Stratford Central Apartments by Paymán Club

In arrival the building looked very unkempt. ****s growing everywhere, and fag butts all strewn around the front door. It reminded me of a chavy student block from an inner city University. We arrived an hour prior to our 3pm check in time, so went into Stratford. We arrived back at 4 pm to find the cleaner trying to get in. The apar**ent hadn't even been cleaned. We waited outside in the car for 30 mins. On entry there was a blind missing from one of the two ground floor windows and no plug in the toilet sink. On the plus side it was now a clean apar**ent. My bad feelings about the awful building were sadly brought to fruition in the middle of the first night when we were woken by very loud knocking. The Police were forcing entry to the flat opposite. One arrested.... There was a Police officer on scene guard all morning.... It's really not a nice place to stay. Save your money and go elsewhere. I emailed the company and eventually got a reply. The normal apologies and a 15% discount on my next booking.... I don't think so, they offer a 10% discount for direct bookings already!!! We won't be going back, and I urge you all to steer well clear.

Appar**ents very reasonably priced. Small apar**ent with two bedrooms more than adequate for four adults. Very close to the main drag of Stratford upon Avon. Only a few minutes walk. Very clean and modern. Each apar**ent has it’s own free parking space. Fully self contained with a kitchen, lounge area, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Booked at Stratford Upon Avon . Dirty apar**ent block with an apar**ent that has dated and damaged furnishings.Greeted on our arrival by mentally unstable lady ranting barefoot in the rain who we had to keep avoiding for the rest of our stay as she lives in the ground floor flat.

We have enjoyed our stay at the apar**ent and on the whole we were happy and would consider staying again. Great location and the parking is a brilliant asset. It's spacious and has alot of potential... however Whilst at the apar**ent we didn't have an iron nor a working kettle ..the team did try their best to rectify the problems which was very helpful.. A few thoughts on improving guests stays and potentially getting better reviews No 3 apar**ent could be improved by.. A really good intense clean...it's not dirty but not spotless Fresh coat of paint Better equipped kitchen...we didn't even have forks!!...if a family is wanting to eat in it would be challenging Bedroom furniture is broken and a heater is hanging from the wall The outside parking area would benefit from a good clean, ****ing and maintenance... possibly few plants/flowers to enhance the entrance All that being said...we had a wonderful few days in Stratford upon Avon

Horrific, I travel for work and don’t expect much. There were dirty covid masks on the floors. Doors were broken. Hair and dirt in the shower. Red wine all over the walls and carpet. I don’t believe they have electrical certs . Heaters were hanging off the walls , bare wires hanging out. On arrival other guests were in our room. Never stay here

Absolutely disgusting place. From the lack of customer service to blood on the walls. Stayed two nights asked to move as the next door neighbour was shouting and screaming making excess notice throughout the night until the early morning. I was told that they had been told to keep the noise down and that I would not be disturbed only to have the exact same thing happen on night two. They take a £150 deposit for damages aswell. The whole process of checking in was a nigh**are. Over an hour sitting in the car because they or the system I booked through did not send through my details to the apar**ent therefore my stay wasn't in fact confirmed. This process of taking deposit and verifying ID over the phone to people who were very unprofessional ( babies crying in the background and laughing because they could not pronounce their words properly) also having to call back three times for them to get my email right as they kept getting it wrong and I had to spell it out and reconfirm multiple times! They tried to get me off of the phone before even explaining what had happened...just fill this form in then you can enter your room... Done.. just fill this in then enter your room. Ok fine. Now we need a deposit... Finally got into my room after being told I had to wait for the deposit to go through and prove evidence that it was in fact me making the deposit which was impossible to show through my mobile app because of security reasons. This was done via email so the process of sitting and waiting was ridiculous. Also the fact that through the customer service team they did not direct my call I had to sit and wait for the team to contact me.. initially via email only. Then for the loud and drunk person next door. I asked if I could move room. They were definetly on something else too Apparently no other rooms were available.. I called to speak to customer service again about this issue...the only advise was that they can go speak to the individual and ask them to keep the noise down. I said I don't feel safe at all. Is there something else that can be done.. only to speak with them. This didn't work and I don't think this issue was addressed... I said I was on my own and I was feeling uncomfortable about the whole situation. I did not get an ounce of sleep there at all. I sent through a complain email about all of this only to be told they were sorry and would look into bringing me my tea, coffee, toiletries and toilet roll ( of which I was given half a roll for a two night stay!!) And none of this was provided initially ( a standard practice) I was assured that a colleague would be around to provide me with these amenities. Never received a single thing! Completely unprofessional and unreasonable way of dealing with complains or sorting any of the issues out. Only there for your money not your well-being or safety. Should not be allowed to offer such false advertisement. Also advertises there is a lift. All of which is sealed off so that is another

I booked this property because of its central location but the photos are deceiving it’s in a tired office block. It’s impossible to access with terrible customer services and it’s dirty and shabby. I would not recommend under any circumstances
