As a solo traveller for the first time in the Philippines this was a good choice of a hotel. Upon arrival your door is opened and you are greeted by all staff with smiles on their faces. They took my luggage for me and brought it up to my room. The staff were very helpful to arrange “grab” taxi’s for me when needed. The location was amazing as it was so close to many different attractions and little did I know, which sooner figured out Ayala Mall was right around the corner. If you forgot to pack or take anything on your trip you could easily go there and get anything you need😊. Plus there were many good places for food too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone passing through Manila.

Das Anwesen ist riesig, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war gut, ich habe den Zimmerservice genossen, was für mich das erste Mal war und eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Ist gut für Kinder, sie werden es mögen. In der Nähe kann man auch wunderbar spielen. Kann den ganzen Tag hier verbringen.

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Overall great location, 711 accessible, same building. Ayala Malls 5 mins walk, Parqal closed by. MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind neu, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir konnten sogar nach unserem Flug um Mitternacht einchecken. Unser Zimmer im 20. Stock bot Stadtblick und einen Balkon. Außerdem gab es eine Mikrowelle, eine Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es fehlte Geschirr (bis auf Tassen und Löffel) und der Straßenlärm am Morgen.

Vor der Buchung habe ich den Gastgeber informiert, dass ich mit einem Baby reisen werde, das empfindliche Haut hat und frische Betten und eine ordnungsgemäß gereinigte Einheit gebeten hat. Ich glaube, dies war eine vernünftige Anfrage für einen zahlenden Gast. Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Die Einheit ist für eine Familie von vier ziemlich klein, vor allem mit dem extra Bett, das sehr wenig Raum verlässt, um zu bewegen. Nach der Ankunft fanden wir sofort mehrere Hühner, und sie scheinen auch nach einer tiefen Reinigung weiter. Meine Tochter wurde so unbehaglich, dass sie nicht gut schlafen konnte und entschied sich, im Haus unserer Verwandten für den Rest unseres Urlaubs zu bleiben. Wir waren auch besorgt über die Sicherheit unseres Babys. Die Sauberkeit der Einheit war unter den Erwartungen. Der Duschekopf und der Fässer hatten sichtbare Schmutz und Schmutz, der gelieferte Mop war schmutzig, es gab keine zusätzlichen Mülltaschen, und es schien, dass das Badezimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Wir blieben für 8 Tage, aber Zimmerreinigung, Handtücherersatz und Änderung der Betten wurden erst nach Aufhebung dieser Bedenken angeboten. Die Buchung war für vier Gäste, aber nur zwei Handtücher wurden ursprünglich angeboten. Auf der positiven Seite nahmen das Kundenserviceteam unsere Bedenken ernst und organisierte eine tiefe Reinigung, ersetzte die Handtücher, und das Immobilienpersonal reagierte nach Kundenunterstützung. Wir schätzten auch die komplimentären Toiletten. Insgesamt begrüße ich ihre Bemühungen, die Probleme zu lösen, aber ich glaube, dass die Einheit eine angemessene Schädlingsbekämpfung und eine viel tiefere Reinigung benötigt. Diese Bewertung basiert auf unserer Erfahrung und soll helfen, den Aufenthalt für künftige Gäste zu verbessern. Die Fotos, die ich hochgeladen habe, sind nur ein paar von dem, was wir erlebt haben. Einige der anderen Fragen waren zu unbehaglich zu fotografieren, aber alles, was ich in dieser Bewertung erwähnte, basiert auf unserem tatsächlichen Aufenthalt.

the host upgraded our room to 2 rooms it was clean and rhe aircon is cold, unfortunarely the pool is close,m since its monday, the staff is very accomdating 😍…

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

. There are many rules before checking in, it is difficult for the guest who has many things to do like barcode etc. It should be done once you have booked on trip.com,, not to many people you have to talk to outside the apps and ask for any requirements. I wish the front desk was the only one you talked to. And The hotel cleaning fee should be included in the payment when booking, it should not be charged after the booking is complete. The rest its ok

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
