The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected. The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience. What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. DDavid WilmotsDas Zimmer, in dem ich etwas mehr als eine Woche verbracht habe, ist perfekt für preisbewusste Reisende. Es bietet gutes WLAN, ein gutes Bett, eine Warmwasserdusche, einen sauberen, großen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle, eine elektrische Kochplatte, Töpfe und Pfannen. Kostenloser Zugang zum Fitnessstudio und zum Swimmingpool. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Waschsalon und zwei Cafés. Alles, was man braucht! Bei Fragen oder Problemen sind die Vermieter vor Ort und helfen gerne weiter. Eine echte Empfehlung.

EEricMGute Lage. Leicht zu Fuß vom Fährterminal zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich. Geschäfte sind ein wenig zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt, also nicht super praktisch, aber nicht so schlimm. Dieser Ort ist jedoch kein Ort für ruhige Entspannung am Strand. Karaoke mit pochendem Bass begann vor 6 Uhr morgens und dauert bis nach Mitternacht. Ich war an einem Wochenende hier, vielleicht ist es unter der Woche anders. . . Dann gibt es nachts auch einen Club weiter unten am Strand, der nachts zusätzlichen Lärm verursacht. Ich kann nachts mit Musik umgehen.... aber vor 6 Uhr morgens? Ich kenne einige Leute, die so sind, aber das ist nicht mein Stil. Seien Sie also gewarnt... wenn Sie Ruhe haben wollen... ist sie nicht hier.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

GGastnutzerIt is spacious and clean. However, the shower head is not working. There’s a little soap, but no shampoo. The TV doesn’t seem to work as well. The WIFI connection sometimes lagged. When I messaged the hotel to inquire for an early check in I got no response nor email reply or text reply from them.. But so far just fine, since we only stayed there for a night. If you are looking for something with complete hotel accessories and amenities then this isn’t for you. But if you are just going to drop by for a night then this might do good.

The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Here are some key points: Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem. Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed ) Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade. Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day. Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it. Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived. Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy. Would I stay again? Maybe,
