This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

Die Sraff sind schön. Nach dem Frühstück ließ ich mein Handy auf dem Tisch liegen und das Mädchen gab es mir zurück. Ich bin so dankbar dafür. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn man nicht wählerisch ist. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich klein. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man nach dem Öffnen der Tür in die Dusche gehen und die Tür wieder schließen, um zur Toilette zu gelangen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nicht alle Badezimmer denen des Zimmers entsprechen, in dem wir übernachtet haben.

We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

Ich liebe meinen Aufenthalt hier und ich fühlte mein Studiozimmer sehr spezial. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und das Zimmer hatte alle Einrichtungen und Toiletten. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen netten und erschwinglichen Kaffee, einen kleinen Pool für Entspannung und einen Fitnessraum. Es gibt Spas, Restaurants und ein Mall nur einen Spa-Wanderweg. Das Personal war nett und hat mir am Ende meines Aufenthalts einen kostenlosen Fahrt zum Flughafen geplant.

Die Lage der Annehmlichkeiten war großartig, aber der Zustand des Zimmers war ... Ich habe Mr. Bar nicht getroffen, aber er scheint irgendwo zu sein. Das Bett muss alt gewesen sein und fühlte sich an, als würde es den Boden berühren. Übrigens... gehen Sie niemals zum Massagesalon neben diesem Hotel. Ich öffne meine Augen, gehe nach Kobe und die Masseurinnen massieren sich gegenseitig, während sie auf ihre Telefone schauen. Haha.

Wir wollten diese Unterkunft wirklich lieben! Es gibt sicher einige fantastische Elemente hier, und ich möchte zuerst die positiven hervorheben. Das Kundenserviceteam war wunderbarfreundlich und ehrlich engagiert, unsere Sorgen zu beheben, die wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Das Zimmer selbst, wenn wir endlich ins Zimmer gekommen waren, war ziemlich komfortabel! Wir genossen den schönen Blick, und das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren absolut großartig, was zu einem guten Schlaf führte. Diese Faktoren waren letztendlich, warum wir in der Lage waren, unsere Buchung komfortabel zu beenden 3-day. Ich muss jedoch ganz ehrlich über die ursprüngliche Erfahrung sein. Es war völlig unannehmbar und enttäuschend, dass das Zimmer, das bei der Eincheckung zugewiesen wurde, für unsere Ankunft völlig unvorbereitet war. ⚠️ Die Reise zum Zimmer, obwohl klar markiert, war immer noch eine lange Herausforderung, die uns erforderte, ”Korridore, zwei Aufzüge und einen starken chemischen Geruch” zu navigieren, nur um zu einem Raum zu kommen, der leider von Abwasser geräuchert. Diese erste Entdeckung, nach dieser langen Route, war wirklich beunruhigend, und ich hoffe aufrichtig, dass das Team sicherstellt, dass dies nicht zukünftige Gäste passiert. Wir gab ihnen die Chance, es zu reparieren, und sie fanden uns graziös ein neues Zimmer auf einem höheren Stock. Während das neue Zimmer schön war, war der Zug zu ihm so lange, wenn nicht mehr, und noch eine komplexe Route von Korridoren und Aufzügen. Ich hoffe, dass die Führung diese Rückmeldung ins Herz nimmt und sicherstellt, dass die erste Zimmerzubereitung für alle künftigen Gäste ordnungsgemäß ist. Zusammenfassend: Fantastisch, hilfsbereites Personal und ein großes, komfortables Zimmer (einmal eingestellt), aber die Reise zum Zimmer und die Erstzimmer Vorbereitung braucht ernsthafte, sofortige Aufmerksamkeit.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
