The stay was a mixed bag, 3/5 stars overall. By far the biggest negative was the blatantly false advertisement of a Balcony - the actual reason we picked this unit over less expensive alternatives. Let me repeat there is NO BALCONY. The second negative which is milder was that initially, the owner sent a message threatening to charge a P100/hr ”late check in fee” for checking in after 6pm. None of this is mentioned on Trip.com's website. I complained about this and the owner agreed to not charge us for ”late check in”, and she didn't . Positives were a great housing complex, few attractions nearby except a mall, but facilities are excellent. The owner was very responsive to any problems or issues, replying almost immediately. Free lumpia Shanghai in the freezer was a nice touch, we bought some oil and fried it up! In short, a bit more honesty in advertising would earn more stars, but it was still a worthwhile stay.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and accommodating us during our stay. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful luxury hotel. The room was not only spacious and elegant but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family. Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

Vor der Buchung habe ich den Gastgeber informiert, dass ich mit einem Baby reisen werde, das empfindliche Haut hat und frische Betten und eine ordnungsgemäß gereinigte Einheit gebeten hat. Ich glaube, dies war eine vernünftige Anfrage für einen zahlenden Gast. Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Die Einheit ist für eine Familie von vier ziemlich klein, vor allem mit dem extra Bett, das sehr wenig Raum verlässt, um zu bewegen. Nach der Ankunft fanden wir sofort mehrere Hühner, und sie scheinen auch nach einer tiefen Reinigung weiter. Meine Tochter wurde so unbehaglich, dass sie nicht gut schlafen konnte und entschied sich, im Haus unserer Verwandten für den Rest unseres Urlaubs zu bleiben. Wir waren auch besorgt über die Sicherheit unseres Babys. Die Sauberkeit der Einheit war unter den Erwartungen. Der Duschekopf und der Fässer hatten sichtbare Schmutz und Schmutz, der gelieferte Mop war schmutzig, es gab keine zusätzlichen Mülltaschen, und es schien, dass das Badezimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Wir blieben für 8 Tage, aber Zimmerreinigung, Handtücherersatz und Änderung der Betten wurden erst nach Aufhebung dieser Bedenken angeboten. Die Buchung war für vier Gäste, aber nur zwei Handtücher wurden ursprünglich angeboten. Auf der positiven Seite nahmen das Kundenserviceteam unsere Bedenken ernst und organisierte eine tiefe Reinigung, ersetzte die Handtücher, und das Immobilienpersonal reagierte nach Kundenunterstützung. Wir schätzten auch die komplimentären Toiletten. Insgesamt begrüße ich ihre Bemühungen, die Probleme zu lösen, aber ich glaube, dass die Einheit eine angemessene Schädlingsbekämpfung und eine viel tiefere Reinigung benötigt. Diese Bewertung basiert auf unserer Erfahrung und soll helfen, den Aufenthalt für künftige Gäste zu verbessern. Die Fotos, die ich hochgeladen habe, sind nur ein paar von dem, was wir erlebt haben. the host upgraded our room to 2 rooms it was clean and rhe aircon is cold, unfortunarely the pool is close,m since its monday, the staff is very accomdating 😍…

All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

Over all okay but scary. The room was cleaned, just make an adjustment kaasi barado yung agusan ng tubig sa may cr. During our stayed, Around 10 evening, may sumusubok magbukas ng door namin, nakita pa namin sa bintana na tumakbo. Please make the area safer for the customer. Kasi kung ganyan lagi, walang magtatagal na customer sa inyo. The service was okay, very accommodating and approachable.
