Turning Leaf Townhome Suites

I booked a stay at Turning Leaf last minute, to come in for a concert. I chose it because it was definitely cheaper than decent hotels in the city, looked well equipped, and had very positive reviews. We were happy with our stay. Though not downtown, it was an easy drive down - and was close to area supermarkets, retail, etc. Parking was a cinch, and the unit was spacious and clean. There is a nice bed upstairs, and a futon downstairs. Everything was clean and functional. The good sized fridge was very useful. It was actually quieter than expected, being on North Division - however our windows didn't face the street. Communication with the hosts was clear, timely and friendly. I would definitely recommend Turning Leaf, and would stay here again.

When we walked in the townhouse the smell of stale cigarettes hits you. The screen in the window, in the upstairs bedroom smelled of cigarettes really strong also. The online pic of the pool was deceiving. The pool is a block away not on site. The noise from the street was loud. In the contract we signed it never said we would have to do wash our own sheets and ***** the bed. We were there for 3 nights. We also were asking to empty the garbage cans. For the price we could have stayed in a nicer place and not had to do all the extra work and not had a smelly room. There was not a manager on site you could reach them by phone. There was a note in the kitchen that said that if you are a good guest, you will write a good review. Very arrogant statement. I am a good guest it seemed very demanding. I do not need to prove I am a good guest. I will never say there again or recommend this place. I did notice the manager from turning leaf does answers concerns and also scolds customers for making negative comments. If you don’t correct the problems, you are not good at your position. The townhouse we were in needed a deep clean. We never complained about the accommodations because I saw he doesn’t respect his customers. It was too late to change our accommodations and everything was book up in town. Needs new management.

This was an amazing stay. The room was extremely clean and comfy. I definitely appreciate the room being so nice. It was a nice room for the business trip and a nice alternative to a stuffy old hotel/motel. Again I appreciated how clean it was.

Came into town quite unexpectedly and ending up staying in a few different hotels around town. Got tired of eating out all the time and found this place while looking for a place with a full sized fridge and a stove top. Room was in tip top shape when I checked in. Even the shower/tub was pristine (which isn't always a guarantee everywhere, so I appreciated that.) Housekeeping and other various staff extremely helpful and polite with refreshing the towels and toiletries. And when we got more snow that anticipated, they had the sidewalks cleared off within fifteen minutes of their arrival that morning. Very good customer service over the phone as well.

My stay here@Turning Leaf has been wonderful. The room I am staying in was very clean upon my arrival, & John the Maintenance manager has been nothing but great from the time I came and inquired about the rooms. Although the rooms are older they're are definitely clean, & if something need to be fixed, they fix it and they maintain the yards very well! If I had to stay all over again I would come stay@the Turning Leaf! Thank you for having me!
