Best hospitality, Neat and Clean Rooms, Professional Team with a smile on their faces, and a welcoming nature. The hotel is having beautiful interiors, and power backup with a Lift facility. The Kitchen service is good with quality food. Also, the F& B ***ager Mushtaq Ji is too polite and well-behaved, he will keep taking feedback and will go the extra mile to meet your expectations.

One of the best budget luxury hotels. The room is extremely big for two people. It was an extremely clean and beautiful interior. They provide huge furniture. It’s like a home. They provide all the necessary amenities. The washroom is big and clean. The food was tasty. The staff was helpful. Overall my stay was extremely good. The location is good. Everything is close to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Had 2 nights stay at this beautiful hotel! What can I say, top notch hospitality. Courteous staff, beautiful cozy rooms with heater, hot water, comfy bedding. Restuarant is good, tasty food & staff is amazing ..so humble, helping and caring. Thank You Hotel Heritage for making me call in love with Kashmir more.

Had the best experience at Royal Heritage, Srinagar. They have clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms, and are quick to serve any other requests their guests might have with respect to the rooms. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet is lovely as well - the food is so appetising. We looked forward to the buffet menu every time, best place to stay in srinagar without any doubt.

Had a 2 day stay in royal heritage! My mum and i mum were well taken care by the staffs! They took care of our needs and ensured we were confortable. The staffs are always welcoming and helpful! Definitely treated us as family. Had an amazing stay!

I visited Kashmir in end of December and It’s was amazing trip…I stayed there 5 days…and it was an amazing experience..Hotel is really awesome. Food was too delicious, services are outstanding even the staff is very polite and helpful. Really recommended.. Thanks to everyone (the whole hotel staff).specially the ***agers and Restaurant staff… Love to stay there again.

Really liked the place. Heated room with hot water. Good service and clean. The resraurant is great with top kahwah tea. The staff is warm and welcoming. Felt relaxed and welcome. I surely recommend.
