Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

GGastnutzerI am truly impressed with the amenities there. Very thoughtful and everything you need is there. Including dish soap, laundry powder, scissors, kitchen cloth, towels, toilet doormat, hair and body shampoo. So you just bring yourself and clothes. I especially love the washing machine which has a dryer function and the water dispenser and not forgetting the microwave.
And the place is really new and very clean. Bedsheets and towels are clean too. The place smells clean too. I love that the staff is really considerate to disinfect the door card tag string with a nice fragrance.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

GGastnutzerDas Einchecken war eine Katastrophe. Habe Briefkastennummer und -code bekommen, aber es war kein Schlüssel darin. Habe die zuständige Person kontaktiert. Dann gebeten, es bei einem anderen Briefkasten zu versuchen. Wieder leer. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich solle hoch zur Wohnung gehen und den Türcode eingeben. Die Wohnung war belegt und überall lagen verstreut Klamotten und persönliche Gegenstände herum. Mir wurde gesagt, wir sollten die Wohnung schnell verlassen. Ging zurück in die Lobby. Habe gewartet und gewartet. Mir wurde eine Eigentumswohnung woanders angeboten, was ich abgelehnt habe. Nach anderthalb Stunden voller Anspannung und Hin- und Her haben sie uns schließlich eine Wohnung gefunden. Nach dem Auschecken haben sie die Dreistigkeit, nach einer guten Bewertung zu fragen! Die Wohnung war jedoch sauber und mit mittelgroßem Kühlschrank, Herd, Besteck und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Also, dieser Teil war in Ordnung.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead.
Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open.
I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive.
Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay.

GGastnutzerHouse very spacious but only one parking lot per customer while extra cars need to park outside the guardhouse which is not convenient. I suggest owner needs to check & maintain the amenities in the house regularly to avoid unnessary complaint from customer. I've found out two sockets in the rooms is malfunctioning.

NNak KamarI had a very pleasant stay at Ipoh Manhattan Suite. The unit is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The swimming pool is great condition especially for kids, making it enjoyable for families. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering both comfort and value. Highly recommended!
