I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment I experienced. From the beginning, the attitude of the staff, including the owner, felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. On the morning of check-out, I left the hotel early to take my friend to the airport. When I returned, I found that my room had already been entered and cleaned at around 9 a.m., even though I had not checked out and the official check-out time was 12 p.m. Later, a staff member came to wake me and remind me that I needed to leave by 12, while also saying that they thought I had already gone. This is not an acceptable excuse. Entering a guest’s room and preparing it before check-out time, without confirmation, is inappropriate and disrespectful. I also had an unpleasant experience with breakfast. I had paid for two breakfasts, and when I explained that I wanted the second one because I was still hungry, the staff clearly seemed unhappy about it. I then asked for cutlery for the second breakfast, but it was never brought. This is not the guest’s responsibility. If breakfast service is offered, then it should be provided properly and without attitude. The overall behaviour of the staff made me feel judged and unwelcome throughout my stay. Even during check-out, when I returned the key card, their attitude remained unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. It felt like they were selective about which customers they wanted and did not know how to treat paying guests with basic professionalism and respect. If the hotel believes its prices are too low for the service it provides, then it should change its pricing policy. What it should not do is accept payment and then treat guests as if they are a problem. I am submitting this complaint so that other customers do not have to face the same treatment. I hope Trip.com takes this matter seriously.

The hotel is located in Kaleiçi, the historical center of the city, inside the old fortress walls — a place where time seems to stand still. It was a real pleasure to stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets full of character and history. The hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard with lemon and orange trees, and a small pool. Having breakfast there in the morning, surrounded by the scents of citrus trees, was an absolute delight. Breakfasts were great — everything you need for a complete, healthy meal to start your day. Our room was on the smaller side, and we would have preferred a bigger bed, but thanks to the high ceilings, it felt quite spacious. The interior design really adds to the atmosphere — it feels like you’ve stepped into the Middle Ages. A couple of small suggestions for the hotel: it might be worth reviewing how the bathroom toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are mounted, as the current setup wasn’t very convenient. Also, the safe in our room wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed, but there was no staff member available at the time who could help, and the issue was later forgotten — though to be fair, we didn’t follow up either. One other note — the hotel offers unlimited complimentary drinking water, which is a great bonus, but we weren’t informed about it at check-in and only discovered it ourselves later on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It’s a unique and relaxing place with a lot of charm.

The location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal kamen wir sehr früh an, wir waren bereits um 07:00 Uhr im Hotel. Wir dachten, wir würden unsere Koffer dort lassen, etwas essen und spazieren gehen und dann einchecken. Zu unserer Überraschung checkten wir sofort und ohne zusätzliche Kosten ein und boten ein ermäßigtes Frühstück an (750 Lira für drei Personen). Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben uns sofort gewaschen, gegessen und sind dann spazieren gegangen. Alles passt zu mir und meinen Familienmitgliedern: - günstige Lage, sehr leicht vom Flughafen zu erreichen (das Hotel liegt nicht in der ersten Reihe, für manche ist das ein Minuspunkt), ich habe andere Pläne, ich fahre durch die Stadt; - sehr gutes Frühstück; - Restaurant, Pavillon, Rezeption und Flure machen einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck; - Zimmer: komfortabel, sauber, bequemes Bett. Alles ist in Ordnung!

The place was perfect for tourists to explore the ancient city areas and the nearest gulf and coast. I recommend it as one of the best in street . The staff was so good and the breakfast is as good as the reputation of the place. The only downside to notice was the water bottles , you have to buy after the first 2 free ones you get in first day , also because of the long history of the place some of the aminities in the room needs some fixation like the toilet watering , we didn't ask for fixation of the problem because we were in hurry to go to next destination or else I think they would fix the problem as soon as we told them . Again , I recommend the place it's so pretty and elegant.

Keine schlechte Lage im Stadtzentrum. 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Hilfsbereites Personal. ABER! Alles im Zimmer ist veraltet! Die Möbel und die Sanitäranlagen sind abgenutzt. Reparaturen sind nötig. Es gibt einen Haartrockner, aber sein Gehäuse besteht aus mehreren Teilen mit hervorstehenden Kabeln (jemand hat ihn einmal zerbrochen – er hängt da und wartet auf seine Zeit). Der Preis, die Lage und die flexiblen Check-in-Zeiten machen das alles wieder wett.

Das war eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Aufgrund der anhaltenden Bauarbeiten in diesem Hotel wurde um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten. Es handelt sich um eine Generalüberholung. Die Arbeit beginnt um 8 Uhr morgens und kann an manchen Tagen um 20 Uhr erfolgen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, sich an diesem Tag zu entspannen. Das zweite Zimmer, in das wir umzogen, hatte ein winziges Fenster mit einer Aussicht, die jeden schockierte. Foto hochgeladen. Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, wir konnten jedes Geräusch aus dem Zimmer nebenan hören. Ein Telefongespräch inklusive Anrufbeantworter war so zu hören, als wären wir alle im selben Raum. Schlechter Bodenbelag. Der Kleiderschrank war freistehend und als die Tür geöffnet war, schaukelte das Ganze nach vorne und musste festgehalten werden, damit es nicht auf uns fiel. Der Frühstücksraum, der früher im Keller war, wurde schlecht renoviert und morgens roch es stark nach Abwasser. Uns wurde gesagt, dass alle Zimmer Nichtraucherzimmer seien, doch in beiden Zimmern, die uns zugewiesen worden waren, roch es stark nach Rauchen. Ich habe mit der Rezeption über dieses Problem gesprochen und erfahren, dass es sich um den Arbeiter handelt, der vor der Hintertür raucht und die Tür offen lässt, sowie um Leute, die am Eingang der automatischen Türen des Hotels stehen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, in das wir umzogen, hatte mehrere Klimaanlagen außerhalb des Fensters, die uns wach hielten. Wir verbrachten hier vier Nächte und konnten uns nicht gut erholen. Das kontinentale Frühstück war sehr einfach, die gesamte Auswahl war offen und mit Fliegen darüber. Das Personal in diesem Bereich verbrachte die meiste Zeit mit seinen Mobiltelefonen. Der Frühstücksraum befand sich offensichtlich noch im Bau! Positiv ist, dass das WLAN-Signal gut war, der Code jedoch unterschiedlich war, je nachdem, auf welcher Etage man sich befand. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße mit ständigem Verkehr. Tag und Nacht Sirenen der Rettungsdienste. Wir hörten, wie sich viele Gäste über den Lärm der Bauarbeiter und die sehr dünnen Wände beschwerten.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um ein 3-Sterne-Hotel handelt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist Zentral und kann mann überall im wenigen Minuten ankommen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das leckere Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant – hier konnte man wirklich schlemmen! Das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung, aber insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Aspekte deutlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.
