Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön – modern, sauber und durchdacht gestaltet, sodass man sich gleichzeitig wohl und luxuriös fühlte. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Einrichtungen. Sie waren brandneu und in exzellentem Zustand, was die Nutzung umso angenehmer machte. Der Pool war zwar etwas klein, aber dennoch sauber, gepflegt und perfekt für ein kurzes, entspannendes Bad. Das Ambiente war einfach unschlagbar. Es war friedlich, gemütlich und ideal, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Atmosphäre machte den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Unvergesslichem. Insgesamt hatte ich einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub und kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine erholsame und schöne Auszeit sucht.

Hatte während meiner letzten Reise einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Kinta. Das Hotel ist sauber, komfortabel und befindet sich in einem sehr bequemen Bereichempfänglicher Zugang zu Geschäften und Lebensmitteln in der Nähe. Eincheckung war reibungslos und das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich während des Aufenthalts. Die Reise war sicherlich das Buka Puasa-Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre fühlte sich wie die klassische P. Ramlee & Saloma era sehr lebhaft und nostalgisch. Es gab eine Live-Band und DJ, die die Nacht noch mehr passiert, und das Hotelpersonal hat die Gäste wirklich unterhaltsam gemacht, die die ganze Erfahrung warm und erinnerlich fühlen. Spezielle Schreie nach Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack für die große Gastfreundschaft und Spaß Vibes über die ganze Nacht. Sie haben wirklich die Buka puasa Erfahrung mehr meriah und angenehm gemacht. 🌙✨ Insgesamt war es ein komfortables und erinnernswertes Aufenthalt. Absolut empfohlen für jeden, der einen Ort mit guten Vibrationen während Ramadan besucht und sucht.

Ich habe 3 Tage und 2 Nächte in Manhattan Condo geblieben und hatte eine komfortable Erfahrung. Die Einheit war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen wie WLAN, Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine, was den Aufenthalt bequem machte. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und freundlich. Die Lage ist strategischer, nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Ipoh Stadt, Essen und Attraktionen wie Verlorene Welt von Tambun. Der Fitness- und Schwimmbad im Kondo wurde gut gepflegt, und das Sicherheitssystem schien abhängig. Für Familien oder kleine Gruppen, die einen komfortablen und vernünftigen Aufenthalt in Ipoh suchen, ist es eine ausgezeichnete Option insgesamt. Ich würde sicherlich über die Rückkehr nachdenken!

Ich liebe das Innenraum und die Farbe .So sauber und schön. Lieblings. nahe dem Stadtgebiet. Der Fitnessraum hat keine Klimaanlage, sondern mit Fans .Der Pool war gut. .Einfach zugreifen

The homestay is clean and well-equipped with basic necessities. For those bringing children to swim in the pool, please ensure they wear proper swimming attire — even jersey shirts are not allowed. In my opinion, it’s suitable for two families. However, if there are more, the entry and exit rules can be a bit inconvenient for those who are not used to them. Overall, it’s good.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sie können zu vielen berühmten Restaurants in der alten Stadt Ipoh gehen. Alle nicht mehr als zehn Minuten, sehr bequem. Das Haus ist sehr groß und das Bett ist komfortabel. Aber der Geruch aus der Abwasserstraße ist sehr stark und extrem unbehaglich. Es half, wenn Sie die Toilettentür schließen. Nicht viel Klangfest, man kann andere Gäste beim Gang und Chat hören. Es kann ziemlich laut am Morgen und Nacht, wenn Menschen durchlaufen. Das Design des Autoparks ist ein Albtraum. Es ist achtzig - wirklich schwierig, wenn Sie das Auto bis zum Niveau 7 in einem gehen. Das Managementteam ist ziemlich näher zu erreichen. Sie sammeln RM300 für Schadensdeposition durch Kreditkarte. Und wird in 1-2 Tagen nach Ihrem Auscheck zurückkehren. ( Ich habe nicht geprüft, ob ich die Rückgabe erhalten habe).

Der Aufenthalt war gut, außer dass die Lage nahe der Autobahn ist und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen wegen des lauten Verkehrslärms. Suggerieren Sie, Lärm-Annullierungsfenster für das gesamte Zimmer installieren. Sonst wird der Aufenthalt nicht angenehm und wird Ihr Geschäft beeinflussen. Für Ihre Betrachtung pls.

PROs: Cute and clean unit. Perfect for a group stay in Ipoh. Located near the town; able to reach by car within 5-10mins. Everything in the unit is working properly except the WiFi. There’s even a washer for laundry. Recommend to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Overall it’s a great place for quick getaway. CONs: Bad building management, which is no fault of the unit owner. Rude security guards, unclear signage both inside and outside of the parking lots, even worst is the wretched traffic management. If you are driving and parking in this building, I suggest you go slow and take your time looking out at the signage, lest you fall victim to their management’s ridiculous rules. This was my second stay at The Anderson condo, while I knew from the first stay that their parking lots had poor lighting and signage, I’m surprised that it can get worse.
