Wellnesshotels in Mudanjiang

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

Das gesamte Servicebewusstsein ist online. Wir sind weniger Menschen, wir wollen Eisenfische essen. Sein Haus kann die Hälfte bestellen. Von dem Chef bis zum Rezeptor bis zum Kellner, die Leiter sind voll lächeln, die Initiative, alle Wohlfahrten zu informieren, hundert Mal stärker als der andere Fisch. Sehr wichtig, es ist das beste Hotel, das ich dieses Mal ausreise, und die Vorteile sind wie folgt: Bettwaren sind direkt in der Qualität des Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, intelligente Lichtfenster und andere Kontrollen, das Badezimmer ist dreifach getrennt, das Zimmer ist groß, wir leben zwei Nächte. Die größte Freude ist, die Freizeit im Zimmer zu spielen 😃😃 (Es gibt einen Tisch, es ist sehr bequem)

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, der Service ist sehr gut, die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas alt, aber es ist komfortabel. Das Hotel kann im Inneren parken und es gibt nicht viele Plätze. Der Hotelkorridor ist mit Wasser aus Glas und kann selbst akzeptiert werden. Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich außerhalb des Hotels, es gibt viele russische Gäste, und der Fernseher kann russisches Schreibtisch sehen.
