地理位置： 在橫道河子鎮上，民宿出門走幾分鐘就能到鎮上的集市或者説美食一條街，賣土特產、飯館、早餐店都有的，很方便。這也是橫道河子本地人生活的地方，能看到大爺大媽們早晨起來開始掃雪、嘮嗑，挺有人氣的。 民宿全部是在一樓的平房、出門就是院子和整院子的雪，晚上寧靜祥和。房間全鋪有地暖，非常暖和，床也是暖和的，估計有吸收地暖的熱量。 房間的衞生很乾凈，鋪的是地磚，看起來乾淨也容易打理衞生。家庭房這個房型是帶一個小沙發的，放行李比較方便。 洗浴是乾濕分離，洗手池右側就是窗户，能看到窗前的一條小路和路對面的房舍，視野挺好。 水龍頭出熱水快，花灑關掉後不會滴水，這一點很難得了，之前住過很多民宿，花灑關掉後瘋狂滴水，記憶猶新。 有一次性牙刷、浴巾、礦泉水、一次性拖鞋這些，還有一個立體的晾衣架，晾衣服也很方便。 民宿後面就是一個小山坡，玩雪、盪鞦韆、溜坡，可以玩的地方挺多。

Super freundlich, sehr willkommen und hilfreich. Ich habe ein Auto für uns vom Hotel bis zum Bahnhof Dunhua (wäre teuer und schwieriger zu einem Didi zu bekommen). Die Zimmer waren mehr als erwartet für diesen Preis (das Toilette war wie japanisches). Wir waren zufrieden. Sie haben sogar ein Restaurant auf Ebene 1, das angesichts der Lage des Hotels super bequem war. Muss kommen :)

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

The hotel is new and clean. The staff at front desk was nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was within walking distance to the cross border bus station.

Einer der besten Hotels, die ich jemals gehabt habe. Obwohl mit den meisten meiner Erfahrungen mit Hotels an diesem Preispunkt vergleichbar war, war der Service ausgezeichnet und die Ausstattung war ziemlich abgedeckt, um nicht die ziemlich erschwinglichen Zimmerservice zu erwähnen. Während meiner Aufenthalte habe ich eine Suite von einem Königsbett aufgebaut, weil sie aus waren, so war ich wirklich froh, dass sie das getan haben, Zimmerservice war auch gut, obwohl die Mitarbeiter nicht gut Englisch sprechen, ich habe immer noch ohne Probleme bestellt. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig, mit erstaunlichen Dekorationen und Ausstattung. Das Zimmer war geräumig (aufgrund der Modernisierung) und ziemlich neu mit Ausnahmen wie der TV, das verständlich ist.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Obwohl es nicht direkt in der chinesischen Snowtown-Szenenzone liegt, war dies keine bedeutende Frage. Das Standort hier ist der komplimentäre Busservice. Es läuft auf Anfrage nach und von der Snowtown-Attraktion. Wir fanden es sehr bequem und sehr punktuell; die Fahrer waren professionell und die Abfahrten waren immer auf Zeit. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft unstumpflich sauber. Die Hausaufbewahrung ist gründlich und konsequent frisches Bettwäsche, unschädliches Badezimmer und kein Staub zu sehen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte eine wirksame Heizunga muss in diesem Klima. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der die Snowtown besucht.

La dame de l'accueil est très gentille et sa fille aussi, ils m'ont aidé à faire une lessive gratuitement. La chambre est tout à fait convenable, à un prix imbattable

The hotel is located in a convenient location for hiking. You can walk to parks, attractions, museums, etc. The problem for me was that the rooms are for smokers, because I don't smoke myself. The room I was given was windowless and filled with the smell of cigarettes. At my request, they changed to another room with a window, thanks to which there was practically no smell. And another problem in my room is the bathroom. After taking a shower, a large puddle forms on the floor due to poorly made floor tiles and the absence of curtains. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a few nights.
