Die ganze Familie des Lund Long Festival kam in die häufig bekannte Sha Jiao-Stadt, wohnte im Zhengzhou-Gebäude. Der Hotelreceptionist Xiao Zhang Manager hat mich nicht müde geführt, um das Hauptgebäude und die Zimmer im Nebengebäude zu sehen. Das B&B liegt in der malerischen Gegend von Zhouzhuang. Die Umgebung des B&B ist sehr gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer des Besitzers war sauber und ordentlich Das Restaurant ist erschwinglich und das Essen schmeckt gut. Ich hatte ursprünglich gedacht, dass es in einer malerischen Gegend sein würde, aber ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass es nachts sehr ruhig sein würde Ich habe ihr sogar Medikamente gegeben. Vielen Dank! Die Katzen im B&B sind auch sehr süß! Ich liebe es!

This was by far THE BEST hotel I stayed at during my journey through various cities in China. I like places well infused with natural lighting. This hotel was very beautifully designed and built.bThe space felt open, natural, and fresh. The lobby staff were very professional and courteous. They accommodated my sister's request to have both rooms near each other on the same floor. The male host was also very attentive. There was always high quality hot tea and passion fruit juice in the lobby available for self serve. They had some nice shops within the hotel I unfortunately did not have the time to peruse. Breakfast and lunch were available in the hotel and the food quality was very good. One of the most important and overlooked features for travelers who travel light during the hottest and most humid times of the year is laundry service. They had modern washing machines available for self service around the clock, and they also had full laundry service for those who are too busy or too incompetent to do it themselves. Laundry room also had a mini gym for those who like to work out during their vacation time. The hotel itself has contained within it two gardens as well as a pool area (with fish, not for swimming, that had a Chinese Guzheng instrument. It was designed and built as a great place to relax in tranquility. The rooms were also airy and beautiful, well lit by indirect sunlight. Toilets were very modern with those high tech bidets. In the very beginning upon entering the room, sensors would turn on the TV which greeted you and offered room services upon command. My room included an additional mini-room with a small tent for my daughter to play in. She took advantage of that rather quickly. I was very comfortable in that room for my two nights stay. Plenty of electric outlets were in the room and they were installed in convenient and practical locations. The sink was large and came with toiletries in boxes designed to be placed with each other in a way that created a larger picture. I liked how they went into the details on even that. At the end of the visit, the female host also came to say goodbye and gave my daughter a present. This definitely is a hotel I would return to and recommend for any respectful traveler to tarry at should they pass through Suzhou.

這次入住崑山萬象匯的桔子酒店，飯店的位置沒話說非常的方便就在崑山萬象匯的隔壁。 入住登記的當晚，櫃檯的服務人員說女士稍後方便送一份水果到您的房間嗎？我回答沒問題。 但是直到我退房，我也沒有看到我的那一份水果。 然後飯店的備品給得非常的簡單，甚至沒有飯店的提袋，我要求要禁煙房。我還是很明顯的聞到煙味，而且眼睛因為煙味而感到過敏乾澀刺激感。 剛進入房間的時候異常的悶熱像進入桑拿房一樣。打開空調發現已經35度安排入住的房間，飯店人員居然沒有事先開啟空調調節室內溫度。 在我打電話與客房服務反應的時候只跟我表示女士你的空調調低一點，稍後情況就可以改善了。 但房間的卡片應該是連動著房間的啟動電源。我人離開房間去商場覓食的時候原以為房間的溫度會降低，結果回房間發現因為我把卡片帶離開了，所以房間的電源全部斷掉了。 這是我商務旅行住過的飯店，第一次遇到的情況，退房當天也請櫃檯協助提供封箱的膠帶。沒過多久機器人把膠帶送過來了，但是交代的封口我花了好久的時間才找到，而且沒有提供剪刀或美工刀或是膠帶台非常克難的完成使用。 集團飯店對前台的教育訓練需要再改進，謝謝。

設施：除了沒有游泳池，其他都是精品酒店標準，有兩棟樓，大堂這邊有部分客房、洗衣房、麪包房和咖啡廳。另一棟有健身房、酒吧和早餐廳。房間不是很大，但是設施齊全，智能馬桶和蒂普提克的洗浴用品很不錯。另外，早餐的半自助點餐方式也非常喜歡，主廚出品的主食非常好吃，雞肉卷、班尼蛋印象很深，咖啡外帶也是很大方。 衞生：很乾凈，可以説非常不錯，酒店開業時間不長，但是整體管理還是挺好的，床品也很舒服。 環境：就在月光碼頭景區裏面，緊鄰金雞湖，部分房間可以看到湖景，整個酒店最吸引我的就是歐式工業風的裝修，很有一種置身法國的錯覺。酒店的設計師是有想法和品味的。 服務：提前看了房間，服務員也很熱情，免費洗衣房也是加分項目。停車是用景區的地下車庫，每次出去提前和前台報備就可以了，就是逢週末或者節假日遊客高峯，停車是一個難題，建議酒店至少應該預留一些專用車位給客人，否則客人會很難停到車位，非常不方便。

