So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. Das gesamte Servicebewusstsein ist online. Wir sind weniger Menschen, wir wollen Eisenfische essen. Sein Haus kann die Hälfte bestellen. Von dem Chef bis zum Rezeptor bis zum Kellner, die Leiter sind voll lächeln, die Initiative, alle Wohlfahrten zu informieren, hundert Mal stärker als der andere Fisch. Sehr wichtig, es ist das beste Hotel, das ich dieses Mal ausreise, und die Vorteile sind wie folgt: Bettwaren sind direkt in der Qualität des Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, intelligente Lichtfenster und andere Kontrollen, das Badezimmer ist dreifach getrennt, das Zimmer ist groß, wir leben zwei Nächte. Die größte Freude ist, die Freizeit im Zimmer zu spielen 😃😃 (Es gibt einen Tisch, es ist sehr bequem)

I had a great stay at Peach Blossom Spring Hotel in Snow Town. Even though Snow Town is freezing in winter, the hotel rooms were wonderfully warm and comfortable thanks to heated floors and good insulation, it felt cozy inside no matter how cold it was outside. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they even offered thoughtful little touches like helping with luggage and making sure the room temperature was just right. It was also great being so close to the snow scenery and local attractions, yet having a warm, relaxing place to return to after a day out in the cold. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Snow Town!

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

The location of this hotel is just off the Main Street in snow town. Very convenient location, extremely friendly staff members and adequate and yummy breakfast. Room is modern and comfortable, water is hot and plentiful, definitely appreciated during the bitterly cold months. Price is on the high side but that’s the price to pay during peak season. Overall a highly enjoyable place to stay!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, der Service ist sehr gut, die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas alt, aber es ist komfortabel. Das Hotel kann im Inneren parken und es gibt nicht viele Plätze. Der Hotelkorridor ist mit Wasser aus Glas und kann selbst akzeptiert werden. Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich außerhalb des Hotels, es gibt viele russische Gäste, und der Fernseher kann russisches Schreibtisch sehen.

Ich habe mehrere Hotels im Internet gesehen und entschieden, es zu wählen. Es ist wirklich ein Superwert. Als ich in den Halle kam, dachte ich, das Hotel ist prominent und sehr sauber. Ich wollte nicht zu viel Hoffnung in diesem Dorf haben, aber das Hotel hat mir wirklich eine Überraschung gegeben. Das Zimmer ist besonders warm und sauber. Ich fragte die Rezeption, bevor ich wusste, dass es wirklich ein Gast ist. Hochleistungsgeschwindigkeitswaschmittel, sauberes Gewürz, überschweigen meinen Eindruck von Schneestadt. Im Restaurant essen, es ist wirklich überraschend, dass ihre Familie nicht nur keine vorbereiteten Mahlzeiten hat, sondern auch die weißen Mahlzeiten des Hotels sind auch die Eigenpflanzung der Mutter des Chefs, die Speiseelemente, die Leibwäsche, direkt zurück ins Zimmer und schlafen schön.
