We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely. The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. It’s in the Snow town, very peaceful and quiet. The only problem is it said Muslim friendly, but the staff don’t even know what is halal food means so we only ate eggs for breakfast. And also, during shower, the water suddenly turned cold and it does not turn hot again. Thankfully, I already rinse the shower gel from my body. Plus, I hope the staff can response to the customer earlier for example, when I wanted to book a transportation from Harbin city to Snow town. It took a long time for the staff to response that I had to spend a lot of time waiting on being accepted to Wechat. It was frustrated honestly.

Das Zimmer ist ein intelligentes Haus, die Temperatur des gesamten Zimmers ist warm, es fühlt sich nicht kalt an. Der Raum ist groß, 6 Personen sind im Hauptraum und sind entspannt. Es gibt einen großen Mais am Fenster. Sie können mit Tee trinken, mit dem großen Schnee fliegen, romantisch. Die Leiterin Nini ist sehr aufmerksam und hat sich aktiv für den Paketdienst eingesetzt. Sie hat unverzüglich geantwortet, ob es sich um eine Nacht handelt. Sie hat auch viele Begleitunterricht gesendet. Sie hat nachts Schnee und Nacht gespielt. Sie hat auch die Schnee und Nacht geschickt. 😊, nächstes Mal muss ich auch die Bergsprache behalten.

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Snow Season Hotel in Xuexiang! The overall experience was perfect in every way. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained. Every corner was tidy, the bedding was fresh, and the room environment was very comfortable and cozy. The service here is outstanding! The owner and staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They patiently answered all our questions, helped arrange transportation, and even kindly upgraded our room. Their hospitality made us feel very welcomed during our trip. The food was delicious with authentic local flavors, fresh ingredients, and great portion sizes. We really enjoyed the daily meals here. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we need. The location is excellent for traveling around Xuexiang. This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. It offers great value for money. We highly recommend it to all travelers and will definitely come back again!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in China Snow Town. The place felt very homey and cozy especially after spending time out in the cold. The staff especially the lady at the front desk were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The view was magnificent — waking up to mountainous view covered in white was peaceful and unforgettable. A great place to relax and take in the charm of Snow Town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Located almost at the end of Snow Rhyme Street. We hired luggage transport services for RMB20/ luggage to and from our hotel to the bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable but since 5 of us were non smokers.. It was difficult for me to sleep at night when the cigarettes smoke from other room seeping into our room as I sleep near the closed window. I wear face mask to sleep. Breakfast was basic.
