設施：挺齊全的，房間裏有體重秤小冰箱。 衞生：打掃的挺乾淨，工作到位了。 環境：交通方便，就在地鐵站旁邊 服務：周到細緻，耐心細心。。。

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr hervorragend. Es befindet sich in der alten Stadt Mumbai, der Verkehr ist bequem und es ist einfach, die lokalen Attraktionen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu besuchen. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants und Cafés umgeben, die es mir ermöglichen, leicht zu genießen von Snacks und Freizeit. Dieses Hotel bietet einen guten Service und eine komfortable Unterkunft, die mir einen angenehmen Urlaub ermöglicht.

Dieses Hotel ist seit meiner letzten Übernachtung wirklich abgestürzt. Es braucht nur eine Renovierung, um es wieder an die modernen Standards zu bringen. Sehr alt und jetzt verbraucht. Das Personal war großartig und hilfreich. Frühstück war ok Werden Sie wohl anschauen, wo ich nächstes Mal Suzhou wohne.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind komplett, die Lage ist gut zu finden, Parken ist bequem, der Verkehr ist umgeben, die Lage der Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, der Servicepersonal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, die Frühstücksarten sind auch sehr viel, sehr zufrieden!

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The most incredible service to date in 20years of China hotel stays. Extremely friendly staff, great English and attention to detail. 10/5 stars for service. Breakfast buffet also good. The only very small issue was the rooms didn’t have plugs on side of bed to charge phone. Lovely hotel, amazing service and highly recommended to others. To management just would politely suggest to and plugs on each side of bed so can charge phones, it’s not 1995 anymore and everyone has devices to charge.

Every time I arrive at Suzhou this is the hotel I book. It’s comfortable and convenient location and the staff are wonderful! Highly recommended by myself not just for business but also leisure travel. They will make sure you are comfortable and happy and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay

Ich kam vor ein paar Jahren mit meinen Eltern hierher. Dieses Mal kam während des Frühlingsfestes die ganze Familie, um in den heißen Quellen zu baden. Das Geschäft lief in den Ferien so gut, dass wir es verpassten, zwei Suiten mit Seeblick für eine Nacht zu buchen . Die Aussicht ist gut und der Service ist sehr gut. Besonderer Dank geht an die Ladenbesitzerin – kleine Schwester Xue Jinxiang. Sie ist sehr höflich und rücksichtsvoll und wird Sie auf WeChat an verschiedene Dinge erinnern. Ich muss am nächsten Tag in die Apotheke, deshalb habe ich extra die Adresse einer Apotheke gefunden, die während des Frühlingsfestes nicht geschlossen ist, und sie mir geschickt. Beim Auschecken wurden mir auch sorgfältig Kaffee und heiße Schokolade zubereitet. Das war es wirklich super schön~ Werde das nächste Mal kommen, um zu leben~

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die U-Bahn ist sehr nah, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Essen ist frisch, der Service ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, ich habe zwei Tage gelebt, ich habe es gut für alle Aspekte gefühlt, kein Foto von Zimmern gemacht, zwei Fotos von Zhuang-Pompen setzen, Suzhou ist wirklich so wunderschön!
