Ein wirklich schönes Hotel! Mein Mann und ich waren mit zwei Vierjährigen unterwegs. Das Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für uns und die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage direkt neben der U-Bahn und den 24/7-Geschäften ist für uns sehr praktisch. Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Wir werden es definitiv wieder wählen, wenn wir wieder nach Osaka reisen.

Идеальные апартаменты! Они огромные для Японии, очень много места и это прям радовало каждый день. Очень приятный хозяин, всегда был на связи. В апартаментах было всё необходимое, а обогреватель воздуха в ванной спас и высушил наши вещи, после ливня. А ванная какая шикарная, она огромная, в ней может поместиться европеец, если не два! Есть кухня и посуда, если вы хотите есть и готовить дома. Обязательно посоветую номер всем друзьям.

Der Check-in war spät, aber wir wurden von einer chinesischsprachigen Mitarbeiterin empfangen, die sehr herzlich und aufmerksam war und uns alles klar erklärte. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Life Supermarkt, der nach 20 Uhr reduzierte Lebensmittel wie Sushi und Bento anbietet, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer war zudem groß und neu.

Great hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day. Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere. Onsen was great and not too busy. Will definitely stay here again.

Ich glaube, das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Nankashinamba entfernt. Es war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Ich blieb zwei Tage dort und als ich am nächsten Tag nach der Besichtigung zurückkam, war es wieder sauber aufgebaut. Wenn ich wieder nach Namba gehe, möchte ich wieder hier übernachten^^

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during a trip to Osaka, and I was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is rated three stars and is located outside the city center, but it’s easily accessible thanks to the nearby train station, making it convenient for getting around and visiting Osaka’s attractions. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is excellent, with the housekeeping staff doing an impeccable job every day. A highlight is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery. The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant. Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently. The area offers a few dining options, with restaurants serving tasty food at very reasonable prices. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby is also convenient, where you can make small purchases and withdraw cash from ATMs available 24/7—a true plus for travelers. In summary, this is a great choice for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, well-connected to the city, with all essential services close at hand

Da ich kein Zweibettzimmer bekommen konnte, habe ich zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Hotel liegt in einer Hotelgegend umgeben von Stundenhotels. Ich konnte schließlich eine Reservierung vornehmen, da alle Plätze ausgebucht waren und mir keine andere Wahl blieb, als einen Platz zu finden. Obwohl ich ihnen direkt am Telefon von dem Parkplatz erzählte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dieser für diesen Tag nicht reserviert sei. Das hat mich nervös gemacht. Ich hätte im Voraus über Tripcom bezahlen sollen, aber als ich eincheckte, musste ich eine doppelte Zahlung leisten. (Anschließend kontaktierte mich die Rezeption und gab mir beim Auschecken eine Rückerstattung.) Es dauerte einige Zeit. Aber Das Zimmer wurde sauber gehalten und das kostenlose Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl. Das hat nichts damit zu tun, aber als ich hier eincheckte, war es 20 Uhr und zu dieser Zeit waren zwei Frauen an der Rezeption. Als ich hinausging und ins Hotel zurückkehrte, war es 23 Uhr und diese beiden Frauen waren auch da Wir sind um 8 Uhr dort und checken um 10 Uhr aus. Arbeiten Sie mehr als 12 Stunden? Oder mitten in der Nacht aufstehen und frühmorgens zur Arbeit gehen? Wohnen? Das überraschte mich, denn der Arbeitsplan war so, dass ich über solche Dinge nachdenken musste.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft über Neujahr genutzt! Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Shin-Osaka gibt es viele Restaurants, sodass ich problemlos etwas zu essen gefunden habe! Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe gab, deshalb bin ich etwa 15 Minuten zum Life-Supermarkt gelaufen. Die Küche war super, und es waren sogar Messer und Teller vorhanden! Der Mülleimer war auch sehr groß, was ein großes Plus war! Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer, daher ist es für längere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert. Ich habe es für Silvester genutzt, und wir bekamen Donbei-Instantnudeln für alle, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe! Es gibt auch einen Beamer im Zimmer, und ich würde es gerne wieder für ein Treffen mit Freundinnen nutzen! Minuspunkte: Das Zimmer wird nicht mit einem Schlüssel verschlossen; Man gelangt zwar per Code ins Gebäude, aber der Code ist lang und die Eingabe dauert jedes Mal ewig. Obwohl es eine Küche gibt, ist der Kühlschrank klein. Man muss sich also gut überlegen, was man einkauft, sonst passt nicht alles hinein.

I had a generally decent stay at Welina Premier Hotel Shinsaibashi, with a few strong highlights and some trade-offs to be aware of. Location – Excellent but with a Catch The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The hotel is situated right opposite Don Quijote, making it extremely convenient for late-night shopping and quick access to Dotonbori, Namba, and surrounding shopping streets, eateries, and nightlife. Everything is within walking distance, which made getting around very easy. However, the downside of being in such a lively area is the environment. Since the hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars, the streets can be quite dirty, especially in the morning. You may notice trash and unpleasant smells when stepping out. That said, it’s clear that local workers clean up regularly and do their best to maintain the area. Room – Spacious and Functional The room size is larger than average for this price range in Osaka, which was a pleasant surprise. There was enough space to comfortably open two large suitcases. Amenities were provided, including a safe box, kettle, and a small coffee/tea setup. Toiletries are from POLA, a good-quality Japanese brand, although a shower cap was not included. One drawback is the housekeeping policy. Complimentary room cleaning is not available even for a 3-night stay. Fresh towels are provided daily, but if you want your rubbish cleared, you need to leave it outside the room. Service – Basic and Minimal Service here is quite minimal. There are no welcome drinks or complimentary pantry services, although the hotel does offer a breakfast option for ¥1500 (which I did not try). Communication can be a bit challenging, as some staff who are not Japanese also do not speak much English. It may take extra effort to get your message across. Additionally, the level of hospitality felt quite basic—there were no greetings or warm interactions when entering or leaving the hotel, which is quite different from the typical Japanese omotenashi experience, even compared to some more affordable hotels. Overall This hotel is best suited for travelers who prioritize location and space over service. It’s a practical place to rest after a full day out, but if you are looking for warm hospitality or a more refined stay, this may fall short.