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Pingjiang Road gelegen und somit leicht erreichbar. Der Garten des bescheidenen Beamten ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bietet eine malerische Aussicht. Die U-Bahn-Station Lindun Road ist nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt; mit der Linie 6 fahren Sie zwei Stationen und steigen direkt vor dem Suzhou-Museum aus. In der Dinghui-Tempelgasse nahe dem Shuangta-Markt finden Sie verschiedene Restaurants, und für Notfälle gibt es in der Nähe einen Nudelladen. Auch Taxis sind leicht zu bekommen, sodass Sie den oft in der Altstadt anzutreffenden Verkehrsstau trotz der engen Gassen umgehen können. Die Nähe zu U-Bahn und Taxiständen ist daher ein wichtiger Faktor für die An- und Abreise zum Hotel. Obwohl das Zweibettzimmer in Straßennähe lag, war es nicht zu laut, und nachts herrschte wenig Verkehr. Bei der Buchung des Hotels befürchtete ich, es handele sich um ein umgebautes Wohnhaus mit unterschiedlichen Zimmertypen, doch beim Einchecken stellte sich heraus, dass dem nicht so war. Es hatte einen typischen Hotelgrundriss: einen Flur mit Zimmern auf beiden Seiten. Die Zimmer selbst waren Standard, was auf den Fotos allerdings nicht so gut zu erkennen war. Beim Betreten des Zimmers gelangt man in den Waschbereich mit Waschbecken, Dusche und WC. Dieser Bereich dient gleichzeitig als Garderobe und Ablage für Gepäck und Kleidung. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf den Hotelfotos zu sehen. Überraschenderweise verfügt dieses Zweibettzimmer über ein 1,5 Meter breites Doppelbett, in dem problemlos drei Personen Platz finden – quasi ein Familienbett zum Preis eines Zweibettzimmers. Das Zimmer war zudem mit Toilettenartikeln und Hausschuhen für drei Personen ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es nur einen Stuhl, was für drei Personen etwas zu wenig war. Die Gepäckablage bot nur Platz für zwei Koffer nebeneinander. Selbst dann war es mit zwei 20-Zoll-Koffer nebeneinander unmöglich, diese direkt zu öffnen. Glücklicherweise gab es eine Teestation im Zimmer; indem man das Teetablett verschob und einen Koffer daraufstellte, war das Problem gelöst. Im dritten Stock befindet sich ein separater Waschraum in der Nähe des Aufzugs, sodass die Zimmer nicht vom Lärm gestört werden. Es gibt zwei Wäschetrockner und zwei Waschmaschinen, und ich musste während meiner zwei Übernachtungen dort nicht an der Wäscherei anstehen. Kurz gesagt, ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen.

Dies ist das erste Mal in all den Jahren, dass ich auf Ctrip eine weniger gute Bewertung abgebe. Ich kann die Gefühle der Dame an der Rezeption, die mich eincheckte, nicht beschreiben. Sie klang wie eine Beamtin. Das Eltern-Kind-Zimmer hatte nur ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa. Es war etwas hart und unbequem. Die Badewanne bekam kein heißes Wasser, damit die beiden Kinder baden konnten. Wir mussten einen Wasserkocher ansetzen und Wasser nachgießen, während sie badeten. Ich checkte am Donnerstagnachmittag mit meinen drei Töchtern ein. Am Abend zuvor hatten wir nicht genug Zahnbürsten, also begnügten wir uns mit einer, weil es zu spät war und wir den Kellner nicht stören wollten. Am nächsten Tag bat ich die nette Kellnerin um eine Zahnbürste, aber das Erste, was sie mich fragte, war: „Haben Sie sich gestern Abend nicht die Zähne geputzt?“ Sie meinte: „Wo ist die Zahnbürste von gestern Abend?“ Ich lächelte und sagte, meine Tochter habe eine Einwegzahnbürste benutzt und sie weggeworfen. Ich wüsste nicht, wie ich sie für eine andere Verwendung aufbewahren sollte. Das Frühstück ähnelte einem Neun-Quadrat-Raster, was ok war. Allerdings war der Service der älteren Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, gut und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch gut! Ich weiß nicht.

Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested. Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛） so this worked for me. I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help. There is also no laundry facilities on site. Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!

Wir haben vor unserem Flug eine Woche im Citadines verbracht, da wir umgezogen sind. Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit (5 Sterne!). Falls Sie nach Suzhou ziehen oder Suzhou verlassen und ein paar Tage Zeit haben, kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Hotel war sauber und schön. Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich Suzhou besuche.
