"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing.
We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet.
The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given.
We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey.
On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete.
The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊
Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.

This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.

This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.

GGastnutzerThe host and team were very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The process of collecting the keys and parking was very smooth. Just follow the video instructions provided by the host and everything is simple and clear.
The security guards in the apartment are friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. The environment of the residence is beautiful and peaceful, and we slept very well at night.
The unit is very clean and tidy, and the interior is warm and comfortable, exactly the same as shown in the photos. There is also a water dispenser in the house, which is very convenient. The mattress is of good quality and very comfortable to sleep on.
The unit is on the ground floor, so it is very convenient to access the swimming pool. The balcony does not face the pool, which is great because there is no noise from people playing in the water, keeping the environment quiet. The balcony faces the parking area, so ordering food delivery is very convenient as it can be delivered directly to the balcony without having to go to the lobby to collect it. It would be even more ideal if the parking space for this unit could be outside, so there would be no need to drive up several levels to park.
The highlight for the kids is definitely the playground and swimming pool facilities. They had so much fun playing there. The swimming pool is also clean, and there are security guards watching over the area, which makes it feel very safe.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great place for families traveling with children.

JJSadlerDas Hotel war in einigen Fällen ausgezeichnet, aber in anderen fehlt es wirklich. Die Highlights des Hotels sind das außergewöhnliche Frühstück, das Beste, das ich in SE Asien hatte, und seine leckeren Desserts und Pasta im Lobby. Neben dem sehr guten Service, mit zwei Dingen zu denken, eine ist eine kostenlose Zimmeraufbau, und zwei, die mir erlaubt, zum Frühstück 30 Minuten früh (6:30am vs 7:00am) zu gehen. Das Hotel ist auch sehr ästhetisch und einzigartig im Stil, und die Technologie ist sicherlich interessant und intelligent verwendet. Aber sie treffen auch einige merkwürdige Entscheidungen, da sie ein 5* Hotel sind. Erstens, warum es keine Seife im Badezimmer, das ich nie wissen werde, sollte ich nicht jederzeit in die Dusche gehen, um Körper waschen, um meine Hände jederzeit waschen. Die Dusche würde schrittweise kalter werden mit ein paar Minuten und ganz kalt 5 Minuten in. Das Bett ist weit von Luxusgefühl entfernt, mit es ziemlich hart, obwohl vernünftig komfortable und der Duvet-Beschichtung hatte einige Marken auf. Schließlich bedeutet die Technik, dass es viele unnötige Lichter um das Zimmer gibt, was das Zimmer viel weniger dunkel macht. Insgesamt hätte ich erwartet, dass das harte Produkt in einem Hotel dieser Klasse besser ist, aber das weiche Produkt war sicherlich 5*.

SShimchimHad a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable.
Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨
Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

GGastnutzerI ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

Das 3. Bett war nicht so angekündigt, es ist vorübergehend kleines Bett. Ich wurde nicht erlaubt, in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln, wie ich mich beschwert habe.
Das Hotel ist nur 3 kostenloses Frühstück für uns, weil der Manager auf Urlaub war.

Das Hotel wurde aus einem alten und verfallenen Gebäude umgebaut. Das industrielle Innendesign verlieh ihm Charakter. Aber die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Das Zimmer roch auch nach Feuchtigkeit und Abwasser und Zeit.
Insgesamt war es für einen Zwischenstopp mit dem Auto für eine Nacht angemessen. Aber mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen.
