Buchte dieses Apartment für seine Lage und auch, weil es fast neu war. Positive: + Lage - in der Nähe der Stadt und sehr günstig + Es ist fast brandneu und niedrige Besatzung so sehr ruhig und Einrichtungen im Gebäude sind brandneu, obwohl Dinge wie Spa- und Atapchi-Pool sind geschlossen. + Gute Kundenservice von IWH. Kundenserviceoffizier Dee war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. + Cukcoo Wasserdispenser in einer Einheit, die groß ist, wurde sowohl warmes als auch kaltes Trinkwasser. + Branded appliances. Negative: - Das Apartment hat keine tolle Ausstattung. Esstisch hat dieses Metallband um ihn, das scharf ist und eigentlich das Bein meiner Tochter geschnitten. - Die Matratzen waren extrem hart, während die Kissen zu weich sind. - Während Handtücher und Duschegel und Shampoo bereitgestellt werden, gibt es keine Handwaschseife. - Die Handtücher sind relativ niedrig und man hatte sogar Zigarettengeräusche, die wir ersetzt haben. - Während wir die separate Dusche und Toilette schätzen, gibt es keine Gürtel, um die Badezimmer- und Wohnbereich zu trennen, die wechselnde Kleidung aus der Dusche gekommen ist von einem Hass. - Wasserdruck ist nicht groß. Insgesamt, obwohl der Preis gut ist, fühlen wir das als eines der Fälle, in denen die Wohnung auf Fotos viel besser aussehen als tatsächlich aufgrund der Budget-freundliche Möbel verwendet.

The apartment was very clean. The bathroom and sanitary facilities were spotless, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and daily use. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a comfortable stay — we would definitely recommend these apartments.

Ich habe 3 Tage und 2 Nächte in Manhattan Condo geblieben und hatte eine komfortable Erfahrung. Die Einheit war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen wie WLAN, Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine, was den Aufenthalt bequem machte. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und freundlich. Die Lage ist strategischer, nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Ipoh Stadt, Essen und Attraktionen wie Verlorene Welt von Tambun. Großer Ort. Es war selbst ein- und auschecken. Ich musste die Eigentümer anrufen, bevor sie über Whatsapp ankam. Daher gibt es kein Frontdesk. Der Ort war gut und geräumig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt. Es ist ein bisschen in der Innenseite, aber keine Probleme für uns, wie wir fahren. Es gibt Essplätze und Einkaufen in der Nähe März (Wanderstrecke). Empfohlen.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ipoh Manhattan Suite. The unit is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The swimming pool is great condition especially for kids, making it enjoyable for families. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering both comfort and value. Highly recommended!

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.
