Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.

The unit itself was very nice—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Everything was well-maintained, and you could tell the place was still quite new. The ambience was absolutely the best. It was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for unwinding away from the usual busy routine. The atmosphere really made the stay feel special and memorable. Overall, I had a wonderful staycation and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Die Zimmer hingegen sind recht abgewohnt, vergleichbar mit einem Budgethotel wie dem Home Inn in China, vielleicht sogar noch schlechter als das Atour Hotel. Der Preis von über 700 RMB pro Nacht ist dafür nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig; auf dem Nachttisch und den Laken befanden sich Haare. Die Schalldämmung ist mangelhaft; unter der Tür klafft ein großer Spalt, durch den man die Schritte und Gespräche im Flur deutlich hören kann. Der Außenpool ist groß und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Die Lage ist gut, ganz in der Nähe der Concubine Lane, mit einem 7-Eleven nur 100 Meter entfernt und einem Durian-Stand (köstlich und günstig) in sieben Minuten zu Fuß. Der Service an der Rezeption ist schnell und das Personal ausreichend.

AAZMHDa es sich um ein neues Hotel handelt, gibt es keine eigene Tiefgarage. Nur sehr wenige Parkplätze im Freien stehen vor dem Gebäude zur Verfügung. Sie müssen frei um das Gebäude herum parken. Links und rechts vom Hotel befinden sich zwei Regierungsgebäude. Sie können sich also vorstellen, wie schwierig es ist, einen freien Parkplatz zu finden.

Jjoane leongUnser Aufenthalt in den Ipoh ICC Premium Suites war fantastisch und wir können sie wärmstens empfehlen, insbesondere für Familien.
Die Lage ist ein großes Plus. Direkt gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum Ipoh Parade und in der Nähe der Stadt Ipoh gelegen, ist es unglaublich praktisch zum Einkaufen und Erkunden der lokalen Gastronomie. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Gebäude selbst ist recht neu, sodass viele Einheiten noch leer stehen. Dies sorgt für eine sehr ruhige und friedliche Umgebung. Wir fühlten uns sicher und geborgen, da Sicherheitspersonal und eine Rezeptionistin uns bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung standen.
Die Wohnung war neu, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie hatte eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Besteck, was perfekt für die Zubereitung unserer eigenen Mahlzeiten war. Die Eigentümer stellten außerdem liebevolle Annehmlichkeiten wie Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel zur Verfügung.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an Frau Tang. Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich und gab uns sehr umfassende und detaillierte Anweisungen zum Check-in. Ihre Hilfe machte den Beginn unseres Aufenthalts reibungslos und stressfrei.
Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und wir würden bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Ipoh auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right.
One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much!
Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead.
Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open.
I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive.
Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay.

1st night have a bad neighbour which loud bag music from 2230 - 0330. From 2230 arrived check in and out for supper, music is on but we went out. Back to the room at 0100 still very loud music so after shower and after put on pyjamas; decided knock their door ask them to keep the music down but still not wanted to turn down. So message the admin, been told to go downstairs to look for the security. Ask them for phone number, never reply.
Toilet paper just got a roll that been used (no spare).
Deposit required RM 200.00 which is refundable after 3 working days check out. Slow progress.

Suggerieren Sie, Lärm-Annullierungsfenster für das gesamte Zimmer installieren. Sonst wird der Aufenthalt nicht angenehm und wird Ihr Geschäft beeinflussen.

MMandy Lim llsUnfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped.
The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion.
In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants.
Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay.
Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.
