I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Snow Mushroom Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff.
From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had.
We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special.

They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

Mmocha BenThe location of this hotel is just off the Main Street in snow town. Very convenient location, extremely friendly staff members and adequate and yummy breakfast. Room is modern and comfortable, water is hot and plentiful, definitely appreciated during the bitterly cold months. Price is on the high side but that’s the price to pay during peak season. Overall a highly enjoyable place to stay!

The hotel’s smart facilities and cozy atmosphere made our trip extra special. From the east-facing windows, we could see the famous Snow Town snowman, while the other side offered stunning mountain views. Sitting indoors with tea while watching snow drift from the trees felt magical. The breakfast was delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the scenic area. I will definitely return!

BbuttercuppastryWe chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.
