The location is super B. The staff is super helpful, polite and friendly. However The room is quite small with the 24-inch size luggage,but I plan to come again if I come to Osaka next time.

We are pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were always polite and helpful, especially in response to our queries. The daily breakfast provided was great with decent amount of choices for the guests.
Although the room was quite small, it was still comfortable enough for resting and sleeping. The miniature toilet was surprisingly good given its awesome functionality.
Overall, I would recommend others to stay at this hotel if they are looking for good quality at an affordable price.

Impressive hotel. There are many small thoughts that you can feel the hotel go beyond and above to take care of the guest. Ladies are given 5 amenties per night upon check in covering skin care, hair care, mask. There is free flow welcome drinks including hot and cold beverages and wine from 2pm to 8pm...and they welcome you to bring food to the area to eat so you can pratically pack in dinner. The wine is kept at 8pm but apparently the drink machine still operate after 8pm...you can get a cup of hot tea at night. There are bath salt provided 1 per guest, if you wish to use the bath tub. Usb port are now common in new hotels, but this super hotel came with multiple cables as well. Free umbrella at level 2 for rental during raining days. Free breakfast came with salad, 3 types of freshly bake bread, 4 hot dish, rice, curry, miso soup, yogurt and milk. Truely amazing hotel.

Room is too small for 3 person. The worst thing is the way the hotel put on the cover of quilt which is the laziest. Yet, the location is the best. You pay what you get.

The interior design of the room is nice, with a sensible use of a mixture of colour tones. The staff was polite and presentable in English. I especially like the self-service counter of picking up toothbrushes and bath salt. The welcome drink counter is also a nice idea. Breakfast was delicious, but the fact that it is only provided until 9:00 am proved to be a challenge for me, as I don't usually get up very early. No check-out procedure was required, which was quite convenient. I think I'll still consider staying here again in future.

Bathroom was a little claustrophobic due to the size and colour, but location is great with proximity to dotonbori
Default pillow is a natural seed pillow with amenities option to pick up normal pillows near the front desk
Very nice to have women's special amenities to allow taking of up to 5 face masks and other women's beauty/shower stuff but sad for the guys who can't have them too
Breakfast area was nice and cozy with very friendly happy staff and a good meal

small room. can't open big luggage on floor, sharp 10am have to check out, if not have to pay penalty 1k yen. location wise near to namba shopping area. a distance from namba train station, if driving, no car park in this hotel. park at public carpark opposite the hotel.
