I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Great and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.

I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. Das Mehrfachsuite, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, das Hotel ist zwar klein, hat einige kleine Smartness beibehalten und in der Dekoration versucht, die Fruchtbarkeit Italiens zu widerspiegeln

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist beeindruckend und bietet eine große Auswahl, inklusive einer Eierstation. Besonders praktisch ist es für Gäste mit frühen Ausflügen, die schnell etwas essen möchten. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel mit einem bequemen Bett, sauberen Sanitäranlagen und ausreichend bereitgestellten Toilettenartikeln. Vorsicht beim Benutzen der Badewanne, da diese recht rutschig sein kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Bahnhof Roma Termini ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, und Bushaltestellen zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Umgebung. Auch zu Fuß lässt sich die Gegend sehr gut erkunden.

Obwohl das Hotel alt ist, bin ich trotzdem zufrieden. Aber die Einstellung des Kellners war durchschnittlich. Er hatte weder Hausschuhe noch Zahnbürsten. Als ich den Kellner fragte, schüttelte er leichtfertig den Kopf. Seien Sie mental darauf vorbereitet, jedes Mal 10-15 Euro auszugeben, wenn Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Es ist relativ vorstädtisch, aber sicher und ruhig. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Hotel über einen Shuttlebus in die Innenstadt für 4 Euro pro Person, den ich jedoch nicht genutzt habe und dazu keine Aussage treffen kann.

위치가 관광지와 꽤나 멈. (버스타고 최소10분에서 30분 가량 걸림) 그래도 대사관들 모여있는 동네라서 로마 다니면서 제일 안전하다는 느낌 받음. 거지0명 노숙자 0명 내가 싱글룸을 예약하긴 했는데 방이 너무 작아서 당황^^ 근데 이게 로마가 다 그렇다니 더비싼방 예약안한 내탓임 호텔 어메니티와 호텔내의 향이 오렌지꽃 향으로 통일되어있는데 이 향이 너어어무 좋다. 어메니티 사고싶었음. 1층에 거실..?인지 쇼파가 있는 공간이 아주 코지 그잡채. 호텔안에 바에 있는 바텐더 핫함.

Ein sehr, sehr gutes Hotel. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit von der Stadt und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, kostet ein Taxi etwa 16 Euro pro Tag, aber die Hotelzimmer sind tatsächlich viel besser als die in der Stadt. Vor allem das Bett und die Schalldämmung, die Umgebung ist reine Wohngegend, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe und praktisch. Das Hotel bietet einen Taxiservice für 10 Euro pro Fahrt in die Nähe des Mundes der Wahrheit an.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, would have loved to stay longer. The room was excellent, location 10 minute walk from Stazione Termini. We could walk to various attractions within 30 minute walk, this was a bonus. We loved the outdoor set up including the pool. The room was available even though we arrived just before noon. Highly recommend the hotel.
