"I truly feel fortunate and lucky to have discovered this HIDDEN JEM of a Hotel! It is Centrally Located in IPOH, Malaysia and Shopping and Restaurants are closeby and within walking distance! The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed too! The Room rates are quite reasonable and a great overall value. I think what sets this Artistic Hotel apart from others is the 5-Star Service provided by each and every member of the Team! I had the pleasure to meet the General Manager, Front Desk staff and Room Attendenta and each and everyone had a positive attitude and genuinely cared if I was happy at ALL times. I believe they went above and beyond ALL of my expectations to ensure I was 110% SATISFIED with my stay. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in.
