Hotels mit Balkon in Osaka

We stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

Идеальные апартаменты! Они огромные для Японии, очень много места и это прям радовало каждый день. Очень приятный хозяин, всегда был на связи. В апартаментах было всё необходимое, а обогреватель воздуха в ванной спас и высушил наши вещи, после ливня. А ванная какая шикарная, она огромная, в ней может поместиться европеец, если не два! Есть кухня и посуда, если вы хотите есть и готовить дома. Обязательно посоветую номер всем друзьям.

Wir haben drei Nächte dort verbracht. 1. Das Hotel ist einzigartig, die Lage recht günstig, die Lounge im Erdgeschoss wunderschön, und die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug in den 18. Stock zum Einchecken fühlte sich an wie der Gang durch einen Unterwassertunnel. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war ziemlich schwach. 2. Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer, aber sie war voller Flusen von vorherigen Gästen, sodass unsere Kleidung fusselig war. 3. Shampoo und Duschgel waren super, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war stark und der bereitgestellte Föhn fantastisch; meine Haare waren danach glatt und frizzfrei. 4. Beim Einchecken teilte mir die Rezeption mit, dass ich ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht hätte, aber nur eine Person darin übernachten könne. Als ich später nach dem Aufpreis fragte, sagte die Rezeption überraschenderweise, es sei kein Aufpreis nötig. 5. Die Tasse im Zimmer wies Gebrauchsspuren von vorherigen Gästen auf (wahrscheinlich Kaffee) und war nicht durch eine saubere ersetzt worden. 6. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung zur Selbstbedienung im ersten Stock war super, und das Zimmer hatte auch ein intelligentes Check-out-System, sodass ich nicht zur Rezeption im 18. Stock gehen musste, was sehr praktisch war.

1. Das Zweibettzimmer war geräumig und komfortabel und bot ein angenehmes Raumklima, ganz anders als das oft in Stadthotels anzutreffende beengte Gefühl. 2. Die kleine Küche war ideal, um täglich ein einfaches Frühstück oder auch einen späten Snack wie Instantnudeln zuzubereiten. 3. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Stationen Tengachaya und Hanazonocho, etwa 5–10 Gehminuten entfernt. 4. Obwohl es keine Rezeption gab, war immer hilfsbereites Personal für unsere Fragen da, sodass dies überhaupt kein Problem darstellte. 5. Dank Waschmaschine, Waschmittel und Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon mussten wir nicht viel Wäsche mitbringen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank.

Das Hotel liegt in Kitashinchi, was zum Essen und Trinken sehr praktisch ist. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass die meisten Orte sonntags geschlossen sind. Unterhalb des Hotels befindet sich Lawson und daneben eine Apotheke. Es ist wirklich gut, aber wenn Sie zum Bahnhof Hankyu oder Osaka gelangen möchten, müssen Sie 15 bis 20 Minuten laufen.

Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean and amenities are provided. Will not provide picture of the rooms as is exactly like in the picture. 2. Soundproof was actually good as there is a small balcony overseeing train station and I like the view of it. 3. Walking distance, approx 10 mins or more depending on your walking speed to Tsutentaku, Shinsekai or Donki. 4. I highly would like to say “Arigato” and praise the host for responding to all my questions before checking in and during my check-in progress (when I encounter issue). They respond to all my queries on time. 5. The train station located nearby has JR, Metro or Nankai lines, which can bring you directly to Minoh-Kayano Station, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka or Kansai Airport. A proper planning is require to take your require train. Cons: 1. We have 2 medium and 1 small luggages and barely can open full 2 medium luggage despite having a closet. 1 small luggage can be open fully in the middle between the 2 beds but it will block the walking to the balcony (if require to go there). 2. The kitchen and toilet area, gets quite cold during the night and the heater cannot reach that area. Not sure if the floor has a warmer. 3. Despite there is a train station nearby, still require to walk approx. 8 mins above depending on your walking speed. If you are coming with JR train, there were no lift or escalator at the nearby exit to the stay. We had to carry all the luggages down till the exit. However, if you are taking Nankai lines to the airport, then no issue with the luggage as there are 1 lift operating at the nearby entrance. 4. The road at night gets quite lonely and scary if you are walking alone but I believe is alright in Japan. 5. No eateries/restaurants and convenience mart within the 5 mins walk. Overall, I enjoy my stay here and I always stay at this area during my travel to Osaka due to lesser crowd and convenience to reach airport. One thing to note, do complete all the pre-registration that the host has email you in order for a smooth check-in. Again, I would like to thank the host for the great hospitality and responding to my queries.

New building so everything was still in good condition. Might need to work on housekeeping though, we checked in on the first day and found out that washing detergent bottles weren’t refilled and we were only given two rolls of toilet paper to last for 5 days. But other than that the cotti coffee downstairs was a bonus, you get free coffee any kind any size you want

Wir haben dieses Hotel genutzt, als ein Geschäftspartner aus Korea in Japan Station machte. Es regnete an diesem Tag, aber es gab eine Passage von der U-Bahn zum Hotel, sodass wir trocken ankamen, was sehr praktisch war. Das Hotel war sauber und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden und das Zimmer war ordentlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber, vielleicht etwas einfach und sogar ein wenig schlicht, aber insgesamt war es ein gutes Hotel, mit dem wir zufrieden waren. Wir würden es gerne wieder buchen, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was super clean and felt comfortable right away. I also liked that there was a small kitchen counter. it was simple but really useful during the stay. The location was a big plus too. Being close to Namba OCAT made it really easy for us to take a break and then continue our trip to other parts of Japan by bus. Overall, it’s a great, convenient place to stay, especially if you’re planning to travel around a lot.

In der Nähe gibt es viele ähnliche Hotels. Ich habe schon in mehreren Unterkünften übernachtet, und der Service hier und in Dongyang ist der beste. Man kann sagen, dass das Personal in beiden Hotels sehr kompetent ist. Die Ausstattung ist vielleicht nicht optimal, aber sie ist günstig.
