Chevron Hotel

We booked our stay from the 21st of September to the 25th and our stay was completely ruined when we entered our room and realised there were multiple cockroaches on our curtains. At first we thought it was just an isolated issue and went down to reception to request a new room and we were provided with one on the same floor (Floor 5) and the first thing we made sure to do was check the new rooms curtains and the exact same problem was present forcing us to go back to reception and ask for a new room once again. Luckily the third room we were provided didn’t have this issue but it was on the basement floor and the last room they had available. It was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend staying here. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. if it requires you to pay a bit more to get a different hotel then please do it will make your experience much more enjoyable. The hotel staff seemed miserable the walls are paper thin inbetween each room so you can hear other people listening to their tv or even talking so if you are a light sleeper then this hotel also isn’t for you. The only positive I can think of is the location it’s in the quieter area of Prague over the bridge from the old town and main attractions but easy to traverse to and from (30 minute walk and 10 minutes on the tram) Regardless of if the location is good you are still better off going elsewhere. If this review can help keep at least one person from coming here I will be happy I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience I had. This should absolutely NOT be a 4 star hotel, even 3 stars would be far too generous.

The hotel is newly built with clean rooms and modern design. Housekeeping is helpful but communicating in English can be a challenge. The staff was helpful and guided us on how to explore Prague. The breakfast is basic but does the trick in the budget. The hotel isn’t ideally located to old town but is a short walk from the tram stop and close to the mall if you want to grab a few things

El hotel en general era espectacular. Muy moderno, bonito y cómodo. Detalles a mejorar como la ducha y algunas más, pero nada importante. Barato y muy limpio, llegué fácilmente desde el aeropuerto gracias al transporte público. Algo alejado del centro pero en 20 minutos llegabas al Puente Carlos.
