This hotel enjoys a prime, central location within China Snow Town, making it exceptionally easy to return for a warm-up. The service is outstanding: attendants kindly provide complimentary luggage transfer from the bus drop-off point upon arrival and back to the terminal upon departure. We were also touched by the thoughtful reception staff, who offered us extra local dishes at breakfast so we, as foreign guests, could sample more regional delicacies. While the rooms are compact, they are cozy, and the entire hotel has a modern aesthetic. 这家酒店位于中国雪乡的核心地段，位置极佳，随时可以方便地回酒店取暖休息。服务尤为出色：工作人员提供贴心的免费行李接送服务，抵达时从巴士下车点送至酒店，离店时又将行李送至车站。接待人员也十分周到，得知我们是外国游客后，特意在早餐时为我们多准备了几道当地特色菜肴，这份心意令人感动。房间虽然不大，但温馨舒适，酒店整体设计风格现代，氛围宜人。

I booked for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) for a room from 24 Dec. However we were assigned Room 210, a room with no ventilation (window facing inwards (i.e. wall), where the heat from the heating system were trapped in the room, resulting in a very hot room. We were unable to sleep well due to the heat, we were literally sweating. Feedback to the staff (female which looks like the manager) but were just brushed off that was due to central heating system and different customers may feel that it's not that hot. Well, it's not the same for every room. I feel like telling off the staff to ask her to stay for herself to experience the heat! We took a look at the other rooms (with windows facing outside) when we walked passes and it's not the case. Fortunately we were just staying for 1 night, so we just endure that. Anybody staying here, ask for the rooms with ventilation and defintely do not take Room 210!

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

Location is very near to the xuexiang's bus area (which is also the clubbing area HAHA) It's at the end of the town so you just gotta walk down and then back up again to explore xx! Staff were very helpful! Our room is at the third floor and they helped us bring them up :'＞ (reception is level 2!) We gotta share toilet and bathrooms and they were clean!! They also provided shamooo conditioner and body wash Room has indoor adjustable floor heating to your liking so it's very comfortable in -30 degrees Breakfast was simple but good! It's Chinese style w porridge / potato / veggies etc

The hotel is new and so modern with smart home but the price is affordable. We arrived late night and without dinner, they are so warm, prepared warm milk as welcome drinks for us. The room is warm and big, with all the marble design looks so luxury, I like it so much. We have a very good rest in this hotel. Location is a bit away from 雪乡， but for us this hotel is located half way to the next destination, so it is still good. Overall. This hotel is outstanding, very recommended to stay.

Snow town is a beautiful place and definitely everyone including kids enjoy the place and activities. The hotel owners were very kind and very customer friendly. They came with the Togovan to pick us up with the baggage. They were very good hosts who tried to offer free upgrades but we could not stay for 2 nights as planned hence they offered free dinner and lunch for us and a gift to my kid. They kept a lot of snow toys for kids and they got a restaurant as well where they cooked very tasty food including customized food. Thanks for making our stay the best !!

Das Hotel ist neu, in der Lage, ins Innere warm zu halten, auch wenn Dusche ist, wie das Badezimmer mit Heizung installiert. Warm zu halten ist sehr wichtig in Schneestadt. wurde die Hand warmer zu verwenden bei der Ankunft. die Rezeption war freundlich, den Service enthusiastisch und und sagte, es ist wichtig, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts glücklich fühlen. Alle unsere Bedürfnisse wurden erfüllt und haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und liegt nur etwa 100 m von dem Ort, an dem der Bus hält. Es befindet sich in der zentralen Straße, wo alle Aktionen sind. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber grundlegende. Die Aussicht vom Fenster unseres Zimmers war einfach wunderschön - malerische Schneeschweine. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der junge Mann am Vordertisch war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Er hat vorgeschlagen, welche Aktivitäten es wert sind, und hat alle notwendigen Vorkehrungen für uns getroffen - Verkehr, Tickets und so weiter. Auf seinem Vorschlag, besuchten wir daher das Datudingz Mountain und Snow Valley - die beiden müssen die Orte besuchen, wenn Sie in Snow Town bleiben. Er hat auch bei der Organisation unserer Transporte nach Harbin, unsere nächste Haltestelle geholfen. Bei der nicht so guten Unterkunft haben wir einen 5-Sterne-Preis für eine 2-star Hausaufenthaltstyp Unterkunft gezahlt. Dies ist verständlich, da die Hotels hier nur im Winter bis zu fünf Monate von zwölf arbeiten, könnten die angebotenen Einrichtungen besser und besser erhalten werden. Es gab eine Fülle von der Toilette während unseres Aufenthalts. Zubehör wurden wegen Verschleiß und Schleife losgesichert, aber sollte nicht die Entschuldigung sein, sie unreparat zu verlassen. Entsorgen Handtücher statt geeignete Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Diese waren dünn und unzureichend, um den ganzen Körper zu trocknen. Außerdem gab es nur ein Stück pro Person für einen zwei-Nacht-Übernachtung, so keine täglichen frischen Handtücher.Das sagte, ich denke, dass die meisten oder alle Motel in Snow Town von diesem Zustand sind. Hoffentlich wird diese Bewertung einige Verbesserungen fördern.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Reisekomfort, die Umgebung ist komplett, die Nahrungsmittel sind zu essen. Dekorieren Sie es warm, die Layout ist vernünftig, die Details sind zuverlässig, die Wohnkomfort ist voll. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett und praktisch, die Betten sind sauber und weich, die Waschmittelqualität ist online. Der Besitzer ist enthusiastisch intim, reagiert rechtzeitig und intim, um Aufenthaltsleitlinien und lokale Angriffe zu bieten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Raum und Breite sind durchgängig und empfindlicher als das gleiche Hotel.

The view from the capsule room is truly captivating, overlooking snow-covered hills and forests. I was particularly impressed with the heated flooring, which provided excellent comfort. The floor plan is well-organized and compact, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The service was also outstanding; fresh fruits were served in the evening, and a buffet breakfast was provided. However, there are two areas that could be improved. First, the hotel did not respond to my messages via Trip.com when I tried to contact them prior to arrival regarding transportation and the hotel’s location. Second, there should be usable clothes hangers in the bathroom for added convenience.
