"Overall a decent hotel. Location is on an elavated land overlooking Batam city. However, there are no convenient store or massage place within walking distance around the hotel vicinity. A vending machine is available at the hotel lobby instead. The smoking rooms at level 7 have strong cigarettes smell. Service staff helped us change room upon request which is great. However, our room is missing the sofa set in front of the TV which is different from photos advertise in hotel booking websites. The rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is nice. The highlight of this hotel would be it's rooftop fusion bar ”Full Moon” offering delicious food."

GastnutzerA centrally located hotel in the heart of Nagoya. Its environment is a little spoiled by the filthy drain just beneath the hotel. Neverteless, rooms are sparkling clean. Hotel staff were courteous and services prompt.

The staff are friendly and helpful. When we ordered GrabFood, the order was left outside of the hotel at the security area. The staff kindly helped to bring it in for us.

GastnutzerThe cleanliness of the room is very terrible. With door unable to close properly and the toilet seat is broken. Bed was alright. However, theres no sound proof. You can hear the room next door shower.
But the location is very superb. About 5-10minutes to the mall and the market. Very convenient
Theres also in room massage. Quite cheap but not that quality
