Das Hotel ist großartig. Das Hotel wird auch kostenlose frische Früchte ins Zimmer schicken. Die Rezeption verfügt über kostenloses, unbegrenztes heißes Trinken, kostenloses Schneelöffel, kostenloses Eiswasser und Schneeballspiel. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Aus dem Fenster sah ich den Skiplatz der Schneestadt unter dem Schnee, schnee, sitzen am Bettfenster, trinken und Früchte essen und genießen die schöne und beeindruckende Landschaft. Das vollautomatische Steak ist das erste Mal, dass ich aus dem Ausland das beste Modell und das kompletteste Steak verwendet habe, einsklassiger Schlag! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es sollte auch etwas geben. Aber Kaffee muss verbessert werden, es sollte international und hochwertigste Kaffee bieten, um den Stil des Hotels zu entsprechen. Das Einzige Restaurant ist sehr komplett, das Essen ist sehr lecker, der Preis ist auch sehr vernünftig, weder die Küche noch die Papiertücher haben andere Gelder. Der Ari-Boss hier ist sehr gut, was er suchen muss, wird Daten und Hilfe arrangieren. Hier möchte ich mich besonders für Ari Chef und Chef für meine Unannehmlichkeiten bedanken. Ich möchte mich so gut wie möglich an die Eingangsstation in Snowtown setzen. Ich bin Ihnen zu dankbar 🙏🏻. Wir werden das Hotel nächstes Mal auch wählen. Meine Freunde und Freunde haben es besonders gefallen.

I booked for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) for a room from 24 Dec. However we were assigned Room 210, a room with no ventilation (window facing inwards (i.e. wall), where the heat from the heating system were trapped in the room, resulting in a very hot room. We were unable to sleep well due to the heat, we were literally sweating. Feedback to the staff (female which looks like the manager) but were just brushed off that was due to central heating system and different customers may feel that it's not that hot. Well, it's not the same for every room. I feel like telling off the staff to ask her to stay for herself to experience the heat! We took a look at the other rooms (with windows facing outside) when we walked passes and it's not the case. Fortunately we were just staying for 1 night, so we just endure that. Anybody staying here, ask for the rooms with ventilation and defintely do not take Room 210!

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

Die Lage des Hotels ist allgemein, in der Diagrammstraße ist relativ kompliziert, aber die Innenumgebung und die Zimmerausstattung sind immer noch gut! Auch die Servicepersonalqualität ist gut! Es gibt eine Frage und Antwort, es ist sehr enthusiastisch, und ich habe auch die willkommenen Früchte gesendet, das ist, dass das Zimmerfenster schlecht isoliert ist. Die Stimme unter dem fünften Stock hört sich auch sehr wahr, was für Autos klingelt, die Stimme der Menschen, und so weiter. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre es nichts zu schließen, wenn Sie ruhig mögen, gehen Sie nicht ins Zimmer auf die Straße! Es ist auch sehr bequem, umgeben von Mahlzeiten, Grill, der Tee ist zu schlafend, und am nächsten Tag wechselte er eine ruhige.

I had a great stay at Peach Blossom Spring Hotel in Snow Town. Even though Snow Town is freezing in winter, the hotel rooms were wonderfully warm and comfortable thanks to heated floors and good insulation, it felt cozy inside no matter how cold it was outside. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they even offered thoughtful little touches like helping with luggage and making sure the room temperature was just right. It was also great being so close to the snow scenery and local attractions, yet having a warm, relaxing place to return to after a day out in the cold. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Snow Town!

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Das Personal am Frontdesk war schön und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage war in der Nähe von Fußgängern bis zum grenzüberschreitenden Busbahnhof.

Das Hotelpersonal im Snowtown Hotel ist sehr gut bedient. Es ist sehr weit entfernt, uns super enthusiastisch zu holen. Ich habe das Zimmer, das ich bestellt habe, hatte kein Fenster, es hat uns kostenlos auf das Zimmer mit Fenster aufgestellt. Das Zimmer ist zu überrascht, das Fenster zu öffnen, um die Landschaft draußen zu sehen, die Nachtszene ist super schön, Die Schneelandschaft ist auch so wunderschön, und es ist super nah vom Wandy-Platz der Menschen, und auf unserem Wege haben wir zu viel Essen im Nordosten gegessen. Das Pakethotel ist auch kostenlos für die Hitze. Zusammenfassend ist es sehr zufrieden, sehr intim, glücklich zu leben, stark empfehlen Reisefreunde können zu ihrem Haus wohnen.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

Mein Partner und ich hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Rezeptionisten überstiegen unsere Erwartungen, indem sie uns über und überstiegen. Wir wussten nicht, wie man aus der Schneestadt zum Hotel kommen kann, so dass sie uns direkt vom Eingang der Schneestadt, die in der Regel für Busse reserviert ist, entnommen haben. Sie haben uns Frühstück außerhalb ihrer regulären Frühstückszeiten angeboten, weil sie wussten, dass wir die ganze Morgenarbeit verbringen. Ich bin den Empfangsträgern sehr dankbar, dass sie sich bemüht haben, unseren Bedürfnissen trotz der Sprachbarriere gerecht zu werden.

Мы впервые были в Харбине, выбрали данный отель самостоятельно, по отзывам и фото на трип.ком и вообще не ошиблись! Отель находится в центре Арбата, вокруг много торговых центров, в которых есть абсолютно все! Рядом софийская площадь, Зара и много интересного! Обязательно вернемся к вам! Спасибо персоналу и руководству за чистоту и порядок в номерах! Нет запаха, все идеально чисто! Спасибо большое!
