GGastnutzerWir haben mit Trip ein tolles Angebot bekommen und 2 Nächte auf der Club-Etage verbracht. Der Hoteleingang war etwas schwer zu finden, wenn man durch das Einkaufszentrum läuft. Wir checkten auf der Club-Etage ein und es war sehr effizient. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Erlebnis auf der Club-Etage war ausgezeichnet, mit Frühstück, Nachmittagstee und Cocktails am Abend. Wir hatten besonders gute Erfahrungen mit den Cocktails am Nachmittag, da sie viele verschiedene für uns zubereiteten, die nicht auf der Standardkarte standen.

CChanyanudWe have just completed our final day in Osaka, and our stay at your hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive.
I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service.
Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel.
I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team.
Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests.
Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.

TTravelingalotVery nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

會會議者The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.
There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the refrigerator is not cold enough.

TTravel BananaMeine Familie und ich haben zwei Tage im Hotel geblieben, um Universal Studio Japan zu besuchen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Es befindet sich direkt neben der JR-Station. Onsen ist am oberen Rand des Hotels. Schönes neues Hotel, werde ich sicherlich nächstes Mal bleiben.

LLizzie_8181Excellent location above Osaka Takashimaya, linked to Namba Station directly by lift. Getting to the hotel was abit confusing using google maps until we figured it out. Overall their location makes for ease of shopping & convenient offload the bags in the hotel room.
The check in desk was very professional & the bath tub was European size (we booked twin beds).
Of the 3 hotels that we booked in Osaka (&Here Namba, Universal Port Vita, Swissotel), Swissotel was the only hotel that could read & execute our consistent requests to push the twin beds together so our toddler could sleep in the middle. Thumbs up for their professionalism. There was also a pair of kid slippers laid out for our kid.
There is a friendly hotel bar (free entry, subject to opening hours in afternoon) on level 9 that allows one to play retro video games like Mario & board games etc. Our kid throughly enjoyed their hotel bar games.
As Swissôtel is a business hotel, there is no water pitcher in the room & no ice dispenser room. The toilet is a combined one-room facility. However, the rooms are quiet, the water pressure is great & everyone slept really well.

Einfache Anreise: Sie haben viel Gepäck und kennen sich mit dem japanischen Schienenverkehrssystem nicht aus? Es spielt keine Rolle! Es gibt einen Flughafenbus, der Sie nach unten bringt! Verlassen Sie die Ankunftshalle Osaka Kansai T1 direkt im ersten Stock, suchen Sie die Bushaltestelle Nr. 5 und nehmen Sie den Limousinenbus (alle 10 Minuten, wählen Sie „Kansai Airport nach Umeda“ am Fahrkartenautomaten auf der einen Seite des Bahnsteigs, 1.800 Yen/Person, WeChat und Alipay werden akzeptiert) und steigen Sie nach 1 Stunde bei Herbis aus (denken Sie daran, dem Gepäckabfertiger das Schlüsselwort „herbis“ mitzuteilen, damit er überprüfen kann, welchen Bus Sie nehmen). Steigen Sie aus und gehen Sie 30 Meter bis zum Hotel!
Bequemer Transport: Nur 100 Meter zu Fuß entfernt liegt der Bahnhof Osaka, der größte Knotenpunkt in Kansai, der JR und den Großteil des Schienenverkehrs von Osaka zusammenführt. Gehen Sie, wohin Sie wollen!
Praktisch zum Einkaufen und Essen: Im Umkreis von 100 Metern finden Sie alles, von gehobenen und exquisiten Restaurants wie dem Hilton West bis hin zu modischen und erschwinglichen Restaurants wie dem Lucua; Von Bills, dem besten Pfannkuchen der Welt, bis hin zum berühmten Pork Chop Rice ist alles dabei!
Zimmergröße: Etwas klein für das Stadtzentrum von Osaka, wo jeder Zentimeter Land wertvoll ist. Ich wohne im 20. Stock. Der kleine Erker ist mit Fenstern und Türen im japanischen Stil dekoriert, was ihm ein wenig japanisches Flair verleiht. Nachts kann man durch das Fenster die japanischen Spitzenarbeiter sehen, die im gegenüberliegenden Hilton West bis spät in die Nacht arbeiten. In diesem Moment verspürte ich ein Gefühl heimlicher Freude, das einen unerwarteten emotionalen Wert hatte! Leider schneite es am nächsten Tag stark, was unsere Sicht trübte! [Enttäuschung R]

MMsTravellerDies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist absolut fantastisch. Der Preis ist für ein Onsen-Hotel angemessen. Es ist sauber. Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe der Burg von Osaka und es gibt wunderbare Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Und Namba und Umeda sind beide etwa 3-4 U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt.
Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.

The sleeping pod is exactly the same as those single sleeping pod. Only having space to pack luggage in privacy instead in lobby observed by onlookers n guests.

Ventilation is equally poor at least the tv works for news

GGastnutzerExcellent location, just two minutes away from subway station but in a quiet area away from the noise of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby. Friendly and helpful staff who helped me to book my reservation for Tiananmen Square.
I booked a 4 bed female dorm - the room was fairly small but there was large lockers so the small room wasn't really an issue and it was only fully occupied on my last night.
The beds are SOOOO HARD!! The mattress itself is soft but it's so thin that you feel like you're sleeping on the floor. It seems to be the same everywhere in China that I stayed but it's definitely worth mentioning. The bathroom was clean, toilet roll was provided and there was individual lights and power switches for the beds. The aircon (i think) was very noisy and it sounded like there was a constant dripping, as if someone had not closed the shower fully but seemed to be coming from the ceiling. There was no leak but just the noise. The beds move quite a lot when someone in the top bunk moves so that can wake you up if you're a light sleeper and the corridors smell of cigarette smoke.
Lovely rooftop area and free laundry which is a huge bonus and very convenient.
I'd definitely recommend as a base for exploring the city for a couple of days although I probably wouldn't stay again only because the beds were too hard for me.
