DDenden CustodioHatte einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt im Nustar Hotel Cebu. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und schön gestaltet, mit erstaunlichen Blicken auf das Meer. Der Service war außergewöhnlichstaff war aufmerksam, warm und professionell. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Pool und das Essen, machten die Erfahrung noch erinnerelicher. Sicherlich eines der besten Orte zu bleiben in Cebu. Sehr empfohlen!

Frühstück und Zimmerservice waren auch köstlich.
Schade, dass die Badewanne nur halb voll war.
Der Strand hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre, aber ohne Badeschuhe war es schwierig, ins Wasser zu gehen.
Aber die Höhlenbar war großartig, ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

KKhojieEs war schön, dass Kinos, Restaurants und ein Kasino geöffnet waren, aber die meisten Geschäfte sind noch im Bau. Sie haben auch einen Pool, ein Spa und ein Fitnessstudio, die gut genug sind, um im Hotel zu übernachten, aber es ist ziemlich weit von der Stadt entfernt. Aber wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen. Nach dem Abendessen gingen wir in die Bar im Kasino mit einem Sänger. Es ist gut zum Entspannen und die Angestellten sind sehr aufmerksam.

Zimmer: Natürlich sauber. Das Bett fühlte sich jedoch kleiner an als ein normales Einzelbett, und es gab kein Sofa, was ein Minuspunkt war.
Wasser gab es nur in begrenzter Menge, nur vier 350-ml-Plastikflaschen.
Es war mühsam, nach mehr zu fragen.
Frühstück: Weniger Auswahl als erwartet. Es wäre besser gewesen, mehr lokale warme Gerichte als Sushi und Dim Sum zu essen.
Restaurant: Wir waren im Enie und Azur, und beide waren gut. Die Happy Hour im Azur ist besonders gut!
Das Kokoseis im Café am Pool ist sehr empfehlenswert!
Personal: Freundlich und nett. Es gibt japanisches Personal, was beruhigend ist.
Pool: Es wäre schön, wenn es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene gäbe, auch wenn er nur ein Teil des Hauptpools wäre. Kein Wasser oder andere Dienstleistungen.
Obwohl es ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist, liegt es unter anderen Hotels, in denen ich in anderen Ländern übernachtet habe. Ist das angesichts des Preises angemessen?
Ich habe viel geschrieben, aber insgesamt war es ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerThis is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort!
Pros:
- It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel!
- Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people.
- Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless.
- I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help.
Cons:
- The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours.
- The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences.
- The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby.
- Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

ままりりんさんですVom Flughafen sind es etwa 30 Minuten bis zu einem wunderschönen Resort mit Privatstrand. 🏝️💓 Sobald man das Gelände verlässt, fühlt man sich wie in einer anderen Welt. 😂 Ich war auch in Restaurants außerhalb des Resorts, aber die Restaurants im Resort sind sowohl vom Essen als auch vom Service her besser. Die Preise sind allerdings etwas hoch.

AAnonymer BenutzerSchöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war sauber, obwohl sie strenge Check-in-Zeiten haben. Wir waren um 12 Uhr da. Früher Check-in ist nicht möglich, also warteten wir und versuchten es dann erneut und fragten um 14:55 Uhr. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist nicht besonders freundlich und sagte uns, das Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig und sie würden uns anrufen, sobald es fertig sei. 15:10 Uhr, immer noch keine Nachricht, also fragte ich erneut einen anderen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Diesmal war es ein Typ, der mir die Schlüsselkarte gab. Das Zimmer war die ganze Zeit fertig, aber sie gaben uns keine Nachricht.

IIULIIA2222Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem Hotel. Es fühlte sich an wie im Paradies. Die Unterwasserwelt hier ist unglaublich schön. Man kann einen Guide buchen und für 880 PHP für zwei Personen schnorcheln gehen. Außerdem kann man eine GoPro-Kamera für 500 PHP mieten. Tauchermasken sind kostenlos. Falls Sie Flossen benötigen, empfehle ich Ihnen, diese zu benutzen; sie kosten 400 PHP für zwei Personen für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Dies ist ein fantastischer Ort, der definitiv einen Besuch wert ist, ohne Zweifel. Das Wasser ist wunderschön, die Unterwasserwelt bezaubernd, und ich habe es sehr genossen, über das Gelände zu spazieren. Man kann sogar Haie vom Ufer aus beobachten.

MMrs. ShonSo ein schönes Resort!!! Beim Einchecken wurde ich nicht besonders freundlich empfangen, aber Ralph checkte meinen Freund ein und er bekam sofort ein Zimmer. Wir wechselten zu Ralph und er übergab alles sehr schnell und es war auch für uns ein Zimmer frei. Er ist so kompetent, zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich gegenüber den Gästen. Abgesehen vom Einchecken bietet das Frühstück viele Optionen, Cocktailbars/Happy Hours von Montag bis Donnerstag, tolles Angebot!! Ich liebte Salt und die Sky Bar auf dem Dach, die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang war unglaublich. Paddle-Board, Kajakfahren und die 8 verschiedenen Pools, die wir getestet haben. Das Grillmenü war unglaublich und der Kellner bringt Ihnen auch Ihren Cocktail an den Strand. Das freundliche Personal machte den Ausflug sehr angenehm und die anderen Gäste, hauptsächlich Koreaner, waren so freundlich und nett. Ich hatte das beste Weihnachten in diesem Resort und kann es kaum erwarten, mit meinem Mann zurückzukehren.

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.
