Best Western Plus Premium Inn

Myself, my husband, my 16 year old son and 5 year old daughter stayed at the Best Western Plus Premium Inn, Sunny Beach from 20/10/23 for 1 week. We booked Half Board and because we were vegetarians, I confirmed with the hotel at the time of booking if there will be vegetarian options on their buffet. The hotel confirmed that there would be a “selection of vegetarian options on the buffet matching our criteria”. However, the first night we had dinner, there were only some sides available like chips and potatoes and some salads. There were no main courses whatsoever. When I queried this on two separate occasions, the CEO Manager Ivan Todorov and Restaurant Manager Anton Hristov responded in the most rude and cocky manner. I informed them that I had email confirmation of a selection of vegetarian options on the buffet, but they continued to be rude, obnoxious and cocky. When I reminded him that they cannot talk to me in this manner, they started shouting at me in front of all the other guests. My 5 year old daughter and 16 year old son was traumatised by their behaviour. They are bullies who think it is acceptable to insult and ridicule their customers. I have been to several countries around the world and stayed in numerous 4 star hotels but never in my life I have experienced such unprofessional and indecent behaviour from the senior management of the hotel. These people are ruining the name and reputation of the global brand Best Western Hotels and should be removed from their positions immediately. This is not the first time that they have been rude and obnoxious to their guests, but they have deliberately deleted all the other previous bad reviews about them.

This is the worst holiday I have been on ever. Staff are unhappy and unhelpful. The food was very bad and we struggled to find things to eat each day. They need to do food that kids can eat as we stayed 11 nights and only once they served chicken nuggets at meal times and the rest of the time the kids wouldn't eat. Breakfast was not too bad as we could have cereal and toast. The rules changed by the hour as to what you could and couldn't do around the pool and on the slides. The slides were very dangerous as the life guards just sat around under the slides and couldn't see what was going on. Sometimes kids would come down 6 in a row. They need a lifeguard at the top of the slides before someone gets seriously injured. I will never come back to this hotel or to Bulgaria because the people and so unhelpful and miserable. Avoid this hotel if you want a good family holiday. If I could have rated this hotel 0 stars I would have. The only thing good about this hotel was the cleaners as the rooms and communal areas were very clean.

Очень красивые чистые номера, приветливый персонал, вкусный завтрак, есть уютная терраса, в номерах большие балконы с удобными креслами, можно приезжать с питомцами! Все что нужно для прекрасного отдыха! Обязательно приеду еще раз летом!

Чистые ухоженнее номера , но на этом пожалуй всё, лифт можно ждать по пол часа , на огромную гостиницу всего 2 их и очень медленные , брали пакет все включено , после каждого приема пищи болел сильно желудок ,на сайте их отеля указано , что есть казино , так вот оно не работало , спортивный зал на улице , которого так же не было , детский бассейн и вовсе не бассейн , а лужа , причём оооочень холодная, абсолютно не заинтересованный ни в чем администратор , что не спроси , ответ "я не знаю". Вернуться в такой отель желанию точно не возникнет , Мы летели через тур фирму , одной семьей , но нужно было 2 номера , объяснили , что нам важно , чтобы номера были рядом , тур оператор отправил заявку с комментарием на это , на что отель дал добро , по приезду , что я , что другие члены семьи напоминали об номерах рядом , на что администратор сказал "да-да" , каков итог , номера вообще на разных этажах . Ну и на завершение , я первый раз вижу отель у которого для своих клиентов платная стоянка , ещё и за 7.50€ в сутки .

Stayed for 11 nights with my 11 year old son, the hotel was very clean in communal areas,rooms and pool area were spotless,the cleaning team work very hard and I honestly couldn’t fault it Staff in the hotel were helpful, especially the cleaning ladies & restaurant service This hotel does allow groups of young men so it was noisy past midnight on a few of our nights, Sunny beach is a vibrant area and to be honest it was expected to a certain extent We stayed on a half board basis there was a self serve buffet style meals it was ok but hot food was Luke warm or cold, and lacked variety and catered for more Eastern European people but we ate breakfast every day and the evening meal a few times This is my honest opinion, if i return to sunny beach again I would stay here again as I said earlier the hotel was super clean and to me this is the most important thing .. if the variety of dishes, and the food being hotter improved they would have got 5 stars

Really nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size with nice clean bathroom, everything we needed. Bar was beautiful and reasonably priced and the staff were again very friendly. Breakfast and Diner was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient for location on no more than 200 m from the beach and the promenade. The pool area is amazing.All in all, an excellent hotel.
