Отличный отель, для любителей игры в гольф и системы всё включено. Потрясающая территория, красивая локация, вежливый персонал. В номере есть всё необходимое и даже больше: чай, кофемашина, сумка для пляжа, сланцы. Интерьер в стиле поместья хозяина плантации. Больше подходит тем, кто любит пассивный отдых в отеле, так как есть вся необходимая инфраструктура. Много ресторанов на территории, свой пляж, несколько бассейнов, гамаки. Нам понравилось. Единственное стоит отметить, что это не в городской черте, вокруг есть в пешей доступности только маленькая деревня 15 минут пешком.

Belle villa, bel emplacement et personnel très gentil. Bémol : Petit déjeuner très léger même trop léger pour 5 personnes et trop répétitif. Veiller à ce que toutes les demandes soient bien prises en compte pour éviter les surprises. Manque de réactivité sur les demandes par mail.

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Der Service im Hotel ist 7 Sterne. Besonders die Abteilung für Lebensmittel und Getränke - Deven, Kiran und Ganesh gingen von ihrem Weg aus, um unsere 10-jährige Down-Syndrom-Kinder zu beherbergen. Jay für den Strandbereich war auch ausgezeichnet. Manoj und Antish aus dem Frontbüro haben ihre Ebene bestmöglich gemacht, um unsere Sorgen zu lösen und unsere Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen. Aber das Hotel selbst ist mehr wie ein 4-Sterne-Stern. Pool ist nicht erhitzt. Die Unterhaltung in der Nacht ist sehr langweilig und lebenslos. Der Kinderklub ist auch lebenslos und überhaupt nicht interaktiv. Das Personal sitzt einfach und beobachtet Ihr Kind. Keine Interaktion überhaupt.

Fröhliche Flitterwochen. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade war auch super. Sehr zu empfehlen.

酒店環境是非常不錯的啦，在攜程預訂的包含早餐晚餐，而且酒店入住有100美金的消費，性價比超級高。 酒店一共四個餐廳，個人最推薦亞洲餐廳（圖二三是印度餐廳）炒麪披薩魚生飯這些都很好吃。不過吃的最多的還是自助餐廳，雖然不好吃，但是選擇比較多，主要有水果。 海鮮餐廳的服務員非常不友好，因為英文不太好去點餐，被那個黑黑的服務員嘲笑，非常不禮貌。酒店可以注意一下。

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut, mit reichhaltigem Stil und gutem Geschmack. Der Service ist durchschnittlich und die Effizienz gering. Am Abreisetag hat es stark geregnet. Unser Flug ging gegen 9 Uhr. Es gab keinen Regenschirm im Hotelzimmer. Ich rief dreimal an der Rezeption an und es dauerte 20 Minuten Damit der Regenschirm leise auf die gegenüberliegende Seite des Raumes gebracht werden kann. Am Geländer? Oder wir haben es selbst entdeckt, nachdem wir die Tür geöffnet hatten. Die Schulung des Personals ist unzureichend.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist veraltet, das Restaurant ist absolut groß, der Service ist in der Regel sehr gut, der Pool ist nicht schlecht, besonders der Erwachsene Pool ist sehr schön, das Hotel ist ein guter Ort zum Sonnenaufgang!

An amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at. I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items. The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that. Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

Sehr zufriedenes Hotel, das Auto zum Hotel zu fahren, ohne das Auto zu verlassen, gibt es Mitarbeiter, die in das Zimmer zu nehmen, um zu bleiben. Der Zimmerpool ist am Meer und die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, wir haben 2 Personen in einem der Zimmer nicht gebracht. Die Hotellandschaft ist sehr gut, sehr selten und sehr sauber und der Service ist auch besonders gut. Da es nicht üblich ist, zu essen, so dass Sie für einen Tag Abendessen selbst zu essen wählen, ist es auch gut. Das Hotel hat einen speziellen Strand auf der anderen Seite der Insel Liu, und es gibt eine besonders bequeme Übernahme von Fahrzeugen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Golfplatz, der neuer Mann und der kleine weiße Übungsplatz haben eine Weile kostenlos gespielt und es fühlt sich gut an. Insgesamt ist es sehr zufrieden, empfohlen
