensils. Very convenient because it is also close to the main gate of Azure and has a beautiful pool view in a high floor.

GGastnutzerFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
