Positive: + Lage - in der Nähe der Stadt und sehr günstig + Es ist fast brandneu und niedrige Besatzung so sehr ruhig und Einrichtungen im Gebäude sind brandneu, obwohl Dinge wie Spa- und Atapchi-Pool sind geschlossen. + Gute Kundenservice von IWH. Kundenserviceoffizier Dee war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. + Cukcoo Wasserdispenser in einer Einheit, die groß ist, wurde sowohl warmes als auch kaltes Trinkwasser. + Branded appliances. Negative: - Das Apartment hat keine tolle Ausstattung. Esstisch hat dieses Metallband um ihn, das scharf ist und eigentlich das Bein meiner Tochter geschnitten. - Die Matratzen waren extrem hart, während die Kissen zu weich sind. - Während Handtücher und Duschegel und Shampoo bereitgestellt werden, gibt es keine Handwaschseife. - Die Handtücher sind relativ niedrig und man hatte sogar Zigarettengeräusche, die wir ersetzt haben. - Während wir die separate Dusche und Toilette schätzen, gibt es keine Gürtel, um die Badezimmer- und Wohnbereich zu trennen, die wechselnde Kleidung aus der Dusche gekommen ist von einem Hass. - Wasserdruck ist nicht groß. Insgesamt, obwohl der Preis gut ist, fühlen wir das als eines der Fälle, in denen die Wohnung auf Fotos viel besser aussehen als tatsächlich aufgrund der Budget-freundliche Möbel verwendet.

Großer Service und sehr aufmerksam! Sehr sichere Fläche mit Sicherheitsbetreuung zu bleiben, um sich umzugehen 24h. Der Pool war großartig und es erlaubt nicht unzureichende Schwimmbad Atmosphäre in den Pool zu gehen. Sehr empfohlen für den Familienaufenthalt!

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Wegweiser waren etwas ungenau; folgen Sie einfach dem weißen Pfad. Die Sicherheitsleute waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Rezeption war vor 22 Uhr besetzt, was super war. Der kleine Park bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick bei Nacht, und obwohl der Pool im 12. Stock klein war, waren Ambiente und Aussicht hervorragend. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, und das Zimmer war einfach, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der einzige kleine Mangel war, dass der Boden nicht ganz sauber war, sodass meine Füße schmutzig blieben. Ich hoffe, das wird noch verbessert. Insgesamt eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung; ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön – modern, sauber und durchdacht gestaltet, sodass man sich gleichzeitig wohl und luxuriös fühlte. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Einrichtungen. Sie waren brandneu und in exzellentem Zustand, was die Nutzung umso angenehmer machte. Der Pool war zwar etwas klein, aber dennoch sauber, gepflegt und perfekt für ein kurzes, entspannendes Bad. Das Ambiente war einfach unschlagbar. Es war friedlich, gemütlich und ideal, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Atmosphäre machte den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Unvergesslichem. Insgesamt hatte ich einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub und kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine erholsame und schöne Auszeit sucht.

The location was great 👍 . Suitable for stress free environment - the beauty of greenery and mountain view so fascinating !🥰 Things got annoyed with my unit (E2) were: I) Key collection locker - couldn't see the numbers clearly (due to same silver colours). 2) The bathroom door (inside Master Bedroom) so noisy eg. krak krak really annoying !😐. 3) The mattress inside Bedroom 2 is uneven. (Those with slip disc problems having difficulty to sleep on it.) 🙁 Need improvements ASAP !

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, außer dass die Lage nahe der Autobahn ist und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen wegen des lauten Verkehrslärms. Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it
