DDerf MaizWe stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special.
The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish.
Tips for future guests:
• Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience.
• Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors.
• The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing.
• If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist.
Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

KKrystenelleI must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie.
As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage.
I am truly grateful for her support and am impressed by her patience. Her staff members were equally friendly and down-to-earth.
The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults.
Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning.
One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience.
In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄
Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times.
Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed.
For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so!
We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯

The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy.
They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly.
Breakfast was delicious, with a comforting homemade vibe just like food cooked by mom.

Unsere tägliche hier sehr lustig, sie bieten auch jemanden, um uns zu helfen und ich denke es ist wahrscheinlicher privater Führer und ein einziger Kontaktpunkt von allem, was Sie brauchen.. wir dankbar haben wir kleinen Bruder namens Xiao Chen..
Er ist sehr hilfreich in allem, helfen Sie uns, wie Ticket Show und Foto zu buchen, helfen Sie uns mit den lokalen Menschen zu kommunizieren... sogar dachte er, er ist nicht sehr gut Englisch, aber er will den Übersetzer verwenden, um die Kommunikation gut zu machen.. Er ist auch nicht daran interessiert, uns zu begleiten, zu spielen... oder manchmal nur auf uns warten... wirklich schätzen seine Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts dort.. wir haben eine gute Zeit in unserem Winterurlaub..
Für das Hotel ist der Besitzer auch freundlich, helft voll, fühlt sich wie zu Hause..
Wenn die Zeit, um zu gehen, die alte Dame sagt uns Hallo und helfen Sie, Ihre Kleidung auch zu reparieren.. fühlt sich wie Ihre Mutter kümmert sich um Sie, wenn Sie das Haus verlassen.. Ich bin bereits in dieses Hotel verliebt und auch sicher, wenn ich irgendwann wieder zu diesem Ort gehen.. Ich werde wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben und die wichtigen Dinge, die ich von Xiao Chen wieder leiten möchte...
