I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Great and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.

Die Halle ist klassisch, die Halle ist gut und die Cognac-Bar sind gut. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich zufrieden, 38 Euro, eine halbe Selbsthilfe, kann man einzeln ein Mahlzeiten machen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Die Isolierung ist schlecht, ich kann nicht jeden Abend schlafen, nicht oben springen oder neben dem Zimmer Kinder. Kommen Sie um acht und halb Uhr, tragen Sie eine Pickup-Rezeption nicht bequem! Und am Abend fragen wir uns, ob wir die Toiletten wechseln wollen. Wir sind sehr umweltfreundlich. Die Nacht, die wir am Tag benutzen, kann noch verwendet werden. Natürlich nicht. Aber warum nehmen Sie mir nicht ein Toilettenpapier am Tag. Die Rezeption hat nicht gesagt, dass sie zweimal fertig werden soll, als sie sich begeben hat, und wir haben uns abgelehnt, um die Nacht zu fertigen. Der Pool ist nicht geöffnet, obwohl ich die Buchung speziell für Trip.com gestellt habe, sagte ich auch, dass ich schwimmen kann, weiß mit einem Schwimmkleid.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special. The location was decent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get. If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it this time as it was fully booked — but I’d love to next time! Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Das Zimmer ist spotless - Blätter werden manchmal VERÄNDERT DIE TAGE (!), Ich blieb im luxuriösen Zimmer, das überraschende römische Architekturelemente wie extrem hohe Decken mit “Wave” Decken, große Fenster mit antiken Vibes hatte. Das Zimmer ist modern mit großen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Ich gebe dem Hotel zusätzliche Punkte auf die Verwendung von “Acqua di Parma” Toiletten, das bedeutet viel in meiner Meinung, wenn ein luxuriöses Hotel luxuriöse Toiletten verwendet. Das Hotelpersonal ist aus dieser Welt - sehr hilfreich, sehr freundlich und sehr willkommen. Das Rezeptionpersonal ist sehr geduldig und wird oben und weiter gehen, um dem Gäste die beste Erfahrung in Rom zu erfahren. Was die Lage anbelangt - das Hotel ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Kolosseum, sollte ich noch hinzufügen ?

I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

Obwohl das Hotel alt ist, bin ich trotzdem zufrieden. Aber die Einstellung des Kellners war durchschnittlich. Er hatte weder Hausschuhe noch Zahnbürsten. Als ich den Kellner fragte, schüttelte er leichtfertig den Kopf. Seien Sie mental darauf vorbereitet, jedes Mal 10-15 Euro auszugeben, wenn Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Es ist relativ vorstädtisch, aber sicher und ruhig. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Hotel über einen Shuttlebus in die Innenstadt für 4 Euro pro Person, den ich jedoch nicht genutzt habe und dazu keine Aussage treffen kann.

Die Lage des Hotels ist komfortabel, die Zimmer sind sauber und sauber und die Betten sind weich und komfortabel. Der Rezeptionservice ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, die Pflege ist jeden Tag rechtzeitig und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Aufenthalt und Komfort, die erste Wahl der Unterkunft, die nächste Buchung wird auch durchgeführt.

Ein sehr, sehr gutes Hotel. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit von der Stadt und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, kostet ein Taxi etwa 16 Euro pro Tag, aber die Hotelzimmer sind tatsächlich viel besser als die in der Stadt. Vor allem das Bett und die Schalldämmung, die Umgebung ist reine Wohngegend, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe und praktisch. Das Hotel bietet einen Taxiservice für 10 Euro pro Fahrt in die Nähe des Mundes der Wahrheit an.

The hotel has a great location，but the kettle made the lights go off in the entire room, and we didn’t get a replacement for it so I had to go fetch water downstairs. The bathroom is very small as well and the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable. The breakfast was very average just normal. The service was great front desk were friendly and helpful.
