Das Hotel ist großartig. Das Hotel wird auch kostenlose frische Früchte ins Zimmer schicken. Die Rezeption verfügt über kostenloses, unbegrenztes heißes Trinken, kostenloses Schneelöffel, kostenloses Eiswasser und Schneeballspiel. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Aus dem Fenster sah ich den Skiplatz der Schneestadt unter dem Schnee, schnee, sitzen am Bettfenster, trinken und Früchte essen und genießen die schöne und beeindruckende Landschaft. Das vollautomatische Steak ist das erste Mal, dass ich aus dem Ausland das beste Modell und das kompletteste Steak verwendet habe, einsklassiger Schlag! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es sollte auch etwas geben. Aber Kaffee muss verbessert werden, es sollte international und hochwertigste Kaffee bieten, um den Stil des Hotels zu entsprechen. Das Einzige Restaurant ist sehr komplett, das Essen ist sehr lecker, der Preis ist auch sehr vernünftig, weder die Küche noch die Papiertücher haben andere Gelder. Der Ari-Boss hier ist sehr gut, was er suchen muss, wird Daten und Hilfe arrangieren. Hier möchte ich mich besonders für Ari Chef und Chef für meine Unannehmlichkeiten bedanken. Ich möchte mich so gut wie möglich an die Eingangsstation in Snowtown setzen. Ich bin Ihnen zu dankbar 🙏🏻. Wir werden das Hotel nächstes Mal auch wählen. So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

I booked for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) for a room from 24 Dec. However we were assigned Room 210, a room with no ventilation (window facing inwards (i.e. wall), where the heat from the heating system were trapped in the room, resulting in a very hot room. We were unable to sleep well due to the heat, we were literally sweating. Feedback to the staff (female which looks like the manager) but were just brushed off that was due to central heating system and different customers may feel that it's not that hot. Well, it's not the same for every room. I feel like telling off the staff to ask her to stay for herself to experience the heat! We took a look at the other rooms (with windows facing outside) when we walked passes and it's not the case. Fortunately we were just staying for 1 night, so we just endure that. Anybody staying here, ask for the rooms with ventilation and defintely do not take Room 210!

Die Lage des Hotels ist allgemein, in der Diagrammstraße ist relativ kompliziert, aber die Innenumgebung und die Zimmerausstattung sind immer noch gut! Auch die Servicepersonalqualität ist gut! Es gibt eine Frage und Antwort, es ist sehr enthusiastisch, und ich habe auch die willkommenen Früchte gesendet, das ist, dass das Zimmerfenster schlecht isoliert ist. Die Stimme unter dem fünften Stock hört sich auch sehr wahr, was für Autos klingelt, die Stimme der Menschen, und so weiter. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre es nichts zu schließen, wenn Sie ruhig mögen, gehen Sie nicht ins Zimmer auf die Straße! Es ist auch sehr bequem, umgeben von Mahlzeiten, Grill, der Tee ist zu schlafend, und am nächsten Tag wechselte er eine ruhige.

This hotel is really recommended. The owner are very nice person he ask the staff to take our luggage 20 pices of it from the front gate to their hotel The room is very spacious and very nice with the best breakfast I recommend this hotel for the families and muslim He really go for extra efort to find us good meal once we arrive at 11 PM

Location is just at the entrance of the ski, but it is a short walk from the bus drop off, not a big problem, you can call the hotel to arrange to the staff to help carry your luggage to the hotel using a sledge. Very clean, very new hotel, room have heated floor, so the room dont feel too cold There are some red flower coat at the lobby that you can wear if you are not well prepared, we wear it for some photo taking. The last day we ate at the restaurant in the hotel because we are rushing to catch the bus, the food is delicious, price are comparable to any restaurant in snow town. Service is very good, frontdesk girl is very friendly, if you are planning to go to the Ten Mile Gallery, talk to the frontdesk for their package, is cheaper then what the bus guide charged us. Overall, this hotel is not the cheapest, but I feel that it is value for money

The hotel is new and clean. The staff at front desk was nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was within walking distance to the cross border bus station.

Das Hotelpersonal im Snowtown Hotel ist sehr gut bedient. Es ist sehr weit entfernt, uns super enthusiastisch zu holen. Ich habe das Zimmer, das ich bestellt habe, hatte kein Fenster, es hat uns kostenlos auf das Zimmer mit Fenster aufgestellt. Das Zimmer ist zu überrascht, das Fenster zu öffnen, um die Landschaft draußen zu sehen, die Nachtszene ist super schön, Die Schneelandschaft ist auch so wunderschön, und es ist super nah vom Wandy-Platz der Menschen, und auf unserem Wege haben wir zu viel Essen im Nordosten gegessen. Das Pakethotel ist auch kostenlos für die Hitze. Zusammenfassend ist es sehr zufrieden, sehr intim, glücklich zu leben, stark empfehlen Reisefreunde können zu ihrem Haus wohnen.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

Obwohl es nicht direkt in der chinesischen Snowtown-Szenenzone liegt, war dies keine bedeutende Frage. Das Standort hier ist der komplimentäre Busservice. Es läuft auf Anfrage nach und von der Snowtown-Attraktion. Wir fanden es sehr bequem und sehr punktuell; die Fahrer waren professionell und die Abfahrten waren immer auf Zeit. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft unstumpflich sauber. Die Hausaufbewahrung ist gründlich und konsequent frisches Bettwäsche, unschädliches Badezimmer und kein Staub zu sehen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte eine wirksame Heizunga muss in diesem Klima. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der die Snowtown besucht.
