The host and team were very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The process of collecting the keys and parking was very smooth. Just follow the video instructions provided by the host and everything is simple and clear. The security guards in the apartment are friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. The environment of the residence is beautiful and peaceful, and we slept very well at night. The unit is very clean and tidy, and the interior is warm and comfortable, exactly the same as shown in the photos. There is also a water dispenser in the house, which is very convenient. The mattress is of good quality and very comfortable to sleep on. The unit is on the ground floor, so it is very convenient to access the swimming pool. The balcony does not face the pool, which is great because there is no noise from people playing in the water, keeping the environment quiet. The balcony faces the parking area, so ordering food delivery is very convenient as it can be delivered directly to the balcony without having to go to the lobby to collect it. It would be even more ideal if the parking space for this unit could be outside, so there would be no need to drive up several levels to park. The highlight for the kids is definitely the playground and swimming pool facilities. They had so much fun playing there. The swimming pool is also clean, and there are security guards watching over the area, which makes it feel very safe. Die Highlights des Hotels sind das außergewöhnliche Frühstück, das Beste, das ich in SE Asien hatte, und seine leckeren Desserts und Pasta im Lobby. Neben dem sehr guten Service, mit zwei Dingen zu denken, eine ist eine kostenlose Zimmeraufbau, und zwei, die mir erlaubt, zum Frühstück 30 Minuten früh (6:30am vs 7:00am) zu gehen. Das Hotel ist auch sehr ästhetisch und einzigartig im Stil, und die Technologie ist sicherlich interessant und intelligent verwendet. Aber sie treffen auch einige merkwürdige Entscheidungen, da sie ein 5* Hotel sind. Erstens, warum es keine Seife im Badezimmer, das ich nie wissen werde, sollte ich nicht jederzeit in die Dusche gehen, um Körper waschen, um meine Hände jederzeit waschen. Die Dusche würde schrittweise kalter werden mit ein paar Minuten und ganz kalt 5 Minuten in. Das Bett ist weit von Luxusgefühl entfernt, mit es ziemlich hart, obwohl vernünftig komfortable und der Duvet-Beschichtung hatte einige Marken auf. Sehr schön das Hotel direkt am Fluss gelegen, zur Altstadt circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr alt verwinkelt und historisch. Am Abend gibt es genügend Restaurants und Kneipen fast alles im Außenbereich.

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

Aber die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Das Zimmer roch auch nach Feuchtigkeit und Abwasser und Zeit. Insgesamt war es für einen Zwischenstopp mit dem Auto für eine Nacht angemessen. Aber mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen.
