I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

The soaps and other bath necessities provided were good and complete. But there was no free hairdryer. It is available for a fee upon request. Room is spacious and clean. They provide drying racks and cleaning facets outside, perfect for your after beach activities. They have a beachfront area as seen in the photo. They also have in house resto where you can order and ask to cook your seafood finds in the market. I would recommend this place again. Value for money

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Tsai Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt während meines Besuchs. Das Personal war freundlich, freundlich und immer bereit, mit Fragen oder Anfragen zu helfen. Die Lage des Hotels war bequem, erleichterte den Zugang zu den näheren Attraktionen, Restaurants und Transport. Wir schätzten auch die friedliche Atmosphäre, die mein Aufenthalt entspannt und angenehm machte. Das Tsai Hotel bietet insgesamt einen großen Preis für Geld mit hervorragender Service und komfortablen Unterkünften. Wir würden gerne hier nochmal bleiben und es sehr empfehlen, jedem, der das Gebiet besucht. Danke für eine wunderbare Erfahrung für das ganze Tsai Hotelteam! 😊

Gute Lage sauber Zimmer stark a.c keine Tothbrush und Zahnfleisch irgendein Zimmer TV Problem .. Noch erschwinglich und guter Platz sauber .. Alle Stockwerke haben Wasser für Trocknen

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich groß! Nur die Frage war mit Schädlingen, die herauskommen. Ich hatte mit ihrem Hausbetreuungsteam darüber gesprochen, was zu tun, damit die Frage gelöst werden kann. Hoffentlich werden sie handeln.

Hotel ist super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Nächten in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Der Pool ist toll um sich zu erfrischen. Die Umgebung haben wir nicht erkundet, da es bereits dunkel war als wir angekommen sind und die anliegende Straße kaum beleuchtet ist. Deshalb haben wir das Abendessen im Hotel ausprobiert. Dieses wird nach Bestellung vom Personal von außerhalb geholt. Das Frühstück war okay, man muss es am Tag davor mit Uhrzeit bestellen, da es auch von außerhalb gebracht wird. Die Anlage um den Pool herum ist etwas unordentlich, es liegt sehr viel Zeug wahllos herum auch auf den Tischen. Manche werden deshalb mit Handtüchern abgedeckt um die Unordnung zu verstecken. Das es nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen gibt hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Insgesamt für den niedrigen Preis inkl. Frühstück aber völlig in Ordnung, über die kleinen Mackel kann man hinweg sehen.

Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer im 18. Stock und auf den Pool. Es waren keine Handtücher mehr da, also rief ich an und fragte nach einem, und sie brachten es sofort. In der Badewanne war etwas Schimmel, aber als ich badete, war der Stöpsel kaputt, sodass ich das Wasser nicht herausbekommen konnte, was ein Problem darstellte. Das war die einzige Enttäuschung. Sie können YouTube und Netflix auch im Fernsehen ansehen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte ein sauberes Bett und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Budget Friendly Stay with Mixed Experiences - Good for the Price, but Be Prepared for Quirks We booked this hotel for three nights primarily because of its incredibly low price, around 500+ pesos. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see the area filled with HPG (Highway Patrol Group) motorcycles; it turned out they were also staying there due to an ASEAN event in Lapu-Lapu, which made the vicinity quite busy. When we entered, the reception was unattended for a moment, and when someone did assist us, they seemed rushed and hard to communicate with. Being escorted to our room was an ”okay” experience. For the 500-peso price point, it met expectations! The room had a refrigerator, and we were happy to find a bucket and dipper, which meant we could do our laundry a huge plus for us. While the shower pressure was slightly better than our previous accommodation, we still weren't fully satisfied and ended up using the bucket and dipper for bathing. We enjoyed the TV, even if it was a manual one at least it worked! However, our experience at the dining area upon checkout was quite chaotic. The staff there seemed disorganized; they were laughing, and then there was a clear concern from another guest whose order hadn't arrived despite being placed earlier than ours. It turned out their order wasn't even listed, indicating an absent-minded mistake. The scene quickly escalated with staff shouting questions like ”Where's the order?” and ”Which order?” among themselves, creating a very confusing and unpleasant atmosphere.

Its ok but the service of food its not soo good . Only 2 choices of your bfast. I suggest to make more choices . The room is okay . And one more thing the lobby and the dining area is hot 😬 but its clean and tidy. Thank you for your service

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
