Die Hotelausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt, schallisoliert und die Dusche funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Lage ist im Jinji-See-Gebiet. Es ist sehr praktisch, nach unten zu gehen und am See spazieren zu gehen. In der Umgebung gibt es mindestens drei Einkaufszentren, die alle innerhalb von fünf bis zehn Gehminuten erreichbar sind, ohne die ruhige Umgebung des Hotels zu stören – ruhig trotz der Nähe zum Geschehen. Die Fahrt ins Stadtzentrum dauert etwa 20-30 Minuten, und ich bin weder zur Hauptverkehrszeit noch am Wochenende in einen Stau geraten. Der Service ist proaktiv und geht auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein. Das Aufenthaltserlebnis hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Dies ist das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, mit dem ich in letzter Zeit am zufriedensten war.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

The location is good, it is in the centre of the attractions. The vibe of the hotel is so pretty and peaceful. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Special callout to 小刘 who went above and beyond to ship our t-shirt that we accidentally left at the hotel to Shanghai for us. Would love to go back again.

Während der Reise konnte ich entspannen und körperliche Behandlungen genießen – eine perfekte Erfahrung! Bei der Ankunft wurde mein Zimmer sogar kostenlos upgegradet und es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Selbst der Fahrer war sehr herzlich und gesprächig und erzählte uns viel über die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Suzhou. Kurz gesagt, ich habe die Fotos meinen Freunden gezeigt, und sie sagten auch, dass sie beim nächsten Mal in Suzhou dieses Hotel wählen würden, um es selbst zu erleben.

I had an excellent stay and found the hotel to be strong across all aspects of the experience. From arrival to departure, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, creating a comfortable and reassuring impression throughout. Check-in was efficient, with staff who were welcoming, attentive, and well-organised. After a long journey, this made a noticeable difference and set a positive tone for the rest of the stay. I would also like to mention the staff member who provided the hotel introduction in traditional costume; this was a distinctive touch and the explanation was delivered clearly and informatively, offering a helpful overview of the hotel’s facilities and services. Service throughout the hotel was consistently polite and helpful, whether at reception or in general interactions with staff, all of whom were approachable and willing to assist when needed. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a reasonable variety of options available. The quality was consistent, and the dining area was well managed, making for a comfortable start to the day. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the expected amenities provided. Housekeeping standards were solid, and the attention to cleanliness and upkeep was clear. The overall environment felt calm and well-managed, contributing to a restful stay. Facilities within the hotel were also of a good standard and met expectations without issue. While the property may not be overly distinctive in style or character, it delivers reliably on comfort, convenience, and service. Overall, this was a very satisfactory experience. Everything was executed properly and without fault, making for an easy and pleasant stay. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und das Servicepersonal ist herzlich und aufrichtig. Das Hotel ist rücksichtsvoll gegenüber seinen Kunden und bietet kostenlose Upgrades auf Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick und reichhaltigem Frühstück an. Im temperierten Schwimmbad sind meine Kinder sogar dreimal geschwommen und waren immer noch nicht zufrieden. Das Resort ist am See gebaut, wobei die erste und zweite Phase miteinander verbunden sind. Das Restaurant Tongli No. 1 ist von Seen umgeben und bietet eine grenzenlose Landschaft. Es werden viele Kleintiere gezüchtet und Kinder können mehr als eine Stunde im Kleintierparadies bleiben. Es gibt viele Freizeiteinrichtungen und der Sightseeing-Zug wurde dreimal gefahren. Etwa 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es ein Kreuzfahrtschiff. Für 10 Yuan können Sie von und nach Xingluozhou im Zentrum des Tongli-Sees fahren. Obwohl Xingluozhou klein ist, ist die Landschaft im Inneren einzigartig, mit Pavillons und Pavillons.

Ich bin extra für ein Konzert nach Suzhou gekommen und war bereits zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der U-Bahn-Linie 5, nur 30 Gehminuten vom Olympiastadion entfernt. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig und das Frühstück köstlich; ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum, sodass man bequem essen und einkaufen kann. Der Master of the Nets Garden ist fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die Rezeption für das Upgrade auf ein Garten-Zweibettzimmer.

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

It was a wonderful hotel with easy access to local park, museum and theatre. The private outside spa was great and the inside hotel room was large had many amenities. We would stay there again.

Das Hotel selbst ist ein großer Park mit einer angenehmen Landschaft, in der sich Villen mit geringer Dichte und dreistöckige Gebäude befinden, die in der wunderschönen Landschaft verstreut sind. Die Villa mit Gartenblick, in der wir dieses Mal wohnten, verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen kleinen Garten. Sie hat eine sehr hohe Etage und die Klimaanlage ist nahezu geräuschlos. Die Privatsphäre und der Komfort sind recht hoch. Das große Bett im Zimmer ist tatsächlich zwei Meter breit und sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt etwa 12 Gehminuten vom Shushan Scenic Area entfernt. Es gibt viele zuverlässige Bauernhäuser, in denen Sie speisen können. Neben den wunderschön gestalteten Gärten und Zimmern beeindruckt vor allem der Service des Personals. Sie können den fröhlichen und enthusiastischen Service des Personals auf dem Parkplatz, in der Lobby, im Zimmer, am Seeufer, wo die Enten gefüttert werden, und im Restaurant spüren. Am 1. Mai kamen meine Partnerin und ich mit einer Wassermelone an der Lobby vorbei und fragten uns lächelnd, ob wir Löffel brauchten. Dann rannte sie den ganzen Weg zum westlichen Restaurant und gab uns ein paar Löffel. Für ein Hotel ist es in der Tat sehr befriedigend, solch einen proaktiven Service zu bieten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
