Positive: + Lage - in der Nähe der Stadt und sehr günstig + Es ist fast brandneu und niedrige Besatzung so sehr ruhig und Einrichtungen im Gebäude sind brandneu, obwohl Dinge wie Spa- und Atapchi-Pool sind geschlossen. + Gute Kundenservice von IWH. Kundenserviceoffizier Dee war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. + Cukcoo Wasserdispenser in einer Einheit, die groß ist, wurde sowohl warmes als auch kaltes Trinkwasser. + Branded appliances. Negative: - Das Apartment hat keine tolle Ausstattung. Esstisch hat dieses Metallband um ihn, das scharf ist und eigentlich das Bein meiner Tochter geschnitten. - Die Matratzen waren extrem hart, während die Kissen zu weich sind. - Während Handtücher und Duschegel und Shampoo bereitgestellt werden, gibt es keine Handwaschseife. - Die Handtücher sind relativ niedrig und man hatte sogar Zigarettengeräusche, die wir ersetzt haben. - Während wir die separate Dusche und Toilette schätzen, gibt es keine Gürtel, um die Badezimmer- und Wohnbereich zu trennen, die wechselnde Kleidung aus der Dusche gekommen ist von einem Hass. - Wasserdruck ist nicht groß. Insgesamt, obwohl der Preis gut ist, fühlen wir das als eines der Fälle, in denen die Wohnung auf Fotos viel besser aussehen als tatsächlich aufgrund der Budget-freundliche Möbel verwendet.

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war ziemlich schwach, was mir gut gefiel, aber wenn Sie eine hellere Atmosphäre bevorzugen, könnte es Ihnen nicht genügen. Sehr schön das Hotel direkt am Fluss gelegen, zur Altstadt circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr alt verwinkelt und historisch. Am Abend gibt es genügend Restaurants und Kneipen fast alles im Außenbereich.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, zu übernachten, und es war von Anfang bis Ende eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist strategisch günstig gelegen, nur 10 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum von Ipoh entfernt, was es zu einem bequemen Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt macht. Beim Einchecken wurden wir vom unglaublich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal herzlich begrüßt, das uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Zu unserer Freude wurden uns auch kostenloser Nachmittagstee und leichte Snacks angeboten – eine aufmerksame Geste, die den Ton für unseren Aufenthalt angab. Das Zimmer war tadellos sauber, mit einem bequemen Bett, das für eine erholsame Nachtruhe sorgte. Die Toilette war makellos und hatte keine unangenehmen Gerüche, was immer ein großes Plus ist. Das Frühstück im Hotel war einfach, aber köstlich und bot frische und zufriedenstellende Optionen, um den Tag richtig zu beginnen. Eine schöne Überraschung war, dass ich nach dem Einchecken eine persönliche Notiz in meinem Zimmer fand. Das Management hatte einen Gruß hinterlassen, in dem es mir frohe Weihnachten wünschte. Es war so eine aufmerksame Geste und sie gab mir ein so warmes und glückliches Gefühl. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie diese zeichnen dieses Hotel wirklich aus. Vielen Dank! Ein weiteres Highlight sind die Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe. In Gehweite fanden wir ein chinesisches Restaurant, ein japanisches Restaurant und sogar eine Bar und ein Bistro, die eine Vielzahl von Speisemöglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack boten. Insgesamt waren meine Familie und ich mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses wird das Symphony Suites Hotel bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Ipoh zweifellos unsere erste Wahl sein. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Online WhatsApp to contact the management team, they are pretty responsive. 2 issues Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself. The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW! Good stay overal

這個民宿應該是在一棟剛剛交房不久的大樓，有些業主早些完成裝潢開始營運，有些則正在進行裝潢工程，所以白天如果在房子裡會有不少工程噪音。地理位置尚可，打車到景點還不算太遠。 這次住3晚的單位，使用最不滿意的是兩個浴室，尤其主臥室的浴室空間狹窄難以走動，兩個浴室都裝置小型的電熱水器，出水量太小，不好使用。公共浴室的熱水器管線有問題，居然還會漏水。

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.
