"Really enjoyed my stay! The room felt like home—with a mini fridge, enough racks for clothes, a small work table, and a sliding mirrored door for the bathroom. Loved the nice window view and the split-type aircon. The location is very accessible—walkable to the mall, food spots, and banks. Staff were always kind and polite, greeting and opening doors for guests. There’s a coffee shop on the second floor, free water refill near the elevator, and a hot shower. Great experience!"

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom White Beach und Panagsama Beach entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, einen Deckenventilator und Duschannehmlichkeiten. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Hotels auf den Philippinen gibt es Platz zum Abstellen von Dingen (Bodenhänger + Kommode + Schreibtisch). Das Personal sagt, dass Russen hier häufig zu Gast sind, deshalb haben sie grundlegende Sätze auf Russisch gelernt. Für 250 Pesos können sie ein amerikanisches Frühstück zubereiten (Ei, Wurst/Speck, Toast und Obst des Tages). Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen Mactan 2200 Pesos. Sie helfen auch beim Fahrradverleih.

BBeverly J. BeverleyWe booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff

The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

KKazuya TatsuDies war mein erster Aufenthalt in der Nähe des IT Parks. Für den Preis war es die höchste Etage in der Gegend, und ich konnte in der 33. Etage übernachten. Es hatte einen Balkon, aber die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, so dass es im selben 33. Stock einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon gab, von dem aus man die Aussicht genießen konnte. Auf der Dachterrasse in der 38. Etage gibt es außerdem ein Restaurant, wo Sie die Aussicht noch mehr genießen können. Außerdem gibt es im 1. Stock einen muschelförmigen Pool. Von Sonntagabend bis Montag ist die Nutzung nicht möglich, an anderen Tagen von 9.00 bis 21.00 Uhr. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte viele Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich Kaffee. Allerdings war die Anwendung des mitgelieferten Shampoos etwas schwierig. Ich war überrascht, so viele Japaner dort zu sehen. Die Lage ist ganz in der Nähe des IT Parks und Sie können die Ayala Mall in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Freitags und samstags gibt es auch einen Nachtmarkt, der Spaß macht. Obwohl es moderne Einrichtungen wie einen IT-Park gibt, finden manche Leute es enttäuschend, dass man ein Stück laufen muss, um Straßenessen zu finden. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies das Hotel mit dem insgesamt besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

GGuest UserDie Aussicht vom Zimmer aus war sehr gut und schon beim Einchecken war das Hotelpersonal sehr höflich und lächelte, was großartig war. Der Pool war groß und hatte nachts eine tolle Atmosphäre. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Convenience-Stores, Supermärkte und Drogerien, so dass man sich um die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs keine Sorgen machen muss und ich diese gerne wieder nutzen würde.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

Here are some key points: Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem. Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed ) Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade. Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day. Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it. Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived. Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy. Would I stay again? Maybe,

The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
