3-Sterne-Hotels in Ipoh

Großes Schlaf wie immer, aber Reinigkeit und Wartung sind schleifend Ich habe in diesem Hotel mehrfach geblieben und immer wieder zurückgekommen. Wahrlich, ich hatte während dieses Besuchs eine tolle Nacht Schlaf. Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass die Reinigungsstandards im Vergleich zu meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten gesunken sind. Nach dem Einchecken fand ich verrückte Haare auf dem Boden und den Bettwäsche. Es ist auch traurig zu sehen, dass einige Gäste in der Vergangenheit hart und unachtsam mit der Immobilie waren, was das Innenraum schnell zu zeigen, Verkleidung und Tränen. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass die Management-Betreuung proaktive Schritte zur Erhaltung der Zimmer und zur Verbesserung der Erhaltung.

Ein großes Eckehaus mit 9 Zimmern. Räumliches Wohnzimmer mit TV-Kanälen. Essbereich mit Tischwaren. Kein Backofen, kein Kochgerät. Ein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserdispenser mit heißem, warmem und kaltem Wasser. Unter den Treppen hat auch ein gemeinsames WC. Rein und schön. Letzte Minute 5pm am Ort reserviert diese Einheit. Instant Bestätigung und einfache Selbstkontrolle in der Instant. Schnell antworten von der Verantwortlichen. Ich reservierte Familienzimmer für 5pax im ersten Stock. 2 Schlafzimmer mit gemeinsamem Toilette. Zimmer8 geräumig 1king 1single. Room9 1Queen. Sehr komfortable dicke Betten. Fernseher im Zimmer kann nicht verwendet werden. Alte Mutter muss nach unten gehen, um TV im Wohnzimmer zu beobachten. Es ist sehr komfortabel und komfortabel im Leben zu sitzen. Grüße viele Gäste kommen in und aus haha. Sehr erschwinglich Preis. In der Nähe Restaurants und Attraktionen. Großer Aufenthalt! Danke!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Stayed at Hotel 1969 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were polite and kind throughout our stay, especially the concierge, who also acted as our airport transfer driver. Although I did not get his name, he was very responsible and ensured we arrived at the airport on time. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading off, which was perfect and satisfying. The hotel location is very convenient, with many coffeeshops nearby. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

Großer Service und sehr aufmerksam! Sehr sichere Fläche mit Sicherheitsbetreuung zu bleiben, um sich umzugehen 24h. Der Pool war großartig und es erlaubt nicht unzureichende Schwimmbad Atmosphäre in den Pool zu gehen. Sehr empfohlen für den Familienaufenthalt!

Einzigartiges Design der Insel Liu, Fotos über ein Foto 📸 Die Lage ist bequem, zu Fuß können Sie die Roten Geschäfte und Attraktionen in der Altstadt Der Service ist intim und nett wie ein Freund zu Hause zu leben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super hoch, es ist zu viel wert als dieselbe Art von Hotel Wenn ich wieder ein Pflegepersonal bin, werde ich hier sicherlich ohne Zögern wieder wählen. Für Freunde, die die kleinen Leute mögen und die guten Gemütlichkeiten haben!

Große Lage vor allem um die alte Stadt Ipoh. Personal war jedoch freundlich, schlechte Kommunikationskompetenzen. Insgesamt war der Ort ok, aber vor unserer Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, es gab Wasserunterbrechung und wir wurden an ihrem anderen Ausgang angeboten, glücklicherweise, als wir ankamen, Wasserversorgung installiert und wir beschlossen, hier zu bleiben. Das Zimmer war klein, aber wir klagen nicht darüber, weil wir nur dieses Zimmer für zzzz genommen haben, wir waren die ganze Zeit da waren. Toilettenroll war nicht im Zimmer verfügbar, wie wir in checked wir hatten von der Mitarbeiter zu fragen

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

PROs: Cute and clean unit. Perfect for a group stay in Ipoh. Located near the town; able to reach by car within 5-10mins. Everything in the unit is working properly except the WiFi. There’s even a washer for laundry. Recommend to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Overall it’s a great place for quick getaway. CONs: Bad building management, which is no fault of the unit owner. Rude security guards, unclear signage both inside and outside of the parking lots, even worst is the wretched traffic management. If you are driving and parking in this building, I suggest you go slow and take your time looking out at the signage, lest you fall victim to their management’s ridiculous rules. This was my second stay at The Anderson condo, while I knew from the first stay that their parking lots had poor lighting and signage, I’m surprised that it can get worse.
