Großer Service vom Personal. Sie machten unser Jubiläum extra speziell für uns. Wir waren nur ein bisschen enttäuscht über das Essen, wir essen meist in anderen Restaurants, als wir hier geblieben waren. Ich würde sehr empfehlen, in der Villa zu bleiben. Leider ist die Strandseite nur gut zu beobachten und nicht gut zu bekommen.

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Sie haben teure Vernunft, die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr komplett, es ist im Grunde nicht erforderlich, das Hotel zu gehen. Golf gibt es aber ohne Erfahrung, der Spa hat nichts zu kosten. Neben dem etwas chinesischen Restaurant ist es auch perfekt. Ich habe drei Tage gegessen, ohne einen Grillbuffet zu essen, und es ist etwas bedauerlich, dass die anderen wirklich perfekt sind. Der Pool ist warm, kostenloser Wasserbeutel mit Eis, wirklich sehr intim. Die Servicepersonal sind sehr nett und es lohnt sich, in einem Hotel zu bleiben. Empfehlenswert

酒店環境是非常不錯的啦，在攜程預訂的包含早餐晚餐，而且酒店入住有100美金的消費，性價比超級高。 酒店一共四個餐廳，個人最推薦亞洲餐廳（圖二三是印度餐廳）炒麪披薩魚生飯這些都很好吃。不過吃的最多的還是自助餐廳，雖然不好吃，但是選擇比較多，主要有水果。 海鮮餐廳的服務員非常不友好，因為英文不太好去點餐，被那個黑黑的服務員嘲笑，非常不禮貌。酒店可以注意一下。

The friendly and professional staff were amazing at every hour, even with our late evening arrival. The facilities were beautifully designed and very well-maintained. Our room was spotless clean and had a welcoming feel. We ate at the large, main restaurant only for breakfast, but it had every food you can imagine, all presented nicely and very fresh. Even with a busy buffet, it stayed clean and organized. We booked dinner at ”East” the first night and the food and atmosphere was so good, we booked again for our final evening. The service was amazing and we met with the chef our final night when he prepared a special selection of sample plates. We also ate at the The Beach Restaurant, but not as impressed. It was busy, noisy with slower, cooler service. The menu had some fun selections, so we found plenty to eat. For our afternoon cocktails and snacks, we spent time with Abi at the Maison Lux cafe and bar - our favorite part of the hotel! Abi was the most attentive, gracious host and was an excellent representative of first class service at this hotel. The spa provided excellent massage services, but we were a little disappointed with the hot tub/ jacuzzi. It was cold and surprisingly stained and worn-looking compared to the rest of the excellent facilities. The steam room and sauna were nicely maintained and worked well. I usually try different places when I travel, but I hope to return to Lux le Morne again for a longer stay.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist toll. Das Schwimmbad ist in mehrere Räume aufteilbar ist nicht laut. Sie können das auswählen, das Ihnen gefällt. Die Küste ist in den Hotelgarten eingebettet, sodass Sie nach dem Frühstück direkt ans Meer gehen können! Insgesamt großartig~

Sehr zufrieden! Ein sehr beliebtes Hotel! Exzellenter Wert für Geld. Ausstattung: Ein von einem französischen Designer entworfenes Hotel der Lux-Gruppe. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut, klein und exquisit. Jede Ecke ist voller Kunst und überall gibt es Überraschungen. Es handelt sich nicht um die High-End-Einrichtungen, die man von einem High-End-Luxushotel erwarten würde. Dieser Ort ist nur für Erwachsene. Das Designkonzept und die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut für Nicht-Eltern und Kinder geeignet. Komfort + Persönlichkeit + Blickfang + Freizeit + Unterhaltung. Hygiene: Alles im Hotel ist sauber, egal in den öffentlichen Bereichen oder Zimmern, der Strand wird den ganzen Tag über gereinigt (außer nachts). Das Designkonzept folgt dem Prinzip des Naturschutzes. Es gibt keine Plastikprodukte. Ich habe meine eigenen Müllsäcke mitgebracht. Umgebung: Das Hotel als Ganzes ist ein Kunstwerk. Farben im mediterranen Stil: Blau + Orange + Zitronengelb + schwarze und weiße Streifen, dazu der weiße Sand des Strandes + mintfarbenes Meerwasser Gibt es etwas Berauschenderes als dieses Farbschema? ? ? Das Fotografieren ist absolut schön, besonders wenn die Sonne scheint (an bewölkten Tagen sieht es auch gut aus, aber die Sonne kann den Charme des Paradieses besser interpretieren). Service: Die meisten sind sehr zufrieden. Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, aber der Manager hat geholfen, ihn zu lösen, und das Ergebnis ist immer noch gut! Ich bin sehr froh, einen so ehrlichen Manager getroffen zu haben, der meinem Vertrauen gerecht wurde und gleich 5 Häuser auf einmal gebucht hat! Mein Mann und ich haben insgesamt 5 Zimmer für unsere Familie gebucht. Hier gibt es einen Laden, der alle hoteleigenen Dinge verkauft. Die Kleidung und der Schmuck sind alle sehr schön. Ich habe viele davon gekauft, einige davon sind Unikate, die Sie einzigartig machen sollen. Dies ist die Geschichte, die hier passiert ist, Sie können das Bild sehen, das ich gepostet habe (ich war wirklich zu faul, es wiederholt auf mehreren Plattformen zu schreiben, also habe ich einen Screenshot des Kommentars auf einer anderen App zum Buchen von Häusern gemacht. Die Zimmerausstattung ist relativ alt, das Chopsticks-Restaurant ist absolut schrecklich, der Service ist zufriedenstellend, der Swimmingpool ist nicht schlecht, insbesondere der Swimmingpool für Erwachsene ist sehr schön, das Hotel ist ein guter Ort, um den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten!

Beautiful location awesome property we loved it. One improvement can be, include Indian food in their breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet so that we don't end up disappointed with food next time with which we were quite disappointed this time. If not authentic Indian food atleast veg pizza will work, as most of the Indians like pizza.

I had a great stay at Royal Green Resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good if you have a car — about 57 minutes from the airport by car. I would like to thank Vedhna in particular; she was professional and very kind in all her interactions with me.
